I have been using this product since about 4 years. The functions of this product allows employee to be more productive and knowledgeable.

Pros

Simple to use and friendly staff. The project's data structure is consistent, making it simple for new developers to begin working on it. consistent performance and a high delivery rate. Once finished and configured, the software is logical, generally simple to use, and efficient for deploying a CRM for your sales force or other purposes.

Cons

My practical experience has demonstrated that, for the majority of companies, no competing ERP system provides the powerful capabilities and adaptable features of Dynamics 365. Since I've been using Dynamics 365 for about 4 years, I can honestly say that there aren't any issues. outstanding software.

### "Lots of Customization and Functionality, but Complicated and No Integration"

We've been using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online at our company for just over a year now, and while I can say that I've enjoyed its powerful tracking and customization features, overall it has been a pain to use because it is not very user friendly at first (steep learning curve for new CRM users) and any deeper customization requires programming know-how. Another notable issue is the fact that Dynamics basically does not integrate with anything, aside from Microsoft Office apps and Microsoft Outlook. As a smaller company that uses many different apps and software to handle our business processes (Google Apps for company email, Campaign Monitor for marketing, etc.), it can be frustrating to not have any integration options available with our CRM tool. Even if we could get a workaround through Zapier or IFTTT, that would be fine, but not even they have integration capabilities. Our only choices are paying for a pre-made software tool or bringing in our own programmer to make any necessary integration. If you are using Microsoft software and apps for the majority of your business activities (namely Outlook), then Dynamics can provide a lot of value for your Sales team. Otherwise, is you're looking for a more flexible tool, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

Pros

Powerful data tracking, simple user interface, good customization options, great for tracking complex orders, comes with templates (email, reports, sales documents), email integration available, social media integration available

Cons

Difficult for new users to learn, support documentation and resources are scattered and not always relevant to your issue, customer support is hard to reach and not very helpful, tutorials only cover basic features when there is so much more, no integration with non-Microsoft apps without custom development.

I like dynamics 365 because it is a web based CRM platform that I use to track customer project progress, and to monitor receivables. I am able to send emails that others can see to track the status of individual projects.

Pros

I like that each team member can input notes, and emails into the system, and when others look at the customer record, all can see the various activities that have occurred to avoid duplication of efforts, and to avoid making phone calls for collections when the project is not complete.

Cons

There were some activities that took extra time or additional unnecessary clicks to navigate through actions such as recording payments. Some of this has been decreased since starting to use Dynamics 365.

Dynamics 365 has almost everything it got such as CRM which is very important to build customer relationship to next level , customer service modules, commerce store that does store management and inventory process and digital marketing such as targeting through multi-various channel campaigns and increase leads and conversions. Overall a really inexpensive tools for all kind of business to have.

Pros

I been using an establish sales funnels of other company which cost $297 monthly. When I start to use an inexpensive system like Dynamics 365 which is far cheaper, I did not know it could also create sales funnels which produce the same result and help us to reach our target. From that day onward, I terminate the other sales funnel and turn to Dynamics 365 permanently

Cons

In the first place where I tried to use Dynamic 265, I found out that there is a lot of functionality and is a little tedious to find the right function which you are looking for. But after you have mange to adapt the system which might took some time, you will easily find the function.

Considering the prices of license of Users it will be too expensive , as previous Dynamics had separate user license methods but this having direct user licenses but docent's have concurrent

Microsoft Dynamics 365 makes my life easier by adding a wide range of tools directly into the CRM i.e. from customer service to your business analytics.for example,Outlook can communicate quite easily with the CRM and thus help me close sales directly through your emails.

Pros

Power Bi ,a powerful business analysis tool that creates reports and helps you get a better picture of the situation at any time and about anything in your CRM.

Cons

Difficult to use at first and if someone who has no notion, it is very difficult and the features are really limited in the mobile application.

It has enhanced graphics features and is the best CRM tool I have used so far.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics does integrates with Outlook and even Microsoft Office so I am able to use Microsoft Dynamics or Outlook to correspond with clients and business partners. Its very user-friendly and new users can easily find accounts and account information on one screen with links to various contacts. As the dashboards are very easy to customize, it is also easy to install third-party managed solutions into Microsoft Dynamics CRM right from the marketplace where you can search for all other useful solutions. Last but not least feature of this App is that it has very brilliant reporting features in views where users can create and export them to Microsoft Excel for further processes.

Cons

1\. When it comes to metric calculations the tool is quite complex on that curve. It should be made to execute calculations with ease. 2. The tool could be very complex for novice users. Both interface and features. 3. Payment methods with Microsoft Dynamics AX like ACH and Wires are quite passé. The experience with these modes of payment can be a little clumpy. 4. The capability to export data is complex to develop and set up for various entities. Users must create their own query and manage rather than one saved query that can be accessed by various users.

Daynamic’s 365 interface is well organized, and easy to use and understandable. The support team is knowledgeable and eager to offer support. Integrates well with Microsoft outlook which I use daily. Reporting is easy with Dynamics 365 and also possible to display data in various charts for easy and better understanding. The pricing is affordable, you will get value for money. It’s cloud based which means it’s accessible from anywhere and at anytime.

Cons

Dynamics 365 is suitable for all types of businesses, it’s like a one stop shop which is inclusive to all. Microsoft never disappoints, I love my experience so far with this tool l, 3 years and counting

There are certain aspects that need to improve for a better performance; such as data loading and processing, which in turn kills the user experience as a whole. Not to mention the fact that the cost of some of the customization options available can be high. Anyone with little or no technical knowledge can start using the product, but as the level of customization required grows, experts and user guides will be needed. In my opinion they need to work a lot to make the user experience easier and the learning curve does not take so long.

Pros

It is a useful platform to manage our leads and keep track of them. It is easy to navigate, and I can access it from anywhere, if you are familiar with Microsoft products it will be easy to use.

Cons

There are frequent delays in response time and the system frequently freezes or crashes without saving any unsaved work. Even after selecting the desired page, the system frequently redirects to a different one.
