As an aspect of negative aspect, I would like to name that its cost could be high, which results a limitation for small or medium impressives looking for a more economical option.

Pros

I love that this product is versatile and easy to use. It has a amazing support system build in. That can answer almost any question you have.

Cons

The cost is a lil bit higher than some of the other products on the market. But you do get allot of value for your money. The brand is worth it. It does not let you down.

Pros

The Best ting i like about Dynamic 365 was its integration with office tools like MS office. Exporting and formatting data is easily manageable.

Cons

It take time to setup and integrate and interface was not that much friendly users has been reported while using.

Honestly, I like almost everything about Dynamics 365 for its incredible versatility, fluidity and effectiveness. Nowadays, I can't imagine myself working without this ingenious software. It's a true "ecosystem" of business apps in one and it's worth every cent that my team and I pay for it.

Pros

In my opinion, Dynamics 365 is one of the best professional digital tools ever. I've been working as a team in digital marketing for years and I use it in almost everything I do. - It's an excellent tool for planning and team collaboration. - It's an excellent ERP with payroll and inventory management. - Great in programmatic management of product properties. - It's an excellent tool in helping online sales and helping in customer retention. - It helps a lot in saving IT costs. - And much more....

Cons

Honestly, so far I haven't seen any major defects in Dynamics 365. There are some small drawbacks that are normal but do not influence at all his productivity and effectiveness. Like everything in life, there is nothing 100% perfect that pleases everyone.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365

I didn't consider any alternative product because I've been working with the main Microsoft products for 10 years and the results have always been great.

The dashboards are a little hard to customize because the program houses SO MUCH data. I find that sometimes, the categories for sorting data are not intuitively named/organized.

If you are familiar with MS 365 technology, nothing much will change for you. You will never have difficulties or experience problems in management. You will get rid of many stages of software operations from the troubles of installation and use. It will be easy, speed, capability and ability increase with the extra tools that it will add to you by working integrated with other MS products. It will have the ability to select the equipment and features you need at the level you want and distribute them easily. Your company's interdepartmental connection will also be strengthened.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamic 365 is essentially the transition from local to cloud environment. In this way, management and distribution have become much easier. We have gained the ability to run all of our processes from independent environments hybrid. As a structure that has been moved to the virtual under the assurance of MS, it has transitioned to a much easier and more reliable level of management. Maximize earnings while keeping our resources to a minimum. It carried higher levels in its workforce and potential.

Cons

I can say that there is nothing missing. It has many advantages, especially in the use of cloud technology. It will be much more useful to design and build the architecture of only the resources and features you need with professional teams.

That common look and feel also has very tight integration some of the Microsoft office types of products, so for if you're used to your spreadsheets and trying to figure out how you can continue to work within your spreadsheets either uploading information into Dynamics 365 or exporting from Dynamics 365 to excel it becomes a lot easier to do and it's fairly seamless from a integration prespective.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is one of the leading systems and one of the top systems in terms of market share, customer satisfaction and one of the most known year peaces in marketplace. There are two primary offers of the 365. First is business central solution what marketplace provides for customers, but on the other hand there are more complex finace operations which is the bigger Enterprise offering within dynamics 365. So you have two differnent types of solutions and business central is meant to be more simplified easier to use, easier to implement type of soliution whereas ethanol or finance and operations is meant to compete with sap and oracle.

Cons

Different modules within the Dyniamics 365 offering are some of the common weaknesses cited by our clients that are using the product. Now in addition of some of functional strengths I just mentioned Dynamics 365 also has the advantage of having that traditional Microsoft look and feel. For those who have used office 365 or Microsoft office or other Microsoft products within your company over the years you will find that Dynamics 365 looks a lot like what you're used to whether is how you navigate the system or how you find certain things within the system it tends to have that common look and feel.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is one of the greatest software, Microsoft made it so much easier for me to runy business. Being the founder of my company can get stressful at times, but dynamics gave me huge advantage, as great as MS Office programs.

Cons

It needs some customization, because a founder like me needs more customization and sometime it gave me an error, but it was quickly resolved!

