L’uso della piattaforma ha semplificato la modalità con cui tengo tracci delle interazioni con i vari clienti e con cui monitoro il processo di vendita. Questo mi ha permesso di cogliere maggiormente le opportunità ed, in linea più generale, di ottimizzare il rapporto con i miei clienti offrendo prestazioni personalizzate. Ottima l’integrazione con vari prodotti Microsoft, tra cui Microsoft Teams, la quale semplicità la comunicazione sia verso l’interno che verso l’esterno.

Pros

Dynamics 365 è un ottima piattaforma CRM, utile quindi alla gestione delle relazioni con i clienti, è un ottimo strumento ERP, utile alla pianificazione d’uso delle risorse aziendali. Presenta una struttura modulare, ed è altamente integrata con altri prodotti Microsoft. Il software permette la gestione a tutto tondo del processo di vendita, dalla gestione dei contatti, su cui è possibile salvare dati di dettaglio e tenere traccia delle interazioni al fine di offrire un esperienza personalizzata, alla vendita vera è propria, massimizzando il processo di conversione. La piattaforma è altamente personalizzabile ed è possibile arricchirla sviluppando in house applicazione con Power Apps o modificando flussi di lavoro esistenti mediante Power Automate. Dynamics 365 sfrutta l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire previsioni di vendita future per aiutare l’utente a generare report di dettaglio.

Cons

Dynamics 365 non presenta aspetti che non mi hanno soddisfatto. Un aspetto critico da tenere in considerazione prima di decidere di utilizzare tale elemento a supporto del proprio lavoro è il costo. La licenza risulta onerosa ed ogni azienda deve comprendere se i costi dati dall’uso di Dynamics 365 sono inferiori alle opportunità.

Cons

Cost of maintenance is high for smaller businesses seeking upgrades from QB or Sage. Support from MS is minimal & requires VAR to ensure proper uptime.

En terme de prestige, Dynamics 365 est vraiment un système de première ordre qui fourni plusieurs solutions complètes à des entreprises plurielles de toutes sorte. From finance to make informed decision and accelerate reconciled financial reportings as well as give a clear forecast on the financial trajectory of any business beacause on can view everything from payables,receivables, transaction dimensions,defferals,manage multiple currencies,bank account and assigning automatically audit trails.It is also an efficient CRM tool when integrated with the sales options and is useful to maintain an overview of contacts and their needs ,keep track of sales opportunities which will result to a boost in productivity. The problem with Microsoft Dynamics is that periodically, when we are at our desks working, the application will hang and we will make a few blunders when recording conversations or emails. Apart from that, everything about it is good; it is easy to use, allows us to work on several projects at once, and is user-friendly

The fast-track programme offers excellent customer care, and the product is continuously improved (short release cycles) owing to feedback from users and customers. It is simple to mix with those of other businesses due to its versatility. Its low-code / no-code technique makes it effective.

Cons

The user interface requires some getting used to. The majority of people find it to be really pricey and complex in addition. inability to easily reuse marketing lists that were created in CRM for marketing.

I mainly liked the scalability and customization possibilities that Dynamics 365 offers. Its modules are designed flexibly to adapt to the specific requirements of each client. The aspect that I was least satisfied with is that some traditional CRM functionalities are a bit limited as it is mainly an app platform. The learning curve is also somewhat steep for users without experience in these types of solutions. Maintaining security updates and patches also implies latency until complementary solution providers incorporate them

Used Dynamics 365 for months as a CRM mainly to manage online orders. It happened to be slow at times but overall it allowed finding and quickly reviewing and editing online orders. While it can be a bit complex to understand at first and separate windows opening menus can be overwhelming, this can be overcome by using 2 screens.

As a software engineer , I have had the opportunity to work with Dynamics 365 for a few months now, and I must say that I am quite impressed with the product.firstly, I love how the product allows me to easily create and manage custom entities, forms, and views. The drag-and-drop interface of the entity designer is intuitive and saves me a lot of time that I would have spent writing code. Additionally, the form designer is flexible enough to allow me to create complex forms with ease.Another feature I love about Dynamics 365 is the Power Automate integration. With Power Automate, I can automate workflows and processes within Dynamics 365, as well as integrate with other services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. This has helped me save a lot of time that I would have spent doing manual tasks.the integration with Azure Active Directory is also seamless, making it easy for me to manage user access and permissions.

