When you are searching for an app of CRM there are a lot in the market, but just in one you can have: the possibility to planning your budget through a module that decompose it in any detail that you want, to know where your are spending your money and where you have to put it to improve your business, you can do marketing analysis and monitoring your clients, optimizing the time of the workers doing this task, you can also get and specific information of your clients, selecting for them tools that improve the relationship with your company. Dynamics is this, and a lot of more, but is one the best CRM in the market.

Cons

This a tool for professional, this is not for amateurs user that are starting the work with clients, this a very powerful tool that requieres a very high level of experience of CRM to get the most of it.

I can see all previous contact, both by myself or others. It's one place for all documents, able to keep track of completed tasks, history of the customer, etc.

Pros

Integration with Microsoft suite of products. Superior level of customization and integration into 3rd party software and apps. The large number of line of business modules is allowing it to be utilized by far more departments. The LinkedIn integration has made gathering Sales Analytics simpler and faster : now I can find referrals and introductions for new business. The Outlook integration is also simple and easy to use and allows for all communication tracking within the Sales module with a click of a button.

Cons

The UI could definitely needs some improvement. HubSpot is a good example of great UI/UX integration. The price is a little high when compared to smaller CRM solutions. It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box.

We are impressed with the customization on the Cases features, and how we can create required and no required fields. Also how the accounts are located, and fill in the case details by default. Overall we are very happy with the product and recommend it to anyone who is needed a CRM for case and sales tracking.

Pros

We use dynamics to track incoming cases for one of our larger customers. We create new services cases, as well as use the Accounts, and Sales related features.

Cons

The Save Icons are sometimes too small and hard to find.

I used it from a sales perspective for recording; clients new business contracts details conversations etc I came from a company using Salesforce and I found that Salesforce was easier to use and seemed intuitative. Using Microsoft Dynamics was like having a ferrari and downgrading to a Skoda.

Pros

Its a CRM database and records client information which makes it easier to access.

Cons

Everything, it was cumbersome, my company was using it as a financial tool rather than a CRM which didn't allow me to utilise it to its full potential. It was difficult to record details of wins and account information, perhaps this is the way my company set it up but we had a colleague managing the system and I frequently had to call on her services to amend things that went wrong or didn't record. There were lots of idiosyncrasies which made the whole experience painful.

This Software is getting popular among small and medium sized businesses. Easy to navigate, follow up, keep records and emailing facility keep your sales updated. Combination of Crm and ERP functions well giving options to access sales records.

Cons

Well, i can say that connectivity being slow to which i have to keep on resetting proxy settings. Not recommended for young business.

We can keep a record of customer entries, which generates and increases the ROI. It is a good CRM product but I would like Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve its mobile application very soon (it is necessary). Since implementing Dynamics 365 we have obtained an excellent record and a good growth in our financial activities.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is ideal for keeping track of customer requests, sales, marketing. We can track all our entries and keep track of how many tickets we have in a certain period of time. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a very light and adequate software to carry a forecast of all our financial activities (it is an excellent CRM system).

Cons

It is very difficult to make big changes, thanks to the fact that the Dynamics 365 user interface is not very good. In addition, it is necessary to greatly improve the performance of the mobile application. Dynamics 365 is not very scalable software.

What else am I looking for since I have Microsoft Dynamics 365. The best solfware I have used in the pass years. I like it's unique cloud base services, it's flexibility in creating a process that flow to enable multiple communication and the ability to share data easily.

Cons

Microsoft Dynamics required expert developer to operate the system because the first time I used it I was a bit frustrated and it takes me longer time to setup and learn

This software is customizable, flexible, and able to easily learn the customization's are easy to create and manage The intuitive capabilities, and the easy to learn customization process make it very cool to use . It helps me to helps to manage specific business functions, such as financial, sales, marketing, financials.

Cons

It could be difficult to trouble shoot issues some times but I have found that is a common factor of Microsoft programs anyways. Support documentation and resources are scattered and not always relevant to your issue, customer support is hard to reach and not very helpful,

Nothing. This system has caused me nothing but headache.

Cons

This system is made up of thousands upon thousands of different record types. There are so many unnecessary processes that have to be followed. Reporting is awful and is basically just spreadsheets. The UI is not intuitive, I would never make anyone use this system.

I used this software whilst working for Microsoft as a Talent Sourcer and some of the main benefits included the following: - able to create talent folders and pipelines - ability to search talent folders and candidates very easily - nice layout

\- took a long time to upload candidates and create profiles; there was a general latency when using this software that was frustrating - a very 'clunky,' feel when trying to navigate through the different features of the software

honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is not perfect but it is special. and one of its specialties is how it communicates with other online platforms. which brings more facilities to use two platforms. or even three in one. And also the fact that they almost resemble each other ... but updates should be made to the temple, UI, and accessibilities.

We use this for project tracking integrated with MS Project. We also using this as our Support ticketing system. Both of these are positive experiences. They are many things that could be improved in the workflow to allow for less clicks and an overall more efficient process, but it has served us well.

This software was good for integrating details from sales as clients were prospects/leads to when they were clients in our support organization. Good for tracking project details, project tasks, timelines, costs estimates vs. actual costs. Tracks time billing for resources and allocates time to appropriate projects and/or cost centers. Allows for lots of integration for custom tools. Utilized in a global company with very unique differences by country and/or region.

Cons

Pretty heavy implementation process. We utilized our own customizations and that meant when Dynamics made changes we had to make development change. This produced some unexpected overhead.
