Pros

Our organisation using dynamics 365 from last 3 year and I find it very useful as earlier we have different username and password for different applications but now after this everything is linked to 365 and the same login details works .

Cons

I I did not find anything which causes trouble to me.

Overall not great, but what was most disturbing was discovering that when we made our decision to move to another ATS, we were not given our data in a free back-up file like every other ATS provider does. It was made clear that We Owned the Data, but we had to extract if ourselves. Not having the IT expertise to do so, we needed to contract with Microsoft Partners to get that data for us. The first partner was unsuccessful in getting our data. Ultimately the second partner was successful, but it cost us close to $10,000 to get what should have been provided to us free of charge. We were also required to subscribe for another year to their service so we would have time to have someone get our data, which took close to two months. As a result we were forced to use an ATS system for an additional year beyond what we had hoped. We were also not allowed to escalate our concerns about this process.

Pros

Integration with Microsoft Outlook for email tracking was decent.

Cons

To numerous to describe here in detail, however one particularly frustrating aspect of data collection was that, when entering notes on a candidate in a job pipeline, that data was not visible from the candidates general record. To see this information, you had to know to look in the candidate's file associated with their activity in a job pipeline.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365

We thought being a Microsoft Partner would give us a advantage with the integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Dynamics 365 is an effective and very powerful software. This software has offered me a variety of features and capabilities in order to manage all different aspects of the company operations. The CRM and ERP technologies have proved useful in increasing revenue and enhancing engagement with customers.

Cons

\- The capacity to alter the software itself is a downside- Dynamic 365 is not compatible in regards to integration with other 3rd party systems- Setting up of workflows are complicated

Pros

We spent a year building and configuring our instance. Our team has been able to build a platform that helps our business serve thousands of customers daily and allows the MIE teams to pull meaningful data on each of these activities.

Cons

It would have to be the library of tools, not included in the license of dynamics. Other apps were needed in addition to the dynamics app. Share point, power bi ect..

Overall it does its job, but we constantly need the support of a system integrator in order to devleop and run more advanced campaigns.

Pros

It's a good CRM overall.It's usually appreciated by the IT department, whether Salesforce is the most favorited by the Marketing team.It does its job: contact management, some marketing automation, etc.It needs to be developed through third party apps (like ClickDimension if you want to send newsletters).

Cons

It's IT oriented.It requires a lot of development and customization if you want to integrate it into your website.It requiress, for example, Zapier if you run lead acquisition campaigns on Social Media and you want to import the contacts into dedicated lists.

Issues with resetting passwords. It is not plug and play, you have to study it and get on boarded first before use.

My overall experience has been great with this tool, my company is totally on Dynamics 365 since the past 5 years and are not looking to change, we use this tool mostly for sales and for our sales force.

Pros

Favorite features of this tool include task assignment and task management, with a great user interface for customizable dashboards with reports running on your sales, cost to revenue margin analysis and billing/invoicing the clients. etc

Cons

A certain degree of training is required to navigate and utilize the tool to its full potential.
