I have faced few challenges also but the overall experience has been really good. The Standard features are great and easy to implement. The challenges came when we have to customize the standard features.

Dynamics 365 comes with lots of different features and functionality that provides various benefits to the customers such as tracking of clients, Financial monitoring and communications, Tracking of inventory and future predication of inventory. It's integration with outlook is an added advantage .

Cons

When we talk about customizing the standard features it is somewhat difficult to do. The customized features generally don't work the way they are supposed to work. Additionally tracking security and roles is also a difficult process.

Pros

We were looking for a new ERP system that offered mobility, as well as being able to integrate all of our offices into one platform. We had several locations using a number of ERP systems and standardizing on one system was a goal for deployment.

Cons

The deployment did have some hurdles in the way of transferring our older CRM into Microsoft Dynamics. We were working with several ERP and CRM systems.

I have used DynamicsCRM for two different organizations. What I like most about the product is the level of customization that has been made available for organizations to change the display/interface of the data to even individual team members in different roles across the organization. While the raw Dynamics CRM environment can be a bit of an 'overload' (especially for front office staff who may only need 1 or 2 bits of information), these customization options allow for organization/industry specific changes as well as a more user-friendly experience

Cons

While the customization options are great, there are a few key bits that are 'frozen' (for the lack of a better term), and cannot be changed/edited/removed. As the program is designed for a more sales-focus organization, these 'hold-overs' has caused a bit of an issue with my current non-profit organization which has customers, but not in such a sales-driven fashion.

I love using the accounts payable part of the application as it allows me to tally up the expenses that I have for the particular day and week Accounts Receivable is a critical tool that I need to balance my income throughout the week This is a great part of this app and it allows me to look at my bank totals for the week and figure out if there is any transaction I need to work on. This is one tool that I feel is critical in managing my day to day transactions with other companies that I am in discussion with regarding book publishing This is the one tool that I can't do without as it allows me to view my contacts and look at the last time I spoke to them via email which is important in my business.

Cons

I think that the only con that I can see in this software is the price that Microsoft charges for Dynamics 365. I would hope that they lower the price in the near future so that I can purchase it and for 6 months rather than going month to month.

La flexibilidad de la configuración de los Roles, no se me hizo tan flexible.

The cloud support and user-specific sharepoints that can be sent to multiple collaborators makes Dynamics a must have for any serious organization with any sort of horizontal organogram 3. Rather than build a new GUI, Microsoft did well to just integrate current Office products but allow integration with other third party apps like SAP and Quickbooks

Cons

1\. Its is built for Edge and native Internet explorer, very slow browsers by Chrome standards. This means that some compatibility issue when using other Non-Microsoft browsers will cause a few sighs of frustration in the course of the product use 2. At this time and age, Microsoft can do more than only allow 10 GB cloud storage for entry package when the competition starts off at around 40-80 GB cloud space 3. Customization is a pain, which is expected as Microsoft are not known for allowing open source inclusivity