\- Its very intuitive specially after the unified interface introduced by Microsoft we have a seamless interface across all platforms including Web, Tablet, Mobile. - Integration with any system including MS office, Outlook, Dynamics AX, NAV, GP is pretty straightforward after the advent of CDS platform. - The power platform (Power BI, MS Flow, Power Apps) is a power pack of creating very handy utilities for your business. - With power apps i have created multiple apps for my business users with zero programming skills. -Power BI platform allows you to create comprehensive reports using OOB templates available for Sales, Service Management etc. - The licensing is pretty straight forward and generous. With one Customer engagement license i was able to utilize almost everything under the Dynamics 365 umbrella including power apps, power BI and MS Flow etc.

Cons

\- The mobile application is not very great. There are very frequent crashes and it just doesn't provide that experience which an end user expects out of such a great platform. However, MS had made up for it by introducing the power apps feature. - Some features are just too hard to implement. It all looks good from the list of features that the platform has to offer but when you actually want to implement it, the data required to simulate that feature is a piece of work e.g. Sales AI, Relationship Assistant

Overall, I have had great experience with Dynamic 365 and use it in my daily work life to look for multiple documents and tracing. Since I am used to of it, accessing stuff is not hard but if I have to access new stuff, it is not very user friendly or easy to find.

Pros

The best features about Dynamic 365 are:- The ability to be a one shop stop for all the relevant data.- Ability to lock fields to prevent access levels and incorrect data entries.- It serves as the primary document of reference for us.- Ability to have multiple columns and hold high amount of data.- Since is it linked to one drive, the chances of loosing data are minimal.- The option to add notes in lot cards to highlight some important details.- Item linking and item tracing helps to look back at the input lots and is very easy.- Assigning item numbers to each lot to provide specificity and prevent duplication.- Ease to add more toggles if needed.- The access to financial reports thereby improving transparency.- To have access to electronic work orders and production releases.- It helps in maintaining traceability on the processes and material that is received and used.

Cons

\- having that much information at one site also increases the risk of mix up and chances of data loss.- The maintenance of the system can be longer thereby putting a complete pause on the ability to work.- Having multiple linkage to the material is sometimes represented in a cluster which cause confusion.- The app runs slow at times - Ease of use is not the best as the system is bit complicated to navigate.

It is the best customer relationship management available in the market. This helps to keep our whole staff, from customer service to product team, on board. In every single work, we can write all the required data and control where it is in our system.

Cons

The setup process takes a long time and in the online version, it gets slow needs frequent refresh of the page. It is difficult to use especially for the fresher client. To make the system more usable, it needs expert developers and was not planned or built for small businesses.

In overall, after year of using this software I am happy with this ERP/CRM tools that make my job more fruitful. It is easy to navigate, integrate with all module, upload mass data it is easier ever or even export the data in excel is just one click button.

Pros

So far this is the easier software I had been used in the past. The latest version is more enhance than the previous version. Further, compare with other ERP product there is no specific code list or criteria you need to remember prior you navigate certain report. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I had been used for many year to work on analysis for business decision making. Beside, it is easy to customise the report to suit the current change in business environment.

Cons

The cost of implementing is pricey, not suitable for small scall business. The last I check with IT personnel, the minimum requirement is 5 license. But it is good to used if you are medium to big company and it work well for long run as it is easy to used.

Cons

### "Microsoft Dynamics 365 is great for CRM and PSA"

We switched from Salesforce to D365 because we needed a more cost-effective system that would allow us to track our work from open opportunities to project completion (i.e., seamlessly go from CRM to PSA functionality). The D365 UI did take some getting used to after being on Salesforce for so long, but once we got used to it, the D365 UI is very easy to use and intuitive. Our transition was fairly smooth (it was just a 3-month project) and we have been very happy with the switch.

Pros

There are a few things that I really love about Dynamics 365 (D365): 1. It has fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) modules. With many other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), the CRM and PSA modules are completely separate systems and you have to spend time and money integrating them. 2. It is fully integrated with Office 365. In other systems, connecting to Outlook or Excel can be a hassle and/or feel like you're going "ouside" the system. With D365, working in and out of Office 365 is just seamless. 3. The cost! D365 is extremely cost effective, especially when compared to Salesforce.

Cons

My two big dislikes for D365 are: 1. In order to fully administer the system, you need to be both a D365 admin and an Office 365 admin since some functions (like adding new users or exporting audit logs) require you to go into the admin screens of both systems to accomplish it. 2. The system can often be very "Microsoft," meaning that some things are both incredibly powerful and helpful, but also incredibly finicky and/or difficult to use... all at the same time.

The disadvantage is the cost, and for companies with advanced regulatory metrics it generates an effort to assimilate to those already established.
