Overall, my experience with Dynamics CRM has been okay. Prior to the recent update, I felt like the system was easy to use and I quickly caught on when I was taught at my current job. Since the update there has been a learning curve, but each day it has been better to use. With the up there is also an easier way to look at individuals profile's and core behaviors within our company which has been helpful.

Pros

I use CRM at my work place and there was recently an update. With this new update there are a lot of different colors that have been added to our schedule board for appointments. This has been really helpful because you are able to take a quick look at it and know what employee is doing what or if appointments have been cancelled, cancelled and rescheduled, a no-show, or completed. The older version did not allow for multiple colors so this has been something that has been very beneficial to our company.

Cons

With the update of CRM, there have been a lot of issues with rolling it out. There have been issues with scheduling in the correct time zone as well as certain views showing employees who aren't in the office or not showing appointment names. With the update, I feel like there are extra and unnecessary steps added in to schedule an appointment, which is more time consuming.

In our entire organization, we used Microsoft technologies. The ease of integration was the nicest element about adopting Dynamics 365. All of the applications and web resources work together flawlessly. We've never had any issues with interoperability, and we've never spent a lot of work integrating other systems with MS Dynamics 365. Furthermore, the majority of the other products we used already included an integration option. As a salesperson, I used CRM on a daily basis. I enjoy how you keep track of your contacts. Because I use Office, combining email and Skype on the CRM was a breeze, and I was able to keep track of every step. 

Pros

Integration with other products - even if they aren't from Microsoft CRM - is simple and effective. DocuSign and MS Drive make contract management simple. For leads and potentials, there is a CRM structure. Options for personalization Reports are sufficient for a standard sales team, but custom and advanced reporting are available. Access control is superior to that of several other CRMs.

Cons

It requires some time to set up, but after you've gotten past the growth curve, it's simple to still use.

Not easy for new users to adapt and work on this platform. It is not easy to scale up or scale down.

The basic purpose of this CRM is for customer management. This is something huge in our company to control and evaluate leads vs. sales. This software helps to solve this for us. While it is effective, the price and customization have been negatives for us.

Pros

Once set up and configured, very easy to use and navigate. Includes all the features and functions need to have a basic CRM in place, but it requires a lot of customization. If customization isn't required and you are okay with the 'out of the box' approach, I think this CRM gives any basic organization more than they need.

Cons

Our company required, and still requires, some heavy customization of this software. We are still continuing to make improvements as technology changes. The price is hefty. While the price wouldn't be so bad if there was more support on customizations and updates, you still need to hire outside help for improvements. Which, in turn, costs more money.

It makes my job easier. Most importantly is the fact that all the tasks are organised and I don't have to worry about double scheduling and making task duty files.

Cons

Initially it seemed a bit difficult to operate and its funtions were very clear. But once umderstood, you can never go wrong

Overall, we are glad that we switched over from Salesforce. We were paying an arm and a leg with that application and now we are paying less for an easy to navigate and helpful tool in keeping organized.

Pros

My husband and I have tried to use other CRM's throughout our businesses young life, but we settled on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and we absolutely do not regret it. It has grown and improved throughout the last two years, at a rate that has honestly surprised me. This application has helped tremendously with business organization and accounts payable. The price is extremely competitive, especially considering its rival app, Salesforce.

Cons

Support has not given ideal situations of help. They are very rude and do not seem to understand anything that is being asked when it comes to the technical point of the application. Within the application there is a section for planning instruments, when the page needs to be refreshed it is extremely slow and sometimes makes the entire application crash.

It is s easy system that anyone can use. If you know how it works you can do your basic admin quickly.

Pros

It is relatively easy to submit my hours, and mileage and do my declarations. I know where to find my details and see the status.

Cons

The system is not very flexible especially when you make a mistake. Changing a field means you have to start over, which sometimes makes it frustrating to use.

We used to struggle with our paperwork and for such a huge company, the paperwork was endless from getting invoices and sorting them, the outsourcing of credits and debits is also very expensive and this software just makes it all easy for us.

Cons

In the beginning, the training was a bit of a difficult thing, but with the help of your support staff we got everything in order and the company's accounting system flows much better.

Dynamics makes the financial department much easier to handle and I recommend it to as many clients as we can.

The overview and dashboard of this tool is quite modern and sleek. It helps me to focus on my work with more efficiency and keeps track of the things in order to put in more improvement in it. We can track the mails, client history , orders , sales and finance matters. Thus , it helps in get rid of all other spreadsheets and spare tools. Every task can easily be performed with it and also can be monitored easily as well.

Cons

Dynamics got great set of tools of which some are quite complicated to use and implement .So it requires a bit of training to get hold on the things and the tools. And for some operations , Microsoft dynamics lacks some functions and tools for which we have to consult some other software.
