Pros: Programs run smoothly, I was able to get the program on my computer, ipad as well as my tablet. Very easy to use for any skill level.

Cons: I do not like the fact that if you do not know how to use the other programs, that there is really no information. I think that there is so much you can do but if you do not have any idea you lose some of the benefits of the program.

Pros: One stop shop for most of the company like; accounting, support and customer care. It works well with the our 365 setup.

Cons: Antique looking interface and work flow. Hard for other departments to find the information they are looking for and to learn how to pull a report is intuitive at all.

Pros: The best thing about this software is its' user friendly interface and design. The help bar is very useful in finding just about any problem solving should you run into trouble or come across a function that's new to you. I would highly recommend this to any financial office environment.

Cons: The software did tend to lag a bit and took awhile to start up. The program still has a few bugs and fixes that need to be adjusted because occasionally the program will just shut down with no warning. Luckily, my worked is always saved so not too much of an issue but annoying to say the least.

Overall: Able to finish work more efficiently but cutting out extra tasks that Dynamic 365 does automatically for me!

Pros: Microsoft dynamics allow my company to track leads sales and was able to use in the field by my outside sales rep. User friendly.

Cons: The biggest issue was making sure each use was sync by work station in office. Feel if syncing was tracked by user and not station would be easier

Overall: Gave my dynamics experience

Comments: Great Microsoft product.

Pros: So many features and add-ons make it such a powerful tool. Easy to customise and align it to the business processes.

Cons: Got to balance amount of customisation otherwise it can easily become too complicated. Licensing can be expensive. Things that can't be customised require developer which can be expensive.

Pros: What I love most about this software is all the options it gives you and how you can easily share files with clients, friends, coworkers and employees. It has plenty of space in the OneDrive and you can easily edit and create files on it as well.

Cons: What I like least about this software is that I can't really rely on this software to keep my files safe as in the share file I have had some disappear before out of the blue.

Pros: Love that you can use with over 100 employees. The supervisors used primarily for coaching. Monitoring from our stations while agents are working

Cons: Moves very slow and the agents know if we were logged in to them we wanted the element of surprise and didn't get it

Cons: It's a little confusing when you first get started but customer service helps you through it very well

I've been using the earlier version of Microsoft, and its a great add to the suite.

Pros: It's mostly an owner friendly software, good for managers like me who are more into presentations. I'm not able to keep track of schedules meetings, so calendar and reminder features work well with me. I don't know much about retail, have a dedicated team for that, but despite that, I am able to get retail transactions with this software, just love it.

Cons: Many redundant tabs, configuring is a bit hard even for a seasoned software expert like me, difficult for non-IT guys, duplicate detection not working well.

Overall: This product will definitely help increase your sales. It is even able to target customers who are not much active on social media. A well-defined CRM solution with timely invoices, quotes, orders, etc.

Pros: The product facilitates the administration of the clients of the company, and allows to know everything related to the client in the different modules that it has available, for example for the sales cycle, a user can quickly know all the opportunities, orders and invoices made for a client, as well as quickly locate the contacts of the same. Introducing the user all the necessary information efficiently. Presents different panels with graphic information of any information within the system

Cons: With the change of the versions of CRM Dynamics the javascripts that are used in the crm must be verified and updated. Crm update packages can not be allowed to be installed with automatic updates because if they are installed incorrectly they can compromise the system, they must be downloaded one by one and installed by the personnel of it one by one to avoid problems, this for the case of crm on premise

Overall: Better management of all the information of the clients, in the cases of the sales, services and marketing cycle, in the same order of ideas, as it has the possibility of extending itself by creating new modules to manage any type of information that is desired, provides some additional capabilities under the same platform, meeting user needs, without the need to acquire other software but extending the crm through the XRM libraries

Pros: Dynamics 365 is a great addition if your company is already using Office 365, especially if you want to go cloud-based for the majority of your office productivity tools.

Cons: Not overly happy with Office 365 or Dynamics 365 support from Microsoft's oversea call centers. The language barrier and lack of voice clarity often leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, it often takes a while to hear back initially. Then we were told we would hear back within 24 hours but never receive a call back. Without dealing directly with a local Microsoft Partner, the free community forums are often the best resource of information and technical support.

