Dynamics 365 is used to manage every aspect of the enterprise. Many users are satisfied with legal requirements, fiscal reporting and ensuring the consistency of processes. The learning curve of the system is quite short, and you can integrate a new employee quite quickly.

Pros

I really like how it can be extended with additional applications, modifications and integration with other products.

Cons

Reporting could be more dynamic and user-changeable. Creating or changing reports is least to say inconvenient.

Pros

It's fairly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. It's the CRM we already had and we've built a number of internal integrations with it.

Cons

There are a few really bizarre things about the user interface. 1. The "save" button is at the very bottom, right-hand corner of the screen, where there are literally zero other buttons. It feels like the least intuitive place for something as important as a save button. When I first started using the CRM, it took me almost a week to realize you could actually save something. 2. The sign in process is as clunky as it gets. Every 24 hours, Dynamics signs you out automatically (not a big deal, Salesforce does this too). However, once you are signed out, instead of taking you to a page where you can sign back in, or do anything, it just takes you to a dead page that tells you that you've been signed out and suggests you close all your browser windows to then sign back in. The process is madness, and it hasn't changed. 3. When you are loading the home page, you typically want to search a record, so you start typing something in the search field. Just as the page is about to finish loading, it moves your cursor down to the "What's New" section to post something. The result is that I have a few posts that contain nothing more than partial account names that I was trying to search. The last major hang up is that very few workflow automation tools like Toutapp, Yesware, ect will integrate with Dynamics (mostly because so few of their customers actually use Dynamics). This has prevented us from buying the programs we want to use for our sales team.

It's been 3+ yrs using Dynamics 365 it always serves as a helping hand to our job roles and responsibilities.

Pros

"Dynamics" as the name suggests, would be true to call it fuel for all corporates.Loaded with tonnes of features and tools for easy access and quick solutions to all A to Z office-related tasks from every sort of documentation to Data visualization and analytics.Its functionality of auto-generated and suggestions for templates making it so easy to use.

Cons

Tools, and extensions Integration issues still need to be quicker and seamless.Support services have answers to usual common queries which barely happens to anyone, FAQ database should be reviewed and guided for specific modules.Still the memory occupancy for 365 is huge, lite versions would make it more easier to run on low ended sysytems.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365

Google Workspace had a lot of integration issues with newer tools and customization of necessary features was not available whereas in Dynamics 365 one easily personalizes with lots of options.Also, most corporates are extensively over the Microsoft platform.

The integration can be easy or difficult depending on your needs. For example, we have Dynamics connected to various other applications externally as well as installed in to Dynamics. Once setup and configuration is complete then you never have to think about it again.

Cons

What I like least is the slowness that can result if you create views with too many form fields. We have some views and forms that pull a large amount of data. When these are used they can really slow down the interface.

I would say it has been a favorable experience; it has more pros than cons, one of them being the integration with contact center providers like Collab OneAgent, which avoids cross-platform switching and streamlines the work. Dynamics 365 simplifies the process of organizing and consolidating a customer list, instantly deducing the main sources of revenue.

Pros

We can make sure that every contact receives the news report thanks to the distribution list in the CRM. On top of all this, it's an accountability boost for sales with potential closes and deals. Account management is a resource that keeps us up to date, helping us with accurate planning and financial order for the improvement of successful sales processes. I like the overview and the project portfolio perspective feature. Taking won or lost opportunities with Dynamics 356 is easier, as is keeping track of conversations with potential customers through Outlook thanks to the link with this tool.

Cons

It is a solid system with good CRM resources, but the uploading of documents is sometimes burdensome. When some users require privileges and security roles the configuration takes a long time. But I feel it is worth it after all.

I like the Fast Track team from Microsoft, the support they offer after sales has been very helpful. Plus it really listens to its customers, solving particular needs. I like having order by being able to gather customers in one place, sending mass notifications, a complete overview, and a good perspective of projects in the portfolio makes taking more accurate and safe directions. This CRM product from Microsoft has definitely raised the potential and will surely be a tool included for the future planning of our goals. Among other benefits it saves me time and also headaches with so many spreadsheets every day, there is less confusion and information is not lost.

Cons

1 The internal dashboards take a long time to load, this is an aspect that bothers me sometimes. 2 I consider this a minor flaw, the user interface needs to be modernized.

my overall experience using Dynamics 365 was amazing, it is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, net and clean. It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

Pros

Microsoft offers an excellent programme called Dynamics 365 to help you manage your business. Being a member of Microsoft is really beneficial since it gets more integrated with other MS Office applications

Cons

When they have to wait for a live representative, some consumers become disinterested in the product; worse, it's their only choice. I didn't prioritise this because I don't fit the description.

Overall, my experience with Dynamic 365 is satisfactory as I use it to generate reports, look for information, or analyze data. This software may be difficult for new users if they have to use it on a daily basis for recording transactions, exporting GLs, trial balance, etc.

Pros

The thing I liked most about Dynamics 365 is you can create preset reports so you can just use it whenever it is required. We have preset reports for audit to provide sales and purchase samples to the auditor semi annually, all we have to do is change the date in the parameter.

Cons

The least like about Dynamics is how to export reports for a GL account. I think there is a few steps to get to a page to export the data. I also dislike how the data exports for trial balance detail/summary and general ledger details. It will take a significantly long time to export data for a full year. If it does export, the PDF will be too big and take some time to open and It also lags when you scroll through the PDF. There is also quite a few settings you have to set before you can export the data, which is not intuitive.
