At my previous organisation we used Dynamics 365 to create customer service tickets, capture leads and sales to create sales pipeline visuals, capture our suppliers and vendors with automated reminders. We used so many features, including using groups to control who see which section of CRM! So we could keep everyone on the same platform without giving them different URLs or different software!

Pros

The development process is easy to control and roll back whenever you want to. Moving new features from development to QA to PROD is a breeze with the wizard processes. Being able to develop each section on its own means you can make speedy differences for your teams quickly and effectively.

Cons

I was lucky enough to have SharePoint experience before I started using Dynamics CRM but the learning curve with the terminology specifically for Dynamics meant a lot of repetitive googling to ensure I wasn't about to break things during development.

I have tried other CRM's in my career but none of them come close. The future of this product is incredibly bright and the cost to entry is so low that there is no reason not to give it a shot if you think it can help you. The Microsoft account management team will work with you to find the right fit for your needs and set you up for success.

Pros

I have used this software for over 7 years and over those years have seen it grow and improve at a remarkable rate. With the introduction of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps the abilities of this business application stack are unmatched. You are truly only limited by your own imagination. Microsoft provides great account management resources that will help keep you on the cutting edge. From a price perspective, Dynamics is very competitive. What you get out of the box cannot be touched by any competitor namely, Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get the same utility from a Salesforce implementation. Salesforce and competitors also do not have anything like Azure. Having all of your business application ecosystem under such an umbrella is incredibly powerful.

Cons

I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive but often times they don't typically know enough about the product and will ask me for information that i already provided in detail upon initial case submission. That being said, this product is innovating and improving so much you can't possibly expect all the people supporting it to be 100% on top of their game. They SHOULD be but realistically you are going to run into people that are just intermediaries between you and someone that can actually help. This isn't really a Dynamics issue at all but you will need to rely on support if you go with an online installation.

Dynamics is very user friendly. It doesn't take long to catch on to the tools embedded into the system, and it's incredibly easy to train our team to use it. Also, it's lead and pipeline tracking system is extremely helpful when managing a large team. Also, Dynamics CRM is a flexible solution meaning it can be adjusted to your business by using different fields within their systems.

Cons

Dynamics could have better dashboards that are easily accessible within the tool. The tool stores all of the data you have, however, it would be great if you could easily export a dashboard or summary by client, or even by rep!

AI , automations and integration with MS Teams and Outlook is something which is most loved. Integration is allowing us to get the benefit of two application in one with no screen switch and no additional log ins

Option to create meetings directly from Dynamics is still missing. User still need to go to outlook to create the meetings

We have used the array of tools to make communication to our clients, adress our target audience appropriately and for the record, the results have been consitently impeccable.

with the variety of functionality, new users have quite a hard time and this may trigger your organisation to invest more in training its team. It is also worth noting that with a slow internet connection, you will waste time navigating the software especially refreshing the pages.

What I like about this software is the online invoicing. You can easy access it anywhere. You can organize and pay online with a variety of remittance type. Because of this feature it will save you more time and work other tasks. It is convenient to use where you can see your previous and upcoming payments.

Cons

I am a huge fan of Dynamics 635. The software is comprehensive but it can be intimidating at first. Thankfully team Dynamics 365 provides customer service that makes it easy to onboard and how to use the tool.

Pros

Ease to use stands out to me. Been in the role for 3+ years and in the last year we moved to this software. Its definitely a big game step up. This has reduced the time per tasks drastically. Per project we go through over 400 POs so imagine manual entry…..it was just the worse. Then we moved to dynamics. With a click you can load, update and change.

Cons

So far the only con I experienced had to do with migrated data. So we had POs that had been created in our previous system which we migrated over. Since they were not created on the system, editing / change ls to them was not as simple as a click.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is very smart software and helpful for the company, especially in food prodcution. They help the company keep track of inventory and all the records needed. Data report and analysis are also generated from this software.

Cons

The thing I don't like about Dynamics 365 is that they are not friendly user. It is required users have a good skill of computer to be able to use them efficiently. Software also needs to be developed for users easily modified when they need.