Pros: Microsoft Dynamics has lots of add-ons with different customization opportunities, you can integrate Outlook, SQL with Microsoft Dynamics to build up different reports.
It gives the integration with almost all of Microsoft products, which occurs in intuitive and efficient ways. Microsoft Dynamics has excellent features and functionality but I would suggest to R&D on your applications and integrations before deciding the CRM.

Cons: Its not a user friendly platform, therefore you might require training before using Microsoft Dynamics.
It has easy integration process but while implementation you might need Microsoft Experts.
Microsoft Dynamics is only good for small and medium enterprise.
It doesn't notify when the released are updating, the performance of system slows during the updating.

Comments: I DO NOT recommend this product to ANYONE. The features which work only do so after weeks spent learning the software's bugs and avoiding them. This is not a finished product, and in the two years I have used it not a single issue has been resolved. Have the developers even attempted to use this? I am so far beyond being understanding of this thing's shortfalls, and I hope this is apparent in my review. Give my company a refund so that the money which Microsoft has NOT earned can be distributed to the employees who have spent hours of unproductive time compensating for Microsoft/D365/CRM's shortcomings.

Pros: It promises to deliver a comprehensive client management system, databases information for perusal by its users, and has a lot of potential.

Cons: The user interface is atrocious. Pages which should be full windows are contained in scroll bars in my browser window Tables within these windows are not scaleable and are improperly scaled. This cuts off row lables, column headers, and information which I would like to read but cannot Drop-down menus are not generated automatically Timesheets are sliding-windows nested within sliding-windows nested within sliding windows, all of which are compressed to less than half the height of my screen by an incompressible block of data. Timesheets wipe information without warning. New lines added to timesheets occasionally do not register, do not save, prevent submissions for review, and are undetectable until I close the timesheet, the information I entered is wiped, and I spend an hour trying to discern which portions of my billable (BILLABLE! I work by the hour, time spent on this costs my company money, costs me money by way of lost income earned in performance reviews, blatantly ruins my day, and ruins the fidelity of my timesheets by forcing me to try and back out my work for the day) The TIMER feature in timesheets, a STOPWATCH feature that should be a simple start/stop, cannot properly roll over between hours. If you restart the timer on a line, because (god-forbid) you start a task and the timer, stop the task and a timer, start a new task and a new timer, stop a new task and a timer, and restart the original task and its timer, the thing cannot simply add more time to the original line. No, when it reaches the next hour (1.4 -> 1.9 -> 2.0 -> 2.1 is expected and correct behavior) it just fails entirely, and continues to neglect full hours going forward. (1.4 -> 1.9 -> 0.0 -> 0.9 -> 0.0 -> 0.9 -> 0.0 -> 0.9). This is a baseline thing which i would consider only a slight step up in difficulty from not deleting my activity description (which CRM does frequently) But why am I having to rank timesheet features by difficulty? My company has paid for Dynamics 365 services, and it is functional to the minimum degree. Contact entries cannot be related to more than 3 cases? The "Recent Cases" table on the right is not one table - it's FIVE IDENTICAL TABLES arranged vertically along the right side of the screen. Of these, the top and the bottom entries CANNOT be used, and attempting to associate the Contact to a Case returns an error. The MIDDLE THREE tables only accept ONE ENTRY each - my contact is associated with DOZENS of case files, and I am limited to THREE? This list goes on. This product is awful. This is absolutely awful. DO NOT purchase this product. I am a baseline wage-earner in my company, and am not whatever customer-relations / customization employees Microsoft use to field customer complaints / cater this service, but whatever they are doing is doing done poorly.

Pros: This software has intense integration with Microsoft core products (Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint) which will make it highly attractive for Microsoft-heavy workflows. This program allows businesses to track leads, automate field service, drive sales, and manage operations using enterprise cloud based apps.

Cons: It seems to have Duplicate detection seems to only pick up on duplicate emails. I sometimes have a problem retrieving a document from the delete file. I really dont have anything to say negative about this software really. I recommend it to everyone

Overall: If you are looking for a basic portal that does not need to be customized, you may find one of the preconfigured Dynamics 365 Portals will meet your needs.. Fully customizable to accommodate any portal requirements, and any entity in Dynamics CRM. It provides all of the tools you need to have a fully functioning website.

