### "Very dynamic system but hard to learn and maintain. "

It has been very frustrating to use. To change pricing, take a PHD to figure out how to do it. Then you have to wait hours to see if it even took. Quite often it doesn't and then you have to get on the phone with Tech Support. Who has time to sit on the phone with Tech Support for hours.

Pros

Haven't figured that out yet and I have been using it for over 2 years.

Cons

It has a lot of programs that could really help us. But the Quick Reference Guides we use are not user friendly.

The one stop solution is great for our company.

Pros

Great app, and fully integrated with other Microsoft applications. Easy to use and navigate. Great support and after sales service. Endless range of capabilities. Cloud based and easy to access from other facilities. It has very powerful analytics. Great security. All data is centralized.

Cons

It is expensive and sometimes has performance issues. It has endless customization capabilities that can also be a curse.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365

We are already using all Microsoft products. This is also to be more caplable in doing stuff.

Se puede utilizar conjunto con power bi, entonces desde allí armas métricas ejemplo cuantas cobranzas se registraron, importes etc.

Pros

Lo que me parece muy bueno que al momento de cargar facturas poder crearte plantillas, asi se agiliza la carga. Se puede exportar cualquier información que requieras en excel.

Cons

Lo que menos me gusta es que para ver facturas emitidas si esta relacionado a un proyecto son muchos pasos.Si te confundís cuando haces una recepción de una compra es un lio arreglarlo. Tampoco me gusta en modulo de tesorería emitir un cheque que luego cancelas. Muchos pasos para que impacte correctamente.

Overall, our experience has been good. We have been using Dynamics 365 for years and it has done what we need it to do.

Pros

It is a good tool for our ticketing system, and our sales and lead management. The dashboards allow us to manage KPI's and see them update in real time.

Cons

It is difficult to administer unless you have advanced training in the platform. The Settings page is super slow to load and manage.

Overall, I would give Dynamics 365 a rating of 8/10. It is a powerful tool for improving business efficiency and productivity, but there is still room for improvement. It can be a great tool for businesses of all sizes if used correctly. Ideal for corporate automation and innovation.

Pros

The powerful CRM execution has enabled management and access to customer history and needs for better understanding and data management. And being specific about my activities; I would say improved work time with features such as "Task Lines" and "Project Clocks", it is easier to assign tasks, monitor progress and send reminders to teams.

Cons

\- Sometimes there may be delays in updates and new features. - Some compatibility issues with other systems and tools.

We solve our company problems easily using Dynamics 365 it is more useful for analysing our companies inventory problems. Using Dynamics 365 was excellent.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is very convenient to use, before my company is using other software but we can't use it very well. Dynamics 365 is very proficient when it comes to creating a plan, schedules and most of all the easy to use inventory controlling features.

Cons

As of now I didn't encounter any problems using Dynamics 365 software, because my company always assures that the software is always updated so there will be no delays when it comes to shipments.

A good CRM makes all the difference in the sales area, the center of everything and what keeps any company going, Dynamics has performed to the expectation... It's not perfect! It has some weaknesses, such as the time it takes to load data, but I consider that this can be experienced in any other tool.

Pros

It is a highly collaborative tool, with Dynamics I have access to my calendar, Teams and others. -Better customer follow-up, manage time and minimize lead generation effort; it's all in this great CRM. It's actually a less complicated tool than it looks, after a short learning curve (it's a robust CRM so it's necessary) it helped me get data and load accounts to assign them as prospects. It makes all the work easier as well as the decision making, I feel more confident in every step.

Cons

I like the features that D365 currently has, but I wish that instead of so much documentation for the initial training, more video guides were provided as well as more assistance.

It's an excellent tool for financial reporting,having put in to considerations in all departments (production,finance,quality and also management) has controls that ensures company books are up to date.Tracking of inventory is amazing.

Pros

It's a user friendly software that is easy to comprehend features and also it's very cost effective.I love how it tracks inventory from purchase to sales.Its excellent apportioning bulk sales to different customers.

Cons

It's only the color palette I could love improved ,otherwise I have not encountered any hitch in it's use.

Using Dynamics 365 is a complete transformation for our billing and invoicing operations. For a small entrepreneur, following finances is paramount and this software has simplified everything. Its packages are designed in a way that customers can alter some details like the logotype quite easily without losing their personal touch thus ensuring uniformity with all other business requirements thereby maintaining uniformity throughout the organization including logos on documents such as letterheads Generating invoices electronically or manually, tracking what has been paid against what has come in before calling someone out on debt matters like when or where those funds have gone into without leaving physical evidence on paper has never been easier since this system handles everything on its own. For instance, it has been very crucial because we used to spend too much time going through many papers’ records trying to find out who owes us what; but now things just happen at a click of.

