Every company I've administered Dynamics for has found a lot of value in the product. Struggles are usually around Dashboard analytics, and of course- Adoption. Dynamics is known for having a tough to administer system, but that has gotten leaps and bounds better over the last 5 years or so.

Pros

Dynamics is an incredibly robust program that supports enterprise level employees in their sales efforts. What it lacks in customizability, it makes up for in it's powerful search, and ability to connect to any number of Microsoft products seamlessly. The Outlook connection and Teams connections in particular make the product easy to use without even opening Dynamics.

Cons

Reporting and BI are way behind the competitors, because Microsoft insists on selling it separately as Power BI. They should have at least base level Power BI ability in Dynamics as part of the enterprise solution. Breaking them apart makes the software less powerful, and not as "pretty" for end users.

Using dynamic 365 is more efficient more especially when it comes to audio typing and creating presentation through his PowerPoint. This software is recommended for everyone who is who is using the computer and wish to create a document.

Cons

There's nothing to say that have a negative impact when it comes to this software just that when it's not connected to an internet it won't be able to save the document on your cloud but it does have an alternative option to save them and your computer.

It seems too complicated for me and it did not have the option to save on Cloud.

What our organization's overall experience is that all marketing campaign leads are assigned to salespeople who access Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then track and convert them into sales. Also used for services, indices are active until closed by the server. From lead generation to lead acquisition, everything is managed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Pros

The completely offline features are what we loved for our Field Service. RESCO's flagship product offers plenty of flexibility and advanced functionality. But in general, it's a good way to empower workers in this space to provide mobility and be able to view tasks, customer records, contact information, and so on completely offline.

Cons

The product is not ready for release. The development suffers from system malfunctions and important features were removed from the release and roadmap without warning. I was also surprised to ignore non-US international regulatory requirements (currency exchange and management, existing ISO standards, VAT requirements). But what surprised me the most was Microsoft's general ignorance and lack of accountability. Despite many requests, I haven't spoken to anyone who can actually talk about product direction and roadmap. I was sandwiched between disconnected dev teams fixing a critical bug, but they don't seem to be talking to each other.

Now that I work a new firm that uses Salesforce, I appreciate the user-friendliness of Microsoft's CRM. Microsoft's has a much better user interface. Salesforce feels like it was built in the 90's along with Craigslist and was never updated.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is user friendly and maintains large amount of data for our mid-size investment banking firm. It's easy to manage leads by industry group and show reports on deal sizes.

Cons

We had a very active Solutions Architect team that would handle all the glitches the came with the CRM. Sometimes you would submit an activity and it would spout out something different in the feed. There are also limited features for international deals (currency conversion, currency symbols, etc.).

At my previous organisation we used Dynamics 365 to create customer service tickets, capture leads and sales to create sales pipeline visuals, capture our suppliers and vendors with automated reminders. We used so many features, including using groups to control who see which section of CRM! So we could keep everyone on the same platform without giving them different URLs or different software!

Pros

The development process is easy to control and roll back whenever you want to. Moving new features from development to QA to PROD is a breeze with the wizard processes. Being able to develop each section on its own means you can make speedy differences for your teams quickly and effectively.

Cons

I was lucky enough to have SharePoint experience before I started using Dynamics CRM but the learning curve with the terminology specifically for Dynamics meant a lot of repetitive googling to ensure I wasn't about to break things during development.

I have tried other CRM's in my career but none of them come close. The future of this product is incredibly bright and the cost to entry is so low that there is no reason not to give it a shot if you think it can help you. The Microsoft account management team will work with you to find the right fit for your needs and set you up for success.

Pros

I have used this software for over 7 years and over those years have seen it grow and improve at a remarkable rate. With the introduction of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps the abilities of this business application stack are unmatched. You are truly only limited by your own imagination. Microsoft provides great account management resources that will help keep you on the cutting edge. From a price perspective, Dynamics is very competitive. What you get out of the box cannot be touched by any competitor namely, Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get the same utility from a Salesforce implementation. Salesforce and competitors also do not have anything like Azure. Having all of your business application ecosystem under such an umbrella is incredibly powerful.