Comments: For the pice point it is good. Just don't get the on presmises version.

Pros: Microsoft CRM does what its suppose to. It works well with other Microsoft products. The price point is good.

Cons: Do not get the on premises edition. All data sync are slower and updating the CRM is a long and painfull process. When compared to Saleforce, Saleforce is the way better choice in terms of reporting and functionality. Not many apps are available to sync Microsoft CRM to other cloude base integrations.

Pros: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has pretty much everything you need for the whole sales process from recording leads and contacts to creating opportunities and storing information about accounts and deals as well as relevant documents.

Cons: I know Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has a lot of potentials depending on how you want to customize it, but I think its complexity does not help companies in using and developing the application or solution, because not everyone is a technical user and it can be confusing to many users thus ending up in multiple ways of using the CRM, leading to data errors or usage errors.

Pros: It provides all you need for to keep track of a really scattered company. It provides excellent resources to everything organized, automating data exports/imports, and improving company workflow. It does everything you need from soup to nuts.

Cons: It takes a little bit of time to get the hang of using it, some minor bugs (which really aren't that bad) and the price point is competitive, but definitely targeting the medium sized companies vs like larger companies that would need salesforce or a very expensive software like that.

Comments: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a product that works great for our sales. This product helps us to improve our sales with the help of the follow-up and the satisfaction of our customers, to know at any time the number of intervention that a representative makes with a customer and the number of statistics that we can see at all times.

Pros: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a product that helps us better target the customers we want to reach regardless of whether customers are on social networks or elsewhere. In addition, it helps our company reduce our costs on sales.

Cons: What I like least about Microsoft Dynamics 365, is the cost of licenses not counting the integration costs made by Microsofts partners for a small company that would like to acquire Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Comments: The choice for this system can only be made by an IT team that has no idea of agile sales and marketing. Definitely not recommendable for smaller companies or even smaller, independent (sales that need to be agile with less staff) branches of a larger company.

Pros: Part of the 365 cloud solution. That's the only reason for our company using it. It's part of the expensive Microsoft package our IT department in Latin America chose to use.

Cons: No useful marketing platforms integrate with it, except a few, but they are far from being a good tool. This makes this system almost a stand alone solution. Good only to register sales steps, but not to integrate with lead gen. and marketing teams to see all activity in place.

Cons: It's something costly.I want to expect to free of cost for personal use. There are limited third party integrations. There is also high pricing and steep learning curve when using the program for the first time. There are some issues with the UI. Also, sometimes there are issues within the software where the MS outlook integration causes performance speeds to slow down

Comments: Stop wasting your time linking spreadsheets, and copy/pasting information from one place to another. Amalgamate your disparate databases and put everything all in one place. I had a fully developed ISO 9001:2008/2015 Quality Assurance system designed in just a few months with every form, every procedure and every workflow. If you JUST want a CRM, there are other products out there. But if you want something that does EVERYTHING, and well, then Dynamics is the way to go. It does the CRM stuff, but it's true potential lies in everything else. You're not hamstrung by limited features or having to pay someone to program you a special solution or needing two or three or four systems to keep track of everything. If you can think of it, you can probably design in Dynamics. Overall, it's the best piece of software I have ever used. And I'm a customer.

Pros: Workflows and Process flows are amazing. You can automate so many steps and get rid of paper. It's extremely easy to customize. You can put nearly every process and document your business uses in it.

Cons: Can be a little bit 'clicky'. The server and system setup are rather time consuming and complicated if you are on-premise. It can be a costly endeavor if you want the consultant to set everything up for you.

Pros: There is a lot more functionality than Quickbooks. I am using Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and there is a lot to intake that Quickbooks doesn't show you off the chart. At the same time, there is a lot of information at a glance, and it is far more detailed.

Cons: The learning curve. To jump right in on my own, would be a nightmare. This is not for beginner use. Please hire a great accountant. This is not necessarily a con, because it's a great program, but it's not for a newbie. Also, SaaS. No Desktop program. Great if you need access from all around the world. Pros: Easy to learn & use. Has interface with Outlook for tracking emails. I can't think of anything else 'great'. Offers lots of ways to filter/search for reporting I guess. Though I think Salesforce still better.

