Pros

I have been using this since 3 years and it is an amazing tool to log tickets it is a one step solution and yes I have seen it has been improved every passing year . The thing I like the most in this is it has been integrated with several other tools (as per organizational use) making it easier to use and access and we dont have to open those tools seperately In this tool we can do soo many tasks such as setting a callback , sending mails , creating PO and WO, add snaps and any more

Cons

The tool hangs often at times the tool would be slow and there will be a down time

I have worked with this software for like 3 years and I have never encountered a single issue. It works really well and makes everything easy.

Pros

What I liked most about Dynamics is that everything can be centrally managed with that. Even the interfaces are smooth and user-friendly.

Cons

What I did not like about this software was its pricing. I think it is not budget-friendly.

Over all experience has been good. It has helped us to show how many opportunities are won vs lost. Also helps track how many calls/visits are made in any given time frame. Also helps to show work loads etc.

Pros

I like that it is cloud based and can be accessed anywhere. Licensing is easy. Ability to be linked with Outlook makes it easy to add in data to CRM.

Cons

Some of the customization for reporting is not simple and takes a lot of time. They should make more basic reports available and an easier way to create custom.

Overall it has suited our business well and we don't anticipate moving away from it any time soon.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics is our main LOB software. We've been using Dynamics since version 9 and are in the process of an upgrade to the latest version. One of the biggest pros has been the ability to customize the software to meet our business needs as we are in a very niche vertical with not much for software that is built for our line of business.

Cons

It can be spendy. Individual user licenses can be quite cost prohibitive to allow more users to utilize the software. We had a third party that specialized in Dynamics development and deployment assist with our deployment and customizations...meaning the initial deployment can be a massive undertaking.

Microsoft Dynamic is outstanding software. This software is very essential for a business to keep a record of the customers. I like the mobile app. I believe that compared to other CRM software it is the best that I have ever used. The customization is very simple on this software.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamic is excellent software. Operating it from mobile and PC is very easy. I like the mobile interface a lot, it is very impeccable. Microsoft Dynamic is much better compared to other alike software in terms of functionality. You can customize it as per your convenience. Altogether the software is intuitive to utilize and the interface is also fine.

Cons

It is a very cogent software but it is too costly. Though, it has exciting and unique functions for marketing and sales companies. Even though it is expensive, I think that it is the most suitable software. You will like this software once you begin using it.

Definitely provides full range suite of CRM offerings

Pros

Can do everything you need to... Post Sales Activity, Structure Marketing Campaigns and Capture Leads... Also has Mobile App (that can be used offline).

Cons

Marketing campaigns are cumbersome and not very intuitive. Also don't give you any true ROI. Very BIG system, if you are a smaller company.

Been using CRM Dynamics for almost 3 years and been using it with our Microsoft ecosystem. Good tool for tracking customer insights, opportunities and leads.

Pros

Ability to track customer insights, opportunities, leads and account is the best feature of this tool.

Cons

Doesn't allow for bulk update. Export to Excel option is not that reliable when it comes to exporting bulk data.

Dynamics 365 for Sales is providing us with a good CRM solution to use across my company. We use it to record leads, potential business, quotes, orders and invoices for all of our accounts.

Pros

This is a great tool to use for a company to use to keep organized and allow multiple users to access information in one simple platform. Customizable to each customer. Integrates with Microsoft office which is great for our business as we use Outlook and Excel on a daily basis.

Cons

Pricey compared to other CRM modules. Difficult to use initially - this product is not ready "out of the box", in fact, it takes quite a bit of time to set up and a significant amount of manpower. Might be a good idea to get a contractor to set this up, or at a minimum someone who is IT savvy. Not very user intuitive either, there is a large margin for error (duplicate entries, dirty data, etc) if not maintained properly on a regular basis.

The good thing that I liked about the Dynamocs 365 is the extensive CRM functionality with other Microsoft products.

Cons

What I least liked about the Dynamics 365 was that it had limited mobile app features and it is difficult to navigate for a beginner.

Overall, I think it is a good system. It allows our company to take orders from a direct ecommerce stand point and and indirect standpoint through accounts. We can fulfill and ship packages using this system. We can also initiate returns and give refunds. It has a lot of customization capabilities, I just wish it was a little more user friendly.

Pros

D365 says a lot of pros. It has a lot of possibilities that can be explored and customized.

Cons

Unfortunately, this system takes a long time to learn and be comfortable. I don't think it is very intuitive or user-friendly.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics has many great features, but I really like the clean look of the dashboard and the way its presented as it gives you all of your important data and information at your fingertips.

Cons

Some reports can be a little confusing to configure. It might take a few attempts to create a customized view to look exactly the way you want it.

Dynamics 365 has been a very positive experience for us. It has become the lifeblood of our sales, customer service, and marketing departments.

Pros

Having both CRM and ERP in one application is a big positive for us. We are able to completely customize the Dynamics 365 environment to fit exactly what we need. With advanced development tools like Business Rules and Workflows, there is very little need for custom code. Dynamics 365 is also seamlessly integrated to other Microsoft applications like Flow, PowerApps, and SharePoint.

Cons

The support from Microsoft is not the best. Its not bad, but it could be better. There are also some issues about how and when they apply the updates/upgrades to their systems. This is getting better though.

With a good CRM architect - Dynamics can be very customized and robust. Powerful reporting and database options.

Cons

Not intuitive. Simple tasks are very confusing, even for people who are tech-savvy. Very difficult to have sales and customer service to use the platform effectively.