Cons

A business owner using Dynamics 365 for invoicing and billing has both been helped and prevented to some extent by its functionality. Beginning to understand all the finer points of this software is tough - it gets difficult soon after one starts using it. The financial tools bundled alongside Dynamics 365 play a key role in management when we don’t really know what we’re doing yet it’s still one tough nut to crack. To mention a few; it takes a lot of precious time in setting up the software.

I like the service applications that help manage specific business functions, such as financial, sales, operations, marketing, or service automation. I also like that it is empowered to collaborate in different geographies, it gives you the ability to make decisions, take advantage of new trends, interrupt, and above all adapt. It is wonderful because the connected systems, allow in real time to obtain all aspects of sales and operations are easily optimized and controlled.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that it is more difficult for older staff to assimilate, and for small companies where there are perhaps few employees and finances are carried out manually, it is less useful, it is less useful, I think it is not designed for SMEs. In addition, I believe that the factors that do not make an economy stable are not taken into account, as in Venezuela, where almost every day of the bolivar varies with the dollar and many small businesses have chosen to offer their products and services in dollars for avoid losing their income and maintain the financial stability of the company, for them the application of decision making would be uncertain, however, following the example of Venezuela, for companies that make profits in bolivars is equally difficult to maintain a price that does not vary , and this software does not take into account this type of variation so close that an organization could be forced.

The implementation of Dynamics 365 is an asset to my company. The customer support is reliable and efficient. The transition period to fully utilize and appreciate the functionality of this tool was a seamless one. I definitely got the bang for my buck with the purchase of this tool.

Pros

The feature that I enjoy most in Dynamics 365 is that there is seamless integration across Microsoft 365, Power BI and other Dynamics applications. This saves a lot of time and frustration, by its modern design and practical interface that allows quick and easy transactions. Compared to the pricing of other tools with similar functionality, Dynamics 365 was more cost efficient and had tools that the others were lacking. An example of this is the Advanced Find Tool that is capable of performing efficient and complex searches. This saves time and is very resourceful.

Cons

For a fairly new startup company, Dynamics 365 can become expensive based on the required tools that are needed. Because this platform has segmented functionality, there will be a need to purchase additional modules. Also, for Users who are not familiar with the User Interface for Microsoft products, this can be a bit daunting and intimidating to use. It may also require alot of time to get familiar with the product and understand how to navigate fully.

Pros

Very easy interface. I use CRM tools to help me and my organization manage customer relationships. ERP helps us automate some of the back office functions which in return saves us time and resources as we don’t need to hire a lot of personnel. Everything is in one place, it’s like a mall where you find all things under one roof, eg sales, marketing, finance etc they are all together thanks to Dynamics 365. The customer support is second to none, I’ve never experienced such personal support with all the softwares and apps I’ve used before. It’s very flexibly with large database. Dynamics 365 integrates well with other Microsoft products like Outlook which I use on a daily. It also integrates with social media helping us hold campaigns which boosts our sales. It can be customizable to my liking which is pretty awesome. Everything is stored in cloud hence we can access from anywhere and anytime.

Cons

The best software ever, which I can find the right words to say how much I adore Dynamics 365, it’s love straight from my deep heart haha. Just superb

The UI is intuitive, you will find it very easy to use. Support system is highly knowledgeable and always ready to assist if need be, which is not very rare because the tool is self explanatory, you’ll need minimum to no training required. Integrates well with other Microsoft products like Outlook which I use on daily making my work pretty easy. Customization is easy, this is crucial for every business to customize to what works for them to ensure they meet their goals. It’s cloud based making it accessible from anywhere and at anytime. Dynamics 365 is highly scalable which means a business can grow with the tool. It’s able to display data in various charts which is ideal to understand data order to make stable business decisions

Cons

Pricing is abit on a higher side especially for small businesses. Overall all features are brilliant

La herramienta Dimanic 365 lleva un conjunto de aplicativos que parten desde las finanzas, ventas y atención al cliente. Es una herramienta adaptable lo que sin duda me permite realizar una personalización de la plataforma de acuerdo a la empresa a la que se le desee implementar.

Cons

Considero que Dimanic 365 es una gran herramienta pero si se deberían mejorar algunas opciones, a veces se dificulta la comprensión de su estructura.

The business issue we're solving with 365 is the tracking of accounts/clients and status of each of those.

Pros

I do like that I can access our CRM from anywhere, that is something.

Cons

I am extremely frustrated that I cannot fully integrate CRM activities/calendar events with Outlook! The two systems are from the SAME company yet they don't fully talk with each other.