Cons: The 'history' of activities cannot be seen all together in 1 chain of events, need to open each past activity to read and then close and open a new one, then close. Needs to be more like NetSuite or Salesforce in that respect. If you don't know when you sent something or what exactly you're looking for, it's nice to have 1 long 'activity chain' to read thru. Also, unable to change DATES on the 'due dates' for daily activities on the dashboard, have to open up each individual activity/task and change once opened, too time consuming.

Comments: We are in production with our pilot entities but have stopped the deployment since we feel we can no longer trust Microsoft, and its seems like they simple don't care about the suffering we're going through. I understand that we're probably just a spit in the Atlantic but it scares me that they are not taking any ownership of their solution. We feel like we're a laboratory rat for their development department.

Pros: Basically only the white paper... We decided on Dynamics 365 (ERP) based on a proof-of-concept and a solid roadmap on functionality we could grow into when our organisation was ready.

Cons: The short response is everything... It's simply not ready to be released. We are a European organisation with operations in +5 countries and the fact that not even regulatory standards and/or ISO-standards exists (for payments, VAT, elecontronic invoicing, etc.) Another piece of the puzzle is the ever-changing roadmap - functionality that was presented to be included is not, and often we discover that also the strategic direction has changed. Microsoft is not stepping up to its responsibility and has yet to show ownership of their product.

Pros: Dynamics 365 easily integrates to other Microsoft applications. It has so many more advanced features and functionality than a standard CRM or ERP application. It is a all-encompassing solution that does almost anything.

Pros: What I like most about Microsoft Dynamics CRM is how easy it is to use. The interface makes it clear where to search for leads, and displays the information you need right when you open it up. There isn't many buttons or hoops to jump through to get to what you're looking for. Being able to Pin information that's more valuable to you on the homepage is also very helpful.

Cons: There are Glitches quite often, having to restart the program is fairly common. It is understandable since there is a lot going on in the program, but freezing and having to close down in the middle of work can be a nuisance.

Pros: Microsoft Dynamics is easy to use by integrating the software into 3rd party applications. LinkedIn integration is seamless and helps build your CRM with prospects.

Cons: The CRM could have more options to customize fields and add options that help specify more about the clients in the CRM.

It provides excellent analytics. It is well priced

Cons: This is not great if you try to use on mobile It isn't great on macs either It is sometimes difficult to get ahold of custoemr service.

Comments: Overall, the system is very advanced. I would not recommend it to a business with less than a few hundred employees.

Pros: I like the software's reliability as it pertains to accuracy of funds. This system is simple, once properly trained to use it.

Cons: The downside to this system is finding someone who has the knowledge and ability to reprogram the software as needed, for functionality and convenience.

Pros: We were fortunate enough to have a few people supporting CRM and customizing the tool to our needs and process flows and it works better than it did out of box. I like how we can connect our sales tool to our OpenAir tool when sales opportunities are high and need Resources aligned.

Cons: The tool could use better contact organization structure and to be able to require fields from subgrids.

I think they had the idea right, but the functionality did not meet the expectations.

Comments: If you are a big fan of Microsoft everything then Dynamics might be for you, but I believe other CRM'S are far superior.

Pros: The customer interface looks user friendly. It also syncs up to Microsoft outlook seamlessly, which is probably it's best feature.

Cons: My biggest negative with Dynamics is with the display of your contacts. It doesn't give you easy access to the content you have entered in you Dynamics CRM.

Comments: Good CRM tools Portal should provide CMS capability, thus it will be a complete end to end solution for better customer experience

Pros: Since this ia microsoft product, Interoperability and easy integration to other system is a strong point, where most of people in the world use windows OS and ms office

Cons: Ms dyna365 use Subscription method instead of licensing method. This cause higher maintenance cost, as it can not be depreciated

Pros: usable out of the box. Highly customizable. Lots of third party plugins / Apps. Easily Integrates with most Microsoft products.

Cons: The licensing model is confusing. Understanding what pieces / apps are needed if not familiar with Dynamics.

Pros: I like that it's cloud-based, so there's no on-premise hardware to keep updated or worry about getting out-of-date or breaking down.

