The AP module is easy to use, intercompany isn't complicated. The bank reconciliation module is best I've ever used. Cons This software isn't the most intuitive. It takes some training to learn the ins and the outs. But after a week you'll be breezing through. I didn't like report Fx that was paired with our software to write reports. It allows for phone calls and emails to be attached to each individual case to allow for easy communication and tracking of critical details, while being simple to use. The ability to keep track of each support ticket is powerful and keeps everything in an organized fashion. Cons The outlook email add on could use some serious work. The application tends to crash outlook quiet often as well as stop working all together. When the application is working it does work great, however it does seem to crash once or twice per day, which can be quiet frustrating. Other than the stability of the application I see no other cons of the software. I would consider shopping around and actually viewing use-case videos to see if the workflow suits your business. Pros This is a pretty good CRM. It's cloud based and relatively intuitive to use. We've experimented with many CRM's and this one isn't too different. It's easy to deploy and thoroughly modular. This allows us to record contacts from the initial contact until the deal is closed.
