### "The latest version of CRM 365 is lovely. Easy to access all my required forms from anywhere."

Centralized customer data, tracking of communication over the course of a business relationship.

Pros

The Dynamics 365 version has better navigational menus. I can find the sections i need faster and with fewer clicks. The menu drop downs are logically arranged and visually easy to follow. I love the Advanced Find feature which allows me to create customised views of my data, and the fact that i have all my customer data/ interactions in once place is really advantageous.

Cons

Customised forms can become tedious in terms of how they load and close. Closing a form can sometimes take time. Also forms opening in a new tab tend to move navigation away form the focal screen. The synchronizing of CRM with Outlook can take a long time at start up of Outlook.

Its a great experience, nothing to say when you understand what you are doing - i was surprised that in the ratings (on last page) it didn't ask : time management !

Pros

Dynamics 365 is really user friendly, and easy to use. Only thing is : it takes time to calculate the time management when you enter hours.

Cons

I think we may not be using the tool to its best abilities, however, i would really say that its the visual presentation that is what i least appreciate in my opinion... if i'm being honest !

### "Complex CRM system for your business"

Pros

This was a first CRM software I got to know. Thanks to its complexity it took me some time to learn how to use it, but overall it is very convenient software to use from accounting point of view. The modules are very intuitive and I enjoyed the most how the module "settling of open transactions" worked. Since then I havent come across any other CRM software which would beat Dynamics.

Cons

It can be modified to your needs, but not much and the functions are quite limited. Also it is not cheap but I think the price is fair compared to its performance. Sometimes we experienced the system being too slow or closing completely. Reporting is difficult.

Pros

Entering time and correcting timesheets is simple and accurate. This software also allows for accurate line item documentation.

Cons

I do not like the budget report features. Our last software was much more efficient for budge monitoring from a project management perspecitive becuase it gave easy access to detailed user reports and it was simple to see the total charges along with any individuals responsible for exceeding budget limits. This made it straightforward for me to alert clients to any overages and extra charge fees prior to receipt of invoices, creating better customer engagement.

Easy to use, easy to use where you are, if it is in Outlook or on a mobile device. Also enables integrations on both no-/low-code perspectives as with complex code-based integrations and customizations. There are only a few things this system cannot really do, and in those cases, it probably shouldn't anyway.

Pros

As no systems are islands anymore, selecting a system that is in the heart of Microsoft's strategy enables integrations to many common systems like Office 365, datalakes, Power BI, e-signature solutions etc. with small effort. The power of the underlaying Power Platform and also the rest of the Microsoft stack makes it incredibly powerful.

Cons

Licensing is a bit complex and hard to understand.

Pros

I loved that it has a simplistic and completely user friendly system set up where I can do everything I need to with one app. It makes storing and finding everything for my records easier on me as well

The initial setup process is a little rough and occasionally it has glitches or bugs during prime operation times

Pros

it has flexibility, Every process carried out by every part of the company is connected, giving management the ability to make predictions, and ultimately make decisions for the next steps. The modules are integrated, to make business processes and data flow not only fast but accurate. and Dynamics 365 makes collaboration between departments easy. Data generated from each business process by one department can be accessed in real-time by other departments. Each team member will know the status of the previous process that should be done by the other team, so they can easily understand how to achieve it. we will have access to real-time information. When talking to customers, the sales department will have information on orders (sales orders) that have or are currently happening. All parties involved in the business process will receive the latest information that will support the completion of these tasks. Whenever the application is no longer needed, customers can make their own choice. With the subscribe method, customers can also go further in achieving company cost-effectiveness

Cons

Although the available modules are quite complete, the available modules are still at a basic level.

My overall experience during the implementation was not very good. However, I now enjoy using the software very much and its much better.

Pros

I like that Microsoft Dynamics is easy to use and has many features to manage customer information. In the beginning it was slow and difficult to use. However, Microsoft has stepped up it's game and fixed many of the issues it had. I also like that it the tool interacts with other software to make our job easier.

Cons

I don't like that it can get very slow at times. Additionally that the engineers are not very flexible with features changes, however, i am sure they have a reason for this.

Pros

I have come from Hubspot, and a range of other CRM solutions and none have the capability that Dynamics has. Microsoft has so many integrations, and utilising them is one of the essential items to our success.

Cons

It does take a while to get used to, but once you have learnt and implemented a few workflows to your liking, the system gets so easy it is almost on autoplay.

Integration with other Microsoft products like Outlook which I use daily saves me alot of time. Enables fairly quick quoting reducing the turnaround time for getting back to clients, we all love a quick resolution. Customization is easy. Easy to manage leads, we can track new prospects and convert them to customers. UI is straightforward and plain. Customer service is commendable

It is an easy to use tool with a friendly user interface that helps us to know what is needed of our clients . It is a tool that i would highly recommend.

Pros

We use Dynamics CRM across the entire Organization, the difference is some of the department frequently use it more than others.The software allows all the employees in the different departments to share account information about our present and prospective clients. There is no need to call or email other department to inquire about clients since all the information is provided in one place,where every employee can access.I like the user friendliness of the software and easy it is to customize the account.

Cons

We always have issue with duplicated files and tracking them is time consuming.

Cons

In fact there are these cons mostly observed 1. Setup takes a bit longtime but it gives the flexibility in customizing each and every aspect in it. 2. Isn't easy for the fresher clients to use it full fledgedly 3. As it is Cloud based the sparing of information is kind of moderate 4. Customization options are little. So, I would recommend it to be numerous which makes setup ease 5. Rare crashes noticed in mobile application as well as in desktop.