Cons

One of the few drawbacks I have noticed with Dynamics 365 is that the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming. There are many configurations and settings to go through, and it can take some time to figure out how everything works. However, once you get past the setup, the product is relatively easy to use.

Once we got past the cutover pains (about 6 months) it has gotten easier to live with. I can also see why at an executive level, they made the decision to go with this solution. When compared to products like SAP and Oracle I think you will be far happier with your investment in D365 (buy with confidence).

Pros

Flexibility - It does take some custom coding, but it is a based product that you can tailor to meet all of your ERP related needs

Cons

The server based technology has bandwidth issues constantly (make sure you scale your system properly). Expect your IT staff to grow significantly if you are coming from an AS400 based environment. Requires isolation of support work (in an AS400 environment you can have generalist who do everything -- that will change drastically in this environment.

Acredito que não encontrei ainda o que não é bom dentro da plataforma porque ela entrega tudo que oferece.

La piattaforma si è ben adattata alle particolarità dell'azienda e del business grazie alla sua elevata flessibilità ma ha anche consentito di definire, strutturare e gestire processi e workflow tra i vari attori aziendali ed utilizzatori del sistema. Ciò ha consentito di definire procedure e standard aziendali nei vari reparti, di creare un unico strumento di lavoro a livello aziendale, repository ufficiale per le informazioni riguardanti i clienti e prospect in particolare per le attività di marketing e vendita. Dynamics è diventato uno strumento essenziale sia per il lavoro individuale che per l'azienda. Un'aspetto decisamente molto apprezzato è l'integrazione nativa con i vari prodotti della famiglia Microsoft e le potenti funzionalità di reporting e BI offerte da Power BI.

Utilizzo da anni la piattaforma nell'ambito del processo di vendita. Il sistema è una delle piattaforme più complete sul mercato con una copertura end-to-end dei processi che impattano sulle relazioni con i clienti dal marketing, alla vendita al supporto e non solo. E' molto flessibile e di facile utilizzo, si adatta bene pertanto sia alle grandi aziende che alle piccole aziende anche per via della possibilità di essere altamente personalizzabile secondo le caratteristiche ed esigenze aziendali. Un importante elemento di forza è sicuramente l'elevato grado di integrazione con gli altri strumenti e prodotti Microsoft, dalla suite Office (strumenti di produttività individuale, client di posta ecc), ai potenti strumenti analytics integrati di Power BI alla piattaforma Azure. L'interfaccia è piuttosto semplice e di facile utilizzo e consente nelle varie schermate sia di gestire elevati gradi di complessità di processi con la raccolta e gestione di numerose tipologie di dati e documenti sia di avere workflow semplificati ed automatizzati. Le schermate, le sezioni ed i workflow gestiti possono infatti essere personalizzate in tal senso. La piattaforma è molto vasta ma completamente integrata nelle sue funzione che consentono di gestire in maniera collaborativa tra le varie funzioni ed i vari ruoli tutti i principali riguardanti i clienti e le interazioni che l'azienda ha avuto con loro.

Cons

Pur essendo una piattaforma dall'interfaccia semplice ed intuitiva necessita sicuramente di una buona formazione iniziale per consentire all'utente ed all'azienda stessa di sfruttarla al meglio, non solo nelle funzionalità di base ma anche nelle varie funzionalità più avanzate che offrono decisamente dei vantaggi. Il sistema infatti ha una copertura funzionale molto vasta ed articolata con continui collegamenti tra una sezione e l'altra. Altro aspetto importante è certamente il costo. Dynamics si colloca sicuramente tra le piattaforme di livello alto e per questo anche i costi sia di licenza ma anche di implementazione e manutenzione possono non essere alla portata di tutti.
