This has by far been one of the best CRMs i have had the pleasure of using. There is still room for growth and I am certain that this will be the best software for everyone with similar needs as my organization's.

Pros

Some of the features I have explored and enjoyed while using this software are Microsoft flow, Azure and the integration with apps like ToDo/Tasks by planner. The cost of this software is also very affordable and compared to the quality of account management resources offered, very lucrative and worth a look. Now that collaboration has even been made easier using MS teams, dynamics 365 provides a good platform to track every kind of action in the organization. Supports access management that is actually better than most similar tier software applications

Cons

The biggest challenge currently that I have faced is to do with support, I think that could be improved. There seems to be a knowledge gap when you reach out for support and even though most feedback can help resolve issues, sometimes it doesn't. It is understandable that the constant updates can be hard to keep track of and this is one of the factors that makes this product very user friendly and high quality.

Pros

I like the fact its features are very distinct from every other CRM I have touched in the industry so far. It enable us import and export data, and create automated work flows which only makes our work better and much more efficient. Integrates well too with Outlook and that's icing on the cake for the sales team.

Cons

Dynamics pricing seems to have taken on a steep course for the past few years, maybe the product value is worth the price though. However ,Dynamic also has a lengthy learning curve ; new sales colleagues at work have had to undergo an in-house training course lasting over a month ,to even get started with this program.

The application is dynamic and easy to use. Its self guiding to do some task linking modules as you can move from one page to another without having to close or open a fresh page. EG from a stock Item you can explode/link into invoices, customers, Cost, quantity on PO/SO and so on.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics has changed the business landscape helping both small and larger businesses with an ERP solution that matches almost every need and business type. Recent business version and release updates are intuitive and easier to setup

Cons

Recent Dynamics versions have worked around the Inventory which is now easier to manage than previously when there so many issues surrounding the accuracy and clear view of stock.

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.

Pros

I think there is a way to do a lot with this software - if you can figure out how.

Cons

Our Admins or implementation may be the problem but the system takes a long time to enter tickets, doesn't always deliver messages, takes many steps to perform simple tasks (good luck creating a customer with portal access). Duplicate records are not easily identified and there is no standardization to customer naming. Web standards are not used and you have to make use of plugins to see content of tickets, but can't copy and paste. When you click a link to an attachment it opens a new window and hides the link to the attachment at the bottom of the page. User interface looks 10 to 20 years old and text areas are tiny. Reporting out of the system takes most of my bosses time and the results coming out of it are questionable given the user experience causing garbage data in.

I used it mostly for gathering user info and for managing tickets about production incidents, after taking a few days to get used to it, it was very helpful in my job - which at the time was application support. It can be integrated with API as well which is a huge plus.

Pros

At first, it can seem a bit overwhelming, especially for someone new to CRM completely, but it has a ton of customization options and it can be seamlessly integrated with other products, especially from the Microsoft ecosystem.

Cons

It can seem a bit too complex, at first, but fortunately, the documentation is kept up to date and it's pretty helpful.

MS Dynamics Axapta is the ERP tool I've used for more than 2 years now, and is really worth the investment for your company. Report generation, forms customization, ledger/voucher creation /posting is all a piece of cake for this tool.

Cons

The installation process is pretty heavy, but also not very subtle at times and requires good domain knowledge and expertise.

We have several users who are remotely working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We had a negative and positive impact. At the time of implementation we had many delays because we did not have a very experienced staff. But when Dynamics 365 was working perfectly we had a considerably high ROI. I think it took us a long time to implement it but in the end we managed to obtain the positive results that we were looking for.

Pros

It has an excellent integration with other Microsoft products, which gives us a positive ROI. In addition, Dynamics 365 is very useful for remote users. We managed to track our projects thanks to the programmed emails and sales campaigns (We can schedule projects and meetings). We increase efficiency with automated tasks and workflows. Without a doubt it is a powerful and very efficient software.

Cons

Dynamics 365 is an excellent software, but it is necessary to have an expert staff due to the complexity of its functions (complex learning curve). When we implemented Dynamics 365 we lost a lot of time thanks to complexity. You have to have IT experts.

If you own a large company and do not have an already established system, this application is for you. It is not that easy to use since it combines many applications, but there is always an external team that can help you. This application will eliminate many logistical tasks that were not shared with the others before.

Pros

I like that with this tool I can connect all the company's processes with mine; and at the same time be able to use all the data that is possessed in different applications such as LinkedIn, Office 365 and Azure.

Cons

What I like the least is that there are always problems importing a solution into the application, and the possible solutions provided by Support almost never work.

Cons

The scripts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 affects its performance to an extend, and the program is also unpleasant when used on a tablet when one is out and about. These a what I like least about the product.