Cons: They keep changing things "behind the scenes" - it's like coming home from work one day to find all your furniture subtly moved around a bit. Even worse is when they make changes that break your custom Dynamics CRM builds and you have to monkey around to get things working again! Also frustrating is when you have to play Musical Web Browsers to get logged in again...sometimes they'll make a change that breaks functionality in Internet Explorer, but now it works in Chrome (or vice versa)...and I love the irony that Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't work at all in Microsoft Edge.

Pros: I really like being able to start quickly with a CRM in the cloud. Additionally, the workflows functionality works excellent, the integration with Exchange Online works perfectly so we can send emails from CRM. It is easy to customize which I love. Additionally, the standard lead to opportunity flow works good enough for us without any customization. It is also easy for developers to create JavaScript to control aspects of the user interface.

Overall, Dynamics 365 (previously called Dynamics CRM) feels like a really well built software.

Cons: The Project Service Automation module was not as good out of the box as I would like it to be. We will need to customize it before using it. Additionally, there are sometimes errors and I am not yet quite sure the reason for the errors (but on the bright side the errors do not seem to affect the efficacy of the software).

Overall: Tracking our pipeline, getting notifications, integration with Office 365 email and tasks, tracking due dates of our customers maintenance plans and support plan, tracking all of our contacts and accounts in one database.

Comments: My impression thus far of Microsoft Dynamics is that it is beta software not ready for production. Artifacts leftover from trial versions are nearly impossible to remove. It took almost a month of effort to reset my company's instance to remove demo data. Once completely reset, the module we require, Project Service Automation, is nowhere to be found. Obtaining support is far too difficult. Most of the people who answer the phone haven't heard of PSA. Calling the support number on the Dynamics 365 web page gets you to a sales person. The salesperson hasn't heard of PSA, and gives you a different number to call. Using the new number, you get a person who tries to understand what your issue is to open a ticket. Usually, that person has no understanding of Dynamics either, so you end up explaining your problem 2 or 3 times. In fact, they do not have access to any information about you at all, despite asking for user ID and phone number. That means that the 6 prior calls you made that could help the person writing up the ticket are unavailable. It also means that each time you call is exactly as cumbersome as the first. Once they do assign you a ticket number, you wait for a call, supposedly within hours. Meanwhile, I've had to wait more than 24 hours for one callback. If you are in a meeting when they do call, and your meeting has priority, you are compelled to call back and leave messages with the person assigned to you until you are both free.. For shame, Microsoft. You can do better. If you need help, there are hundreds of thousands of Java developers out there than can fix your product and your support system.

Pros: If it were to work, it would suit our needs beautifully. Integration from sales through to invoicing would be perfect.

Cons: Because it simply doesn't work after 2 months of configuration, resetting instances, reinstalling modules, and still not having an application even to configure, let alone use, it has negative value to this point.

Microsoft CRM is a very powerful system and it meets our needs.

Pros: The Microsoft CRM integrates very well with our email marketing platform, marketing automation, business intelligence (BI) etc systems.

Cons: The implementation of the product was a bit cumbersome, since we were moving from our own in-house CRM system, so there were many aspects to consider.

Pros: Every little bit of this CRM is customizable, which is great. Combined with Power BI for reporting is even more amazing! The dashboard on the main page can be set up to show you everything that you need to work on for the day/week and it makes for an efficient process. Also, Dynamics 365 is completely integrated into Microsoft Outlook, which makes adding contacts and leads that much easier. A+ software. Highly recommended for those looking for an all-around CRM solution.

Cons: Lack of user-friendliness. Although this software is completely customizable, you'll never figure out how to customize it on your own without help from support. There are many small features that would be otherwise unrecognizable if not for being pointed out by a support consultant. If you can get past the fact that you can't just click around to figure out the CRM and it takes a little extra work, this software is highly worth it!

Pros: Software was easy to navigate from the start. Support was fantastic and helped to load information into the system as well as to explain so that we could be involved in more of the process

Pros: This system is a 'one-stop-shop' for our company. Our finance, service, shipping, failure analysis and warehouse management is all managed through Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is nice having anywhere access and it looks like we'll be looking into adding the field services module in the future to add to our subscriptions under Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Cons: There is a ton of training needed for Microsoft Dynamics 365. When our company finally upgraded, it took us months to train different departments. The system is very complex and navigating through different reporting elements is a bit overwhelming. Also, the ability to create custom reports is not intuitive.
