This is a great instance of an enterprise CRM that is intuitive and easy to use. First, the CRM is intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is very simple to navigate and provides a very clean, professional look. The Dynamics 365 CRM provides great value to the user. It has great features such as campaign management, sales tracking, customer relationship management, social media marketing, and more.

Pros

I have been using 1 year Dynamics 365 for a while now. The ability to easily create and send emails, access CRM from your mobile device (using Google Chrome) and integrate with Google Sheets is very helpful. The integration with Google Sheets is particularly useful, as it allows you to tag certain people in a spreadsheet, which has proven to be very helpful in managing who is able to view KPIs from a specific report.

Cons

In general, it worked stable and did not cause any problems, we were quite satisfied, but I think that if the pricing policy was a little more appropriate, it would be more demanded.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is being used in multiple department of the company but not all . We use it in tracking the incoming client request, that is from the support to implementation. It also allows those members who are client-facing to be on the same application and work together in a more efficient manner. The software being a cloud solution helps some of the workers to even work remotely.In addition to that, the software is easy to use and easy to teach new users.

Cons

The customization feature is both a blessing and a curse . The more you customize it the it tend to lag. The software is also cumbersome to implement

Favourite feature is how easy it is to assign and manage tasks. The interface is customizable and this day to day work pretty easy as we are able to tailor this to our specific needs. Set up is fast and easy. The software integrates easily. Princing is fair considering the quality I get. Quite secure software. Support system is top notch. Report generations is simple and fun, I hated this until I used Dynamics 365.

Cons

I honestly have no challenges, used it for close to 4 years and I would’nt imagine working without Dynamics 365. Excellent software

Dynamics 365 is the best software work with in terms of customer relationship management(CRM), which is key in business. it is very easily to master and also helps to manage our business such as finance, marketing with operations and sales in a more efficient and quick way.

Cons

The only cons I have with Dynamics365 is that, it takes a bit longer during it's setup period. Aside that it is very use to use ad still remains the best.

We use Dynamics 365 as an alternative to SalesForce. SalesForce is likely more flexibly, adaptable, and more widely used. We chose Dynamics 365 because of his it integrates with Microsoft products, which we were already invested in. I compare this to the PC vs. Mac (SalesForce) debate.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is an integrated CRM solution that offers the flexibility and utility you need with the added advantage of being compatible with Microsoft Suite. The backend is also easy to adapt internally.

Cons

Explanations are hard to come by and customer support is not terribly convenience. The UX is also a challenge trying to manage workflows from leads to sales.

Our sales process has improve and the processing time has been reduced for all orders. Dynamics has empower our sales team to make right decisions, they feel equipped with all necessary information. We are able to create better visibility for everyone and work sales performance management.

Pros

Reporting is made very easy with Dynamics, there are so many inbuilt templates for report and dashboard which can serve most of the needs. Our Sales flow has improve with Dynamic in place with better lead management. Sales team is most benefited as they feel equipped with the necessary information and they achieve better results. Page layout is very user friendly for all records, like opportunity, quote, account. The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Cons

The only thing that I come across is, inline edit capability is not available in the reports. Apart I am very happy and satisfied using Dynamics
