Everytime they update the software it seems they do not consult their customers and the changes are major and you have to learn how to use entire sections again with no warning, and they don't make changes that help the customer. Bank recs used to take me 2-3 hours and after the last update it now takes me 8-12 hours. Not Good. Pros I don't like much about Dynamics 365. None that I can think of. Cons Very antiquated bank reconciliations and reporting. It is also very difficult to make corrections, not user-friendly at all. Every action takes at least 5 times longer with this software than with other software. This includes simply printing anything at all.
