My overall experience is positive. Dynamics 365 provides opportunities to build out the business on many levels (for multiple departments), and provides the ability to keep the majority of your information in one location. It also has the ability to "talk" to other software.

Pros

This software provides endless opportunities for business organization and management. It provides abilities for supply chain, accounting, warehouses, etc. It can be built out as needed, depending on business needs.

Cons

I believe it could be a little more user friendly, but once used consecutively, it is not so bad to catch onto.

Good Services is not negotiable and if there is other companies selling the same products then the competitors risk is minimized with good service and Dynamics 365 improves the quality of your clientservice.

Pros

What I like the most is that I can serve my customers faster and better with this powerful tool and it is integrated with suite of Microsoft office.

Cons

I can not identify cons at this point. The program is a refreshing discovery for sales forces. I recomend this software

Overall, this is a really easy system to train my entire staff on and it helps that we can see who has had what interaction with a client so we aren't performing the exact same tasks without realizing it.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up new clients, connect them to other customer files I have and share it with my sales force. I also like how it can link to Act-On and I can see who has communicated with a client and what activities have been done.

Cons

Writing a custom report is not easy and I've asked for help plenty of times when I can't seem to get it working correctly. Also, sometimes the search button does not let you look for something glaringly obvious.

Solution provider to the Different Clients across Canada and industry.

Pros

The ERP is very Similar to Dynamics NAV 2018 and prior Version with a lot of flexibility and same user interface that makes it easy and friendly to use. The New version now offers Extension that would help Customer Tailored there needs rather that Customize their needs. This means that the Effort of Upgrading the system from a prior version should be simplified. This also means that Customer now truly gets what their annual Renewal was supposed to help them with - which is ge tto the newer system without cost, although they are customized. The Software also provided Cloud or on Premise Deployment flexibility which means that organization can have either options. 1)

Cons

A)No Transformation tool yet available for Client wanting to Convert C/AL into AL. B) Limited Onsite Analytics tool and BI tools C) There has been changes in Licensing, from Perpetual to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises Licensing for Named User- That's back to where we where before Nav 2009 with BRL pricing. D) New Extension format is still unclear leaving ISV stranded if they need to transform their solution or keep it in the new format.

Peut avoir des soucis de lenteurs s'il y a trop d'utilisateurs simultanément. Il manque certaines fonctionnalités telles que le batch c et p. Ce serait utile et permettrait de gagner du temps.

Pros

As the administrator, I appreciate that Dynamics resembles the other Office 365 products by way of administration, UI, and UX.

Cons

I don't feel that Dynamics is the best CRM solution out there by any means. Microsoft is not a CRM provider; they just offer a CRM solution. If given the choice, I would go with a CRM from a provider that specializes in CRM software. Dynamics does not have the capabilities or functionality we need at my organization, but we chose it because it is a Microsoft product and integrates well with other Microsoft products. That being said, the user experience and admin experience are both lacking, and I would not recommend this product to others looking for a robust CRM.

Pros

Easy to use and very intuitive, i use this application on a daily basis and so far so good, the dashboard is very easy to configure but the most useful feature is the node map, this allows me to overview the flow and where the might be an event, very useful for monitoring and taking preventives actions.

Cons

when you are on a read-only version of the dashboard, no only you are not allowed to create your own dashboard but no are not able to see de descriptions on the event list, it just tells you there was an event but it does not specify what was the event about.

Pros

Ability to bring in data from multiple sources is nice. Creating scoring models and custom audiences is also very nice.

Cons

Data ingestion is frustratingly slow. Any medium scale data ingestion effort takes forever. Integration with other products seems much more difficult than I'd prefer. It's designed to keep you in the Microsoft sphere, but that's not always possible, and external integrations are clunky.

CRM software can be a real game changer for a business, but it is important to do a lot of research beforehand, because changing systems can be difficult and expensive to migrate all of the information.

Pros

The integration with Outlook is nice because it is available as long as Outlook is running, which is all the time for most people. It also has a very comprehensive set of options, which can be configured for most businesses.

Cons

The fact that it is integrate with Outlook, means that any time you open a view into something, it will open a browser window to display that information. They have allowed you to select with Browser you would like to use in later versions of Dynamics. But what happens is that after you open a few windows, it starts to get confusing because once you click off the window, there may be 5 or 10 other Dynamics labeled pop-up windows to move through to find the one you were working in. It gets fairly cluttered. Also, this is not a system that the "Advanced" user can configure for their Small Business. It is a VERY complicated system that requires quite a bit of coding to make operational. There seems to be very little "Out of the Box" functionality like some other CRM solutions have.

I like the customizable features for my dashboard. I like the logical layout and email notification features for evey opportunity phase change. Very good customer support.

Could be slow and there was some lag when filtering information (although that could be due to all the coding)

we haven't use any product , we are using menual system via CRC (on phone and email) that process take time and customer not happy with our services, Therefore we search and find Dynamics 365 and using it.

What I like the most is that it allows me to improve the efficiency in the use of Outlook, I can see more information about the recipients, I have been able to schedule the delivery of emails when I consider it more appropriate, I can review past activities, the system reminds me of a way closer to the activities or phone calls or meetings in my agenda, also improves the search for records in documents associated with the mail, in appointments. It allows me to sort data based on the multiple columns that the system presents It allows me to work without connection in terms of mobile data synchronization, in addition to better design and color. In addition, these applications allow me to navigate in a more simplified way

Cons

I think that it should simplify the navigation even more and provide better working tools in Outlook, in a way that facilitates the work and allows us greater productivity.

Overall I really like the improvement and trying to spend thirty minutes a day, just exploring the features of this version. There's so much too learn and I know it has made me more productive and I know I need to product to keep up with rapid changes.

Pros

I love the easy of use of Dynamic 365, taking and uploading Microsoft products such as excel or word into accounts receivable or accounts payable and then to our general ledger has improved our efficient and reduced errors. Secondly had reduced our monthly closing by two business days.

Cons

Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.

Pros

Love the amount of data available following each interaction, this allows me to keep track of what is going on not just with my interactions but for the whole team. Supports a wide array of different channels, so you can speak to your customers in a place that suits them. A particular feature that really stands out is the virtual agents, I am not AI expert but these things are game changer and you should take a lot.

Cons

Microsoft applications tend to be slow and clunky and this one is no exception. The vast array of features come at the expense of speed.

Cons

we experienced some problems with the online version, slow performance sometimes we have experienced. This doesn't happen often, especially in scheduling tools) it does happen often (slow page refresh, it can be painful for our users.
