I worked for two companies who changed from old systems to Dynamics 365, I found the structure is more simple but could not function as our old system.

Pros

simple structure but seems not working or at least who had customerizzed did not know how to make it adapt to real fact.

Cons

too simple to work for a completed business. especially when one needs to have in deepth analysis data.

There are less problems and countless benefits and amazing features which makes it amazing and enjoyable. i like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

This software became my priority since a friend introduced it to me as it has outstanding features and performance. Since the beginning of this year it has been in hands as my daily bread as I cant stop using it as it is amazing. I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money. It has a lot of features that other software do not have which makes it outstanding.

Cons

It is only designed for computers. it is also not that cheap for lower class but still affordable. There is less interaction with support

Pros

Microsoft has a fairly grand plan for Dynamics. It has grown a lot in just the few years that i have used it. From the user side Dynamics is easy to use, if your instance is setup cleanly. From the Admin point of view, Dynamics is a bit of a learning curve but has a lot of customization.

Cons

Software could use more updates, with focus to user feedback. Microsoft Dynamics sometimes gets to caught up in the big feature updates, vs just focusing on some of the user feedback and improving some existing features. Dynamics tends to start a lot of good ideas but then never really improve on.

Compare to other customer relationship management software, Dynamic 365 has a lot to offer and for its price, it has a good value. However, it is meant more for experience user as the new user might need some time to make use of the software.

Pros

It has great third-party application integration like OneNote and MailChimp that making it easier for sharing vital information across platforms. Moreover, the artificial intelligence in the system is very intuitive as it allows us to focus on the right customers and quickly engage with them. Plus, its integrated systems is great that helps align our sales and marketing process that help produce a seamless experience for our customers.

Cons

Obviously, it is not for the new user. It is not as intuitive and new user might need some training before they can really use the software. This is backed with its user interface that might need to be more intuitive for users.

Non riesco a trovare difetti, perchè il programma è fatto molto bene, quindi sarebbe pura utopia trovare per forza qualcosa di negativo

I have used other equivalent competitor CRM's and I must say that my experience with Dynamics, in the right team and project has been job satisfying, being able to deliver what customers expected is most satisfying.

Pros

It accommodates well business processes and workflow to almost any process that you need to add to the smallest team to the large and more complex ones. It works​ well out of the box but customising is available​ as well for a more bespoke need.

Cons

The mandatory updates. Is down to plan well otherwise, if you miss the deadline, for whatever reason, you may find that you will have to compromise and get it done. I understand is for security and stability reasons, but if a client, in particular, is not able to deliver the deadline, it makes the work more difficult​.

It is excellent how fast to implement and easy to use to help development and projection, it played a fundamental role in the growth of our company as it helped to reach more customers and keep those we already had happy, allows us to handle the application of different devices, its productivity is very good helping employees to work in a more intelligent way, automating the most tedious tasks and the use of customer data when it comes to knowing what product to offer and how to do it, is excellent.

Cons

Although it is an excellent application, its cost is high, so it guarantees that you have the economic support to match the expense and the learning curve of your employees can affect the time in which you will begin to see the benefits.

Pros

Since it is cloud based, it can be accessed from anywhere thats why the ERM and ERP managing becomes very highly efficient. There is also really great integration with other microsoft services that just makes it even more good. Also the field service management and the enterprise resource planning is great with dynamics 365.

Cons

Talking about the cons the first thing i find is the complexity of the system that slows down my pace of work. Also because of being cloud based, it also becomes con because having a really good connection always becomes a compulsion.
