Pros

I have been using Dynamics 365 for a long time now and what I can say firstly is that the software had updated frequently as time went on. The possibilities on this software is so wide that I believe the only limit would be your own creative juices not flowing. The integration between other Microsoft software makes it perfect use in all aspects. The layouts are great, utilizing it is easy and the software is not costly.

Cons

I can only list two. One being, reaction time and two, there is an unreasonable amount of windows, screens and tabs. Making it hard to first time clients.

Pros

This software is easy to use as everyone has used Microsoft software at least once. The price of this software is also very reasonable. Accessing of tools in the software is also very effective and easy. The link of the software with outlook is also a fantastic feature. As you can send emails directly and have pre designed templates. You can also synchronize all the data to OneDrive and access it from another device.

Cons

It has some bugs when new updates are released. For some of the new users its difficult in the beginning to understand the software and when you setup the software it requires initial customization which is difficult for the beginners. I have faced the problem that signing in to their mobile app is very slow and takes a lot of response time. It is not friendly with Gmail which is very irritating for the new users.

The main issue I have with the software is that it may not be completely designed to handle what we are throwing at it; But what software is?

\-Software does alot of things OK but seems to lack Greatness -Not great for overall project management (at least in the CRM world) -GUI seems very limited vs other software packages. -When the database slows down, it slows way down. -May be good to track individual things, but would not recommend for multiple product divisions simultaneously

We have been using its package for Financing and Manufacturing firms. It is great in overall, but it still needs a lot of works and effort to optimize from the beginning. It can save a lot of time and effort after learning curve and system becomes stable. However, it still quite complex and requires more works if your company needs to change something.

Microsoft Dynamics is a great choice for the company to visualize all data and communication. - The workflow is quite simple and easy to create and manage the process based on a common concept. - Visualize all insight data, which helps us to make a decision quickly and see more opportunities and gaps as well. - The user interface, integration with Outlook, Excel, etc.. is similar to others Microsoft software that most companies are using. - Easy to track, view and follow-up from Customer data

Cons

\- It takes time to set up and optimize from the beginning, especially for the non-IT functions. - It seems a challenge to work offline and it seems a bug when syncing data when we back online. - If anything with data or system, it will be not easy to get support and resolve on-time - The report/data need more templates and optimization, which can adapt with particular firm/organization's expectiation

We used the on-premise version of Dynamics before and tested the 365 version.I liked it, but on the balance of cost and resources, we decided to let it go.

Pros

I like the interface, it sits well in the 365 graphic user interface and everything is customisable to a granular level.

Cons

The service is hard to connect to on-premise tools like AD and requires a good level of understanding in how to get it to talk to online forms etc.'Security is good, but getting the MFA working took a long time.

Since we started using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a accounting department we start feel the different between it and our old accounting software we were used, Dynamics 365 is easier more than any other software I used as a Internal Accountant. all modules are easy to reach and use and export report or adding new entry is very simple and fast. Also Assets and Inventory is easy to deal with in this great software.

Dynamics 365 is very flexible and can be used in many different business cases. We stared with creating a Project Management tool, but definitely there's more to come with extending Dynamics usability across the company.

Pros

Dynamics 365 offers lots of different modules under its umbrella. What I liked most is that it integrates with other MS O365 applications and it's highly customizable. You can build a CRM database, automate workflow tasks with the help of Power Automate and see the analytics in Power BI tool (and many, many more!).

Cons

Dynamics licensing is quite complex to understand. There's a lot of misleading information on the Internet regarding the pricing, even the information on Microsoft site doesn't provide accurate details.

User friendly software. Where bigginers can start using easily with basic training. I was using as an accountant so I was given most of the departments access, it make my work easier rather than going physically to ask each departments for collect data.

Cons

If any difficulties faced I will be informing the developrs to help on that particular issue and get it resolved. So it will take sometime to rectify. Other than that nothing to dislike.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM makes it easy to import solutions, easier Licensing, customization and installation process. This has saved my company a great deal of time in delivering on the job to our clients and has also eased business processes.

Cons

Cons

Dynamics is going perfect. According to my experience of using Dynamics there is nothing much for cons. It does not create problems. One issue that I have to come across with, is the singing in on mobile. It takes sometimes long time. I will be after getting rid of facing this issue. Otherwise I am a frequent user of this application and it works outstandingly.
