to be able to create reporting service through their tables, whether they are their own or not and to have a tool for managing business, managing the payroll among many things

Cons

the consumption of resources in servers and machines, this slows the queries made to th system, and in the design of its reports

The move towards a more social look and feel is nice, easy to administer, create reports and special views.

Cons

That they let us do customer JavaScript lol. During the go-live process we implemented a ton of extra java script to meet business needs and now, years later we are dealing with issues from that.

I’ve used the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software in my business since 2018 and have no plans for switching products. Clients can easily be engaged and staff have the resources to complete job duties.

Pros

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a customer engagement and office systems product that is essential for a medium size mental health practice.

Cons

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 software’s initial setup is complex and it is advisable that in house technology support be trained initially to support staff with seamlessly integrating the product in their job roles. Another limitation of this product is that there are few mobile app features, which is a huge asset in today’s mobile/digital workspace.

Overall, Dynamics 365 is a fantastic tool for handling financial transactions, and I highly suggest it. It is an efficient and complete solution due to the variety of features and connection with other Microsoft products.

Pros

On a very small team, this was used for many years as a basic sales CRM. Recommended integration with LinkedIn.

Cons

Although more difficult than a device like Pipedrive, customization is absolutely possible (Dynamix is little more powerful if needed).

it is very easy to access, since you can use it in the cloud or in your workstation - very similar to all Microsoft tools so probably the first time you get a little bit overwhelmed and ask yourself where to go, but after 2 days of using it you know everything- you can save all of your customers/ employees etc and you can find the info so quickly , reports are easily to get.

Pros

You can retrieve data at any time, we use it to have a schedule optimization for our agents, as well we have use it to have their profiles in order and to find schedule compatibility. It helpful to generate reports in an easier way and you can control what to include once you know where to select. and as well you can track pending cases in a very easy way

Cons

I think the first couple of times you need to be patient, since it has a lot of mini tabs that sometimes you get frustrated and you don know where to click or at the time you enter your " raw data" it might give you errors - and from our purchase department I heard its not very cheap

Pros

Microsoft dynamics allow my company to track leads sales and was able to use in the field by my outside sales rep. User friendly.

Cons

The biggest issue was making sure each use was sync by work station in office. Feel if syncing was tracked by user and not station would be easier

Pros

This was my first time using a CRM and I really was intimidated at first, but I was able to customize all of the information that I needed to gather from the guests that came into my gym. We sometimes had lines of people waiting to be passed to the sales team so we were able to quickly collect guest's information and move them along!

Cons

The way the data was presented was rather lackluster. If Microsoft found a way to make it simpler, it would streamline the process even more! It also lacked the ability to integrate with other software that we used. But, overall there was very little to complain about.

Dynamics has quite a few versions tailored for each business case and the one we chose were Dynamics GP. We've been a Microsoft shop for over 30 years and this was the obvious choice for a Manufacturing companyh like ours.

Pros

Since it's a Microsoft product it integrates quite well with all of the Microsoft suites. However you're not tied down to that, there's such a vast variety of 3rd party software that can integrates with Dyanmics and I highly recommend looking at those as well for your business case. We like the fact that it's database is on SQL, the possibilities are endless.

Cons

What I like least would be the maintenance part. Having users to be comletely out of their sessions do perform a routine maintenance can be improved.

Pros

Migration from Omniture to Adobe Analytics has been the best advantage for this tool. Provides complete insight of the user behavior with clickstream data and adaptability of API integration and multiple templates which provides a complete picture.

Cons

Changing Suites can sometimes be bit time taking with a limitation of Single View Pane. Multiple projects can only be created in Vertical formats thereby forcing us to scroll down the projects created.

Dynamics GP is a very thorough accounting software with lots of functionality. It integrates well with our education student information system software.

Cons

Dynamics GP has a lot of bells and whistles, but you have to pay a small fortune to get any kind of support to figure it out and set it up.

Cons

The interface is not always the most intuitive for new users. A better walkthrough or help feature would help.

I love this tool because it provides all the basic features for an effective and efficient account management and monitoring from planning to implementation. It is also user friendly and I love how easy the UI is.

Pros

I like how it can be integrated with Power BI and create analytics visualization that is easily made available for viewing and downloading. Preparing for business reviews has neve been this easy!

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to load especially if the system where it is getting info is slow to respond like the AS400.

Pros

We implemented this with CRM in our work more than 3 years ago when the version was 3.0. Most of all, I like the fact that developers are constantly trying to improve the system. For example, if before, it works only with Internet Explorer, then I now use it freely with Google Chrome and Opera. Like the high speed of work: it does not sink even despite the huge flow of customers (more than 50 thousand people who use our services daily).

Cons

Few useful functions that simplify work. For example, Dynamics CRM does not have enough templates to quickly create projects and there is no editable grid. But I wrote to the support service, they promised to think about adding them.

Microsoft Dynamics is a great ERP for diverse business portfolios. Integrations with other applications is possible to push and pull financial data to and from other systems.

Cons

Administration is somewhat complex in terms of setting up user accounts. The hierarchy of permissions isn't very difficult, however it does take time to do. Other than that, this is a great all-encompassing software for your financial recording and reporting needs.

I only started using it recently and I must say I'm very impressed it's makes my life and role much easier I'll never go back to other softwares, Microsoft Dynamics is here to stay.

Pros

It's a credit to its name sake great account management resources, from a pricing perspective it very competitive for a brand that's been around for years, the fact of having all of your business app systems all in one place and readabley available for me is tremendous.

Cons

The support can be a little more knowledgeable on their system to quicker resolve certain issues and not refer to other departments it just takes a bit longer resolve.

Cons

There were many growing pains with this software early on. The amount of errors were a bit discouraging but our IT dept was able to work with Microsoft to get this all taken care of.
