Pros

Cons

The platform can be overwhelming to setup and configure due to its complexity. Licensing costs add up quickly, especially if you need multiple modules. performance can sometimes lags if not optimized correctly.

Overall our team completely enjoyed the program. We would still be using it if the costs were cheaper. The data from quotes emails are stored so you can access information quickly and easy anywhere.

Pros

Helps keep us aligned as a team on the go while working remote. Allows for customer data to be securely shared.

Cons

Costs are rather high conpated to past services such as sakesforce and arlo. We switched mainly due to costs.

Overall my experience with dynamics has been good, however when given to third parties such as auditors it can be a struggle due to the complexity.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is a fully comprehensive accounting system which has a variety of unique features which makes it stand out.

Cons

My least favourite part of Dynamics is how overly complex it can be for new beginners. The system is designed for experienced accountants only.

My overall experience has been interesting with all the features that 365 has. But, I feel no every small business can buy it.

Pros

What I´be been liking it is the deep integration with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel), and robust AI-driven automation.

Cons

what I don´t like about 365 is the price. I feel is too expensive and it´s not available for everylne that would need it and use it.

Great experience using Dynamics 365! Overall, we are very happy using Dynamics 365 as there are a lot of different integrations for us.

Pros

Microsoft dynamics allows us to keep all of our information and tracking of users, and products into one place. There is seamless integration across users.

Cons

The integration across users is not super reliable. We experience a lot of lag and downtime between users.

Pros

This is the CRM used by my last job. I enjoyed the ease of use and figuring it out, in order to manage my day to day activity in the job.

Cons

It did not track emails. You had to integrate with another software to track emails and activity with customers.

Pros

Great product but can get expensive for the implementation. But would still recommend for your company as a erp system

Cons

The cost is quite a bit for implementation so please keep that in mind and budget for it so there wont be any surprises

Pros

Easy to navigate and manage several view screens.You can assign inquiries from yourself to the team members.

Cons

Sometimes when you are clicking among multiple screens your filter screen goes away, and you have to reapply your search or filter

I’m currently sitting at the vehicle service center while waiting for my car and the automated system sent out the follow up reminder for the sale. The system does help with the boring part of data entry so I can focus on making deals.

Pros

Copilot drafts those outreach e-mail drafts and they don’t look terrible which shocked me. All of the leads are in one place so I am not constantly searching through my pixel contacts. I am bored just staring at the dashboard but it has not crashed yet.

Cons

Pricing doesn’t make much sense and it feels as if you need a doctorate to repair a simple report. It is clumsy and dated.

I have used D365 in multiple organizations. In the most recent iteration of D365, the integration of MS Teams to Project Operations is fantastic. This allows comms to be quickly and easily tied to Project records. This is a huge time saver for administrators when working with large pipelines of projects.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is one of the most comprehensive tools that I have used, especially from the Sales & Delivery side of the business. From start to finish, Dynamics has the ability to manage all aspects of a successful professional service organization.

Cons

The configuration and set up can be exhausting because Dynamics 365 is so comprehensive and extensible. If the organization does not have a clearly defined roadmap for D365 implementation, the implementation and configuration team can quickly get lost and lose sight of end goals, requiring extensive rework.

Overall, Microsoft 365 is super functional and letting me be creative at work. My team didnt know that thr main tools were using is base from this which is similar to my previous company which gives me an edge.

Pros

At first, I didn't know the apps I've been using for more than 2 years was created from this apps but now that I know, It is an absolute wow! Been using an ATS type tools for more than 3 years and those tools created from this tools are super easy to use and be creative.

Cons

Nothing, Nonr that I can think of for over 3 years of using Merlin and Pulse as a back end of stools for customer or client engagement purposes.

I love it. I literally could not do my job without it. The integration from platform to platform is unmatched. There is no product like this on the market.

Pros

I love that Dynamics 365 allows our team to utilize every single Microsoft tool we could ever need. From powerpoint, to work, to excel, and even Copilot, this software keeps out business running. I dont know what we would do without it.

Cons

I actually am not sure I have a dislike. It literally has every feature we need. My only complaint would be minuscule and would be how Outlook has changed over the years but that is nitpicking.

I meanly use excel for most of my tasks, but for instance. In the new outllok there is no longer VBA macro scripts. And while I know there tasks can be automated with scripts. I guees there should be a tool that, or facillitate the translation of our old VBA, old outlook macros. Into de new outlook. I have not migrate into new outlook because of this.

Pros

The oportunity to have all one platform connected with all office software possible needed. I think its good that Microsoft implements this one solution, as an intregrated full system.

Cons

However beacuse of there are already tons of microsoft softwares, and as I dont think this wide variety of programas is bad. I think microsoft should facillitate the access or view about the programas that are available with our corporate account. I know there is a place where you can look up this information, I have seen it once. But its accuatually not easy to get this info

I basically found that it’s a powerful system, but not one you can just pick up and run with. Once it’s set up properly and everyone knows what they’re doing, it works really well and there’s loads of potential there if you’re a medium or large business that wants everything under one roof.

Pros

I really like how it pulls everything together in one place. You don’t have to jump between loads of separate systems because sales, marketing, finance, etc are all connected. It obviously works great with Microsoft tools too, so using Excel or Teams alongside it feels natural. The customisation options are solid as well; you can tailor it to fit your specific processes.

Cons

It’s definitely not the easiest thing to learn. Some parts feel quite jarring, and you’ll probably need training or support to get the most out of it. It can also get expensive, especially if you’re adding lots of modules or users. I wouldn’t recommend it for a small team unless you really need that level of functionality.

I use Dynamics 365 CRM every day to check customer data & track my activities (calls, demonstrations, etc.). I prefer to use Salesforce CRM or Hubspot CRM

Pros

\- extensive data model: possible to create custom objects - able to capture all type of customer data

Cons

\- The interface could be more user-friendly, the standard one is not really the best - Sometimes it's hard to easily find what I am looking for - No auto-completion search with recent searches

Dynamics 365 has been essential for our business. I use Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams daily and couldn't function without them!

Pros

My team is starting to use Teams and OneDrive more and I love that you can connect from anywhere and have access to all your documents. The team feature is also really nice because we can keep each department's documents separate but also have the ability to share with other departments. And you can control who has editing privileges. You also can see your version history which is really nice in case you need to go back to a previous version of a document.

Cons

There's not really much I dislike about Dynamics 365. If I had to choose, I'd say that I wish when you add an appointment to someone's calendar as a delegate that it would notify the person.
