Pros

MS Dynamics Axapta is the ERP tool I've used for more than 2 years now, and is really worth the investment for your company. Report generation, forms customization, ledger/voucher creation /posting is all a piece of cake for this tool.

Cons

The installation process is pretty heavy, but also not very subtle at times and requires good domain knowledge and expertise.

We have several users who are remotely working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We had a negative and positive impact. At the time of implementation we had many delays because we did not have a very experienced staff. But when Dynamics 365 was working perfectly we had a considerably high ROI. I think it took us a long time to implement it but in the end we managed to obtain the positive results that we were looking for.

Pros

It has an excellent integration with other Microsoft products, which gives us a positive ROI. In addition, Dynamics 365 is very useful for remote users. We managed to track our projects thanks to the programmed emails and sales campaigns (We can schedule projects and meetings). We increase efficiency with automated tasks and workflows. Without a doubt it is a powerful and very efficient software.

Cons

Dynamics 365 is an excellent software, but it is necessary to have an expert staff due to the complexity of its functions (complex learning curve). When we implemented Dynamics 365 we lost a lot of time thanks to complexity. You have to have IT experts.

Pros

Review data in any format with a single click, Create new rules for any specific opportunity so that they can be easily consulted, sorted or filtered and have control over frequently used fields by setting your personal preferences to track what is most applicable to the user without the participation of technicians or administrators.

If you own a large company and do not have an already established system, this application is for you. It is not that easy to use since it combines many applications, but there is always an external team that can help you. This application will eliminate many logistical tasks that were not shared with the others before.

Pros

I like that with this tool I can connect all the company's processes with mine; and at the same time be able to use all the data that is possessed in different applications such as LinkedIn, Office 365 and Azure.

Cons

What I like the least is that there are always problems importing a solution into the application, and the possible solutions provided by Support almost never work.

Also the overall techniques which helps employees to be attentive to customers helped us greatly in the overall growth of our company.

Pros

The possibility of interacting between users and clients, and its ease of use is what makes Microsoft Dynamics 365 the best. In addition, it's interface also makes it very easy and straight forward to register negotiations between user and clients. Due to the need of our company to grow financially and to also generate trust between the company and its clients is what made us to implement and use Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Cons

The scripts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 affects its performance to an extend, and the program is also unpleasant when used on a tablet when one is out and about. These a what I like least about the product.

Pros

When I was starting my business about a year ago, it wasn't easy for everything was going south I had no tools to develop my business then Dynamic 365 was introduced to me and from then everything changed, I've seen some developments and improvements day in day out. The support you get from the Dynamic 365 Team is unbelievable, it makes things easier for new users and its a great software I recommend for everyone.

My overall experience is positive. Dynamics 365 provides opportunities to build out the business on many levels (for multiple departments), and provides the ability to keep the majority of your information in one location. It also has the ability to "talk" to other software.

Pros

This software provides endless opportunities for business organization and management. It provides abilities for supply chain, accounting, warehouses, etc. It can be built out as needed, depending on business needs.

Cons

I believe it could be a little more user friendly, but once used consecutively, it is not so bad to catch onto.

I can not identify cons at this point. The program is a refreshing discovery for sales forces. I recomend this software

Overall, this is a really easy system to train my entire staff on and it helps that we can see who has had what interaction with a client so we aren't performing the exact same tasks without realizing it.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up new clients, connect them to other customer files I have and share it with my sales force. I also like how it can link to Act-On and I can see who has communicated with a client and what activities have been done.

Cons

Writing a custom report is not easy and I've asked for help plenty of times when I can't seem to get it working correctly. Also, sometimes the search button does not let you look for something glaringly obvious.

Pros

The ERP is very Similar to Dynamics NAV 2018 and prior Version with a lot of flexibility and same user interface that makes it easy and friendly to use. The New version now offers Extension that would help Customer Tailored there needs rather that Customize their needs. This means that the Effort of Upgrading the system from a prior version should be simplified. This also means that Customer now truly gets what their annual Renewal was supposed to help them with - which is ge tto the newer system without cost, although they are customized. The Software also provided Cloud or on Premise Deployment flexibility which means that organization can have either options. 1)

Cons

A)No Transformation tool yet available for Client wanting to Convert C/AL into AL. B) Limited Onsite Analytics tool and BI tools C) There has been changes in Licensing, from Perpetual to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises Licensing for Named User- That's back to where we where before Nav 2009 with BRL pricing. D) New Extension format is still unclear leaving ISV stranded if they need to transform their solution or keep it in the new format.

Pros

As the administrator, I appreciate that Dynamics resembles the other Office 365 products by way of administration, UI, and UX.

Cons

I don't feel that Dynamics is the best CRM solution out there by any means. Microsoft is not a CRM provider; they just offer a CRM solution. If given the choice, I would go with a CRM from a provider that specializes in CRM software. Dynamics does not have the capabilities or functionality we need at my organization, but we chose it because it is a Microsoft product and integrates well with other Microsoft products. That being said, the user experience and admin experience are both lacking, and I would not recommend this product to others looking for a robust CRM.

Pros

Easy to use and very intuitive, i use this application on a daily basis and so far so good, the dashboard is very easy to configure but the most useful feature is the node map, this allows me to overview the flow and where the might be an event, very useful for monitoring and taking preventives actions.

Cons

when you are on a read-only version of the dashboard, no only you are not allowed to create your own dashboard but no are not able to see de descriptions on the event list, it just tells you there was an event but it does not specify what was the event about.