Cons

I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive but often times they don't typically know enough about the product and will ask me for information that i already provided in detail upon initial case submission. That being said, this product is innovating and improving so much you can't possibly expect all the people supporting it to be 100% on top of their game. They SHOULD be but realistically you are going to run into people that are just intermediaries between you and someone that can actually help. This isn't really a Dynamics issue at all but you will need to rely on support if you go with an online installation.

Also, it's lead and pipeline tracking system is extremely helpful when managing a large team. Also, Dynamics CRM is a flexible solution meaning it can be adjusted to your business by using different fields within their systems.

Cons

Dynamics could have better dashboards that are easily accessible within the tool. The tool stores all of the data you have, however, it would be great if you could easily export a dashboard or summary by client, or even by rep!

Overall a good software marching towards being GREAT, we are able to solve lot of operational issues faced by sales team , we are reducing manual task as AI and automation is making it viable this is giving back time to sales team to meet their KPIs rather than getting bogged down with operations

Pros

AI , automations and integration with MS Teams and Outlook is something which is most loved. Integration is allowing us to get the benefit of two application in one with no screen switch and no additional log ins

Cons

Option to create meetings directly from Dynamics is still missing. User still need to go to outlook to create the meetings

As a CRM, it has greatly aided us in controlling our sales pipelines and in maintaining the accuracy of our previous data. With Dynamics, we can properly arrange and categorize our leads according to the greatest importance. provides a platform for all CSRs to work on, making the whole process streamlined, transparent, and effective. Additionally, I can complete call reports or opportunities right away following customer visits, which saves me a tonne of time.

Pros

The range of customization Dynamics offers really impresses me. Because of this, businesses may reproduce intricate and specialized business processes in the system due to its high degree of customizability. You don't need need to be linked to the server via the workplace network, making it highly accessible from anywhere and quite easy to explore. It is always looking for developers to spend their time and money creating features that are already included in other platforms. streamlines the pipeline, enables me to keep track of the information and activities of my teams, and enables me to create reports on my own.

Cons

When compared to other CRMs like Zoho and Hubspot, it is quite pricey and first very difficult to set up. The existing method of solution deployment is far too intricate and prone to mistakes. The least useful aspect is how challenging it may be to use, especially the first few times, while pulling enormous reports. Looking forward to it becoming faster

Dynamic 365 on a large scape is indeed a very great software. Since inception, we have recorded remarkable sales while greatly saving on costs. With such competitive prices, no enterprenuer could afford not to embrace such a software. We have uncovered infinite potential with 365 and will not fortfeit the services, not now and definitely not in the near future.

Pros

Dynamic 365 ability to intergrate over a dozen features that address several of our CRM and ERP needs could only be termed as a game changer. It offers multiple crucial features ranging from market automation intergration to social media intergration. We have used the array of tools to make communication to our clients, adress our target audience appropriately and for the record, the results have been consitently impeccable.

Cons

with the variety of functionality, new users have quite a hard time and this may trigger your organisation to invest more in training its team. It is also worth noting that with a slow internet connection, you will waste time navigating the software especially refreshing the pages.

We have enjoyed working on the Dynamics CRM and it has greatly assisted us in customer and lead management across departments and the companyu.

Pros

Dynamics has assisted us in establishing streamline sales process and opportunity tracking that is done consistently across all sales reps and the department. Dynamics also allows easy gathering of the touch points done with each client and how they were executed.

Cons

Setting up custom features, security , and limited access is all available but does require some in-depth knowledge and fine turning to get it just right.

Pros

What I like about this software is the online invoicing. You can easy access it anywhere. You can organize and pay online with a variety of remittance type. Because of this feature it will save you more time and work other tasks. It is convenient to use where you can see your previous and upcoming payments.

Cons

I am a huge fan of Dynamics 635. The software is comprehensive but it can be intimidating at first. Thankfully team Dynamics 365 provides customer service that makes it easy to onboard and how to use the tool.