There are not too many alternative products over Dynamics 365 in software market.

Very detailed discovery and risk mitigation planning are critical a successful Dynamics 365 implementation... but are too often short-cutted.

My real world experience has shown - For most entities, no alternative ERP existing offers the robust capabilities and customize-to-fit features of Dynamics 365.

Cons

Again my real world experience has shown the greatest con for Dynamics 365 is not the product, but the long-term consumer centric rather than business culture of Microsoft. This too often migrates to Microsoft's implementation partners. Over the past 10 years, I have often been engaged to fix very major and impacting issues created by an overly simplistic (lowest-cost) implementation.

We never had any compatibility issues or we never spent much time to integrate other systems to MS Dynamics 365. Moreover, majority of the other tools we used already had the integration option to it.  As a salesperson, I used CRM every single day. I like the contact management. Since I use Office, it was so easy to use email and Skype together on the CRM, and I was able to keep a track of every single action.  I was OK to use it but if they could improve the UI, it can be a great tool. They may offer some packages for smaller teams as well.

Pros

Easy integration with the other tools - even they are not from Microsoft CRM gets the job done Easy contract management with DocuSign and MS Drive CRM structure for the leads and potentials Customization options Reports are enough for a regular sales team but it is possible to get custom and advanced reporting Access management is better than many other CRMs

Cons

The user interface can be improved The whole system for CRM is too rigid and not that user friendly like a few other competitors It is a good solution for large companies but if you have a team less than 50 people, maybe there could be more budget options - of course with less features

por ahora he podido aumentar mis ventas en la empresa, seguimiento de clientes potenciales, creacion de base de datos , y muchas funciones mas

Pros

las funciones que tiene, poder organizar la base de datos de manera adecuada, su interfase no es tan complicada para manejarlo de forma básica, creación de procesos donde se gestiona notas de crédito, seguimiento de clientes, balances y perdidas entre mas funciones, realmente lo recomiendo

Cons

ES un poco costoso, no todos tienen acceso a este programa, tengo entendido que no tiene un tutorial de asistencia en linea , no es tan seguro el software a la hora de algún tipo de documentos con virus

Pros

The main features that Dynamics was built for are really intuitive, easy to navigate and if you have awareness of CRM systems it doesn't require a whole lot of training. The marketing suite has some great automation tools too.

Cons

The cons for me definitely lie within the marketing functionality, it is brilliant but if any more than one person is logged in trying to use then it freezes constantly. The marketing function is quite unsupported by Microsoft so unless you hire an external Marketing consultant to work with you and the team then it is a bit of guess work as to how to use the email automation etc.

Al principio de la implementación de esta aplicación me costo trabajo ya que eran muchísimos los departamentos que manejábamos y como Sistemas teníamos que aprendernos todos , no sabia que podíamos agregar mas botones de opciones a los perfiles , añadir campos para llenar la informacion o simplemente que pudiera cambiar de perfil, si era de sistemas podía cambiarme al perfil de contabilidad, en fin sobre la marcha vas aprendiendo cada departamento de la aplicación y cada nueva función que tienes en base a tu perfil que manejes

Pros

El software es muy amigable con el usuario siempre y cuando sepas el procedimiento correcto de cada área, la interfaz te ofrece acomodar los botones o las opciones depende el área que estés, esto con la facilidad de agregar atajos en tu pagina principal. Yo que manejo la parte de sistemas el editar y crear perfiles se me facilito muchísimo al tener editada mi pagina principal y saber que botones poner y que atajos agregar al inicio de mi perfil , asi como lo puedes hacer en cada perfil que elijas dentro de la aplicación

Cons

El software tiene un grado de complejidad para la gente que nunca a trabajado con el ya que son muchísimos los departamentos que se manejan en la plataforma , de igual forma al momento de hacer un procedimiento como ordenes de compra , aplicar anticipos o cerrar ordenes , si el procedimiento no es el indicado te marcara un error y hasta que no resuelvas o veas porque es el error no deja continuar con el procedimiento que deseas realizar y esto vas desde mandar imprimir una factura o dar de alta un usuario
