Pros

Ability to bring in data from multiple sources is nice. Creating scoring models and custom audiences is also very nice.

Cons

Data ingestion is frustratingly slow. Any medium scale data ingestion effort takes forever. Integration with other products seems much more difficult than I'd prefer. It's designed to keep you in the Microsoft sphere, but that's not always possible, and external integrations are clunky.

### "Not the best solution for a small business"

CRM software can be a real game changer for a business, but it is important to do a lot of research beforehand, because changing systems can be difficult and expensive to migrate all of the information.

Pros

The integration with Outlook is nice because it is available as long as Outlook is running, which is all the time for most people. It also has a very comprehensive set of options, which can be configured for most businesses.

Cons

The fact that it is integrate with Outlook, means that any time you open a view into something, it will open a browser window to display that information. They have allowed you to select with Browser you would like to use in later versions of Dynamics. But what happens is that after you open a few windows, it starts to get confusing because once you click off the window, there may be 5 or 10 other Dynamics labeled pop-up windows to move through to find the one you were working in. It gets fairly cluttered. Also, this is not a system that the "Advanced" user can configure for their Small Business. It is a VERY complicated system that requires quite a bit of coding to make operational. There seems to be very little "Out of the Box" functionality like some other CRM solutions have.

I like the customizable features for my dashboard. I like the logical layout and email notification features for evey opportunity phase change. Very good customer support.

Cons

Could be slow and there was some lag when filtering information (although that could be due to all the coding)

\* Single Sign-on \* Cloud based service \* If you have Office 365 then no need to buy licensing further \* Quick response for sales matters \* well known and very easy steps for deployments. \* Use/Analyzing of BI is very good and proper manner.

Cons

\* Down time issues effect sales cycle and increase delay in operations. \* Data base access issue and slow response. \* Storage issue and additional storage is paid. \* Office 365 face any issue said system must be effected.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365

we haven't use any product , we are using menual system via CRC (on phone and email) that process take time and customer not happy with our services, Therefore we search and find Dynamics 365 and using it.

What I like the most is that it allows me to improve the efficiency in the use of Outlook, I can see more information about the recipients, I have been able to schedule the delivery of emails when I consider it more appropriate, I can review past activities, the system reminds me of a way closer to the activities or phone calls or meetings in my agenda, also improves the search for records in documents associated with the mail, in appointments. It allows me to sort data based on the multiple columns that the system presents It allows me to work without connection in terms of mobile data synchronization, in addition to better design and color. In addition, these applications allow me to navigate in a more simplified way

Cons

I think that it should simplify the navigation even more and provide better working tools in Outlook, in a way that facilitates the work and allows us greater productivity.

Overall I really like the improvement and trying to spend thirty minutes a day, just exploring the features of this version. There's so much too learn and I know it has made me more productive and I know I need to product to keep up with rapid changes.

Pros

I love the easy of use of Dynamic 365, taking and uploading Microsoft products such as excel or word into accounts receivable or accounts payable and then to our general ledger has improved our efficient and reduced errors. Secondly had reduced our monthly closing by two business days.

Cons

Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.

Pros

Love the amount of data available following each interaction, this allows me to keep track of what is going on not just with my interactions but for the whole team. Supports a wide array of different channels, so you can speak to your customers in a place that suits them. A particular feature that really stands out is the virtual agents, I am not AI expert but these things are game changer and you should take a lot.

Cons

Microsoft applications tend to be slow and clunky and this one is no exception. The vast array of features come at the expense of speed.

we experienced some problems with the online version, slow performance sometimes we have experienced. This doesn't happen often, especially in scheduling tools) it does happen often (slow page refresh, it can be painful for our users.

I worked for two companies who changed from old systems to Dynamics 365, I found the structure is more simple but could not function as our old system.

Pros

simple structure but seems not working or at least who had customerizzed did not know how to make it adapt to real fact.

Cons

too simple to work for a completed business. especially when one needs to have in deepth analysis data.

There are less problems and countless benefits and amazing features which makes it amazing and enjoyable. i like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

This software became my priority since a friend introduced it to me as it has outstanding features and performance. Since the beginning of this year it has been in hands as my daily bread as I cant stop using it as it is amazing. I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money. It has a lot of features that other software do not have which makes it outstanding.

Cons

It is only designed for computers. it is also not that cheap for lower class but still affordable. There is less interaction with support

Pros

Microsoft has a fairly grand plan for Dynamics. It has grown a lot in just the few years that i have used it. From the user side Dynamics is easy to use, if your instance is setup cleanly. From the Admin point of view, Dynamics is a bit of a learning curve but has a lot of customization.

Cons

Software could use more updates, with focus to user feedback. Microsoft Dynamics sometimes gets to caught up in the big feature updates, vs just focusing on some of the user feedback and improving some existing features. Dynamics tends to start a lot of good ideas but then never really improve on.

Compare to other customer relationship management software, Dynamic 365 has a lot to offer and for its price, it has a good value. However, it is meant more for experience user as the new user might need some time to make use of the software.

Pros

It has great third-party application integration like OneNote and MailChimp that making it easier for sharing vital information across platforms. Moreover, the artificial intelligence in the system is very intuitive as it allows us to focus on the right customers and quickly engage with them. Plus, its integrated systems is great that helps align our sales and marketing process that help produce a seamless experience for our customers.

Cons

Obviously, it is not for the new user. It is not as intuitive and new user might need some training before they can really use the software. This is backed with its user interface that might need to be more intuitive for users.
