We have more control of the company's financial operation. The data is centralized. Now we have better control of the records. The backups can now be done directly from the BD and hot.

Pros

It is easily integrated with the Microsoft platform, this helps significantly in its operation. Additionally, its client access for users is very stable and easy to use, because its interface is very similar with the other software of the same company. The configuration files are on intuitive sites within the team, which makes it easy to achieve this. The application is stable in the different versions of windows systems.

Cons

The modification within the system is complex, when we wanted the system to do other things, the configuration processes are very long. In the version that we have installed, we have not managed to make a distribution of the equipment so easily, we always have to make many manual adjustments. The adjustment processes of new configuration files have many steps and verification processes that make an update for example of a new tax rate adjustment very long. The processes of updates of new versions, are complex, because the changes that we have made can be lost in a new version.

Pros

It's fairly easy to customize. We have the ability to go in (without a ton of training) and build what we need for our own business.

Cons

Some of the processes that we can build into CRM will slow down the system. So, some of the automation feels almost moot because it takes so long to process anyway.

Pros

This is a new system to us. We were searching for a more modern ERP/CRM system to our current and found Dynamics 365 which impressed a number of colleagues within the selection process. The system is for full inventory end to end sales and stock processing. The training and delivery of the system is simple. The activity management good which is great for traceability and audit trails.

Cons

To deliver and set up the system you ideally need an internal expert or you will be looking at a consultant to do this at extra cost to the purchase of the system.

Pros

We are using this software in our organisation since past 3 years. Its features help us to increase the revenue of our company through customer relationship management. It also helps us for enterprise resource planning as well.

Cons

I personally found some limitations with this tool while using. There are some features available in this tool which are most difficult to use. We need a lot of training for this kind of features. And sometimes the data flow is very slow which needs to be improved.

I have experienced windows excel, outlook and 365. I like how I am able to link to these other software's and knowing I can not only complete and share the information about my company with my employees. It's just a great software and t has made everything run more smoothly than in the past. After the learning process you will see how much sense it makes to use this program for yourself. I highly recommend the software

Pros

although it was difficult in the beginning , later as I used this software the easier it became. I love the marketing feature and I am still learning how I can improve my sales this is my most important part of the software. I highly recommend this software.

Cons

It is a bit pricey but well worth it. In the long run you will see how great your company will run. Organization will be able to communicate better. May take some time to learn but it is the best I have found yet

Overall I find it to be absolutely essential in our business function.

Pros

There is an impressive variety of essential functions the software performs. It's extremely helpful to have all of these features and information in the same database. I also find adding information to be user-friendly, making it highly functional in collecting and sharing information company-wide.

Cons

Finding some information is not necessarily intuitive - you may have to click around a lot more than one is used to on a simpler site in order to get to where you are trying to go. A more simplified interface may work wonders in streamlining web use.

I have used CRMS in the past and I feel the standout feature of Dynamic is its acceptance of 3rd party integrations.I had very little issues using dynamics with most 3rd party programs and it saved me precious time I usually spent in time past on back and forth emails asking questions,trying to resolve integration problems.

Cons

Again,the user interface. I have always believed software should have a self explanatory user interface.Dynamic misses it like most software anyways.Enterprise pricing could be made more affordable too.

Pros

Dynamics 365 est très efficace et fait partie des meilleurs logiciels pour la gestion des entreprises. Cet univers est créé en pensant à toutes formes d'entreprise dans la gérance jusqu'à sa rentabilité.

Cons

Le pilotage dans la navigation du Dynamics 365 est un peu plus difficile que sa en a l'air. Les PME ne sont pas favorisées dans les licences.

Have used Microsoft Dynamics at several different companies that I have worked with as well as a few other similar tools. While the integration opportunities are helpful I did not find it to be that much more powerful than other big names on the market.

The integration into my microsoft email services has been a plus

Not very cost effective and their are other options out there with similar features at far less of an investment.

The system is not for smaller companies, and I would rather use this for large companies especially if you are looking for a unified ERP, CRM and marketing platform.

The software is backed by Microsoft and therefore makes integration with everything Microsoft easier. Lost of developers and adonns available

Very complicated to setup compared to other systems.

a robust platform, at a large cost.

Pros

I have no complaints about the product itself. Queries are fast, reporting and overall performance have been good. Running on a 5.5 VMware VM its been rock solid, maybe an issue once a year.
