Easy to use and trading staff. Data structure is consistence making it easy for new dev to start working on the project. Reliable performance with good delivery rate

At times some of the features are buggy but nothing deal breaker.

This application allows you to use and organize work areas, define roles and generate a history of all requests made by customers and attended by the company where I work.

Pros

The most I like this software is that it simplifies the management of subsidiaries by organizing and providing useful information about customers. In my case I use this software to manage the requests made by clients and provide support in the resolution of the same according to the date and priority of each request. All this in a fast, efficient and simple way.

Cons

So far, the only issue I've had with the program has been some compatibility problems with browsers such as Google Chrome in which sometimes this tool is not shown completely or the options do not load properly.

Cons

I use it every day for our company. We use it internally and we also troubleshoot inside customer's environments. So far, I can say that anything can happen with this CRM. Customizing it for your needs can be great but can also lead to issues due to relationships and the fact that you can use managed and unmanaged solutions. A good CRM Admin will take care of your environment, but there are a lot that don't know much and have caused great damage to their environment. I don't thin Dynamics CRM is that user-friendly compared to other CRMs.

Pros

This software can be customizable with so many solutions you can install, but it can also be set to be pretty simple and straightforward.

Cons

Most Microsoft Products lack beauty and sleek design, and this is one of them. Menus can be confusing sometimes along with terminology.

Pros

It's a compotes Pacakge of all in one Microsoft office, Enterprise resource planning ( ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM). It's best in the market as it has best cyber security in the world. Pay as you go is the best part.

Cons

It's don't like it's license part. One must have their system licensed with ms or other like Linux. Could work on implementing with open source. Price is also little high. Most people go for open source in case of low budget.

Not much to be honest. Would not have liked to make the switch if it wasn't made essential by the boss

Cons

The interface is not user friendly at all. Plus setting up workflows is a pain because of the UI and some aspects are unnecessarily complicated

Pros

I have been using Dynamics 365 for a long time now and what I can say firstly is that the software had updated frequently as time went on. The possibilities on this software is so wide that I believe the only limit would be your own creative juices not flowing. The integration between other Microsoft software makes it perfect use in all aspects. The layouts are great, utilizing it is easy and the software is not costly.

Cons

I can only list two. One being, reaction time and two, there is an unreasonable amount of windows, screens and tabs. Making it hard to first time clients.

This software is easy to use as everyone has used Microsoft software at least once. The price of this software is also very reasonable. Accessing of tools in the software is also very effective and easy. The link of the software with outlook is also a fantastic feature. As you can send emails directly and have pre designed templates. You can also synchronize all the data to OneDrive and access it from another device.

Cons

It has some bugs when new updates are released. For some of the new users its difficult in the beginning to understand the software and when you setup the software it requires initial customization which is difficult for the beginners. I have faced the problem that signing in to their mobile app is very slow and takes a lot of response time. It is not friendly with Gmail which is very irritating for the new users.

The main issue I have with the software is that it may not be completely designed to handle what we are throwing at it; But what software is?

\-Potential of various tasks -Organization of various Products -Normally responsive database -Offers some means of customization -Allows for tracking and Automation of services -Nice Provision of Analytics and various charting

Cons

\-Software does alot of things OK but seems to lack Greatness -Not great for overall project management (at least in the CRM world) -GUI seems very limited vs other software packages. -When the database slows down, it slows way down. -May be good to track individual things, but would not recommend for multiple product divisions simultaneously
