Monitoring sales performance, the dashboards and reports enable managers to see at a glance how their teams are doing. It's easy to dive deeper into the data to see what's going on.

Pros

If you are using full range of Microsoft products for managing daily work, this product would integrate them all without a hustle. Although the integration with Outlook impacts the performance significantly.

Cons

Users often find the system frustrating when it doesn't work - it can be slow, there's issues with it working in Edge and there are limits to the customisations available.

Overall I think it is a great product and am very happy working within it.

Pros

I really like the amount of information that can be stored and easily and can be seen by various departments. I like how easy it is to use. I also really like all of the automatic updates it adds without me having to manually enter my contact details with our clients.

Cons

When we moved over from our old product last year many of the client notes didn't move or were corrupted. This makes it hard because we now have to check for email history or through other processes.

This software have the tool to be the better, I thought with big data this software can be the first but right now does not have all the tools to be.

Pros

I thought the main pro is integrated every data about a client in an analysis to understand more. This software increase the possibilities to engaged your client with deep analysis about how the relationship is.

Cons

Cost is the main con, maybe slaeforce is more simple but do the work, Dynamics need to engaged gis market with more Ohhh, until this moment does not have more Ohh. Maybe in a close future Dynamics is goin to be better than salesforce, that just to integrate with Relation Data as Exogenoues data ( Wheather, Breaking news, and something like that)

I really like to use this qualification. When an e-mail is sent from the customer, it can be sent directly from Outlook to the document, including quotes and invoices.

Pros

Inclusion of AppSource has been very good. We can find what we are looking for much more easily. Offline mode feature helps me keep my data. It is really essentail.. These are realy useful qualifications for me. Thank you so much for your effort and innovations!

Cons

It sometimes data slows down when loading but not often. I am sure it can fix easly.

I have been into a product evaluation of Microsoft Dynamics and crosscheck the project Management and the Financial module.

Pros

Dynamics is for absolutely enterprise Resource Planning software, where it has facility to integrate software modules and can be managed to set workflows from start to end. The product includes most of the requirements that need to run the business in a very competitive manner and dashboards provide clear cut of the required information as per the set configurations. Dynamics is almost a ready made package to use, however necessary workflows need to be defined as per the requirements.

Cons

Need to depend on a third - party vendor to configure the product at the organization, whereas capabilities and expertise of the vendor need to be identified prior to start the project. It requires additional support from professionals to develop reports / advance report.

Dynamics can be simply used or it can be elaborate. We started to use Dynamics for simple solutions and slowly introduced additional features and used the additional functionality. Dynamics was great for us to slowly ease into the new tool. We were able to progressively use some of the more complex features as we better learned the tool.

Cons

I would like to know how to better access content in regards to fully utilize Dynamics. I am sure there is content out there but I can't seem to find the good quality content.

If it's a small company, it's probably not as beneficial as a big one. Since Dynamics does not have so many tools that can help. I would also like you to take into account these small companies.

A clearer view of customers information shall drive better decision making.

Cons

Not very accessible at first, it's turnos out to be tricky at some point, but, you'll manage to use it in a way.

not really many, this was also during the time that I worked in a different company.

Pros

The only thing that I liked most about this software is that it was the only thing we had available to do our job at work. We were able to see what our patient's information was, as it was needed to complete the work tasks.

Cons

The least thing that I liked about this software, was that it always seems to shut down often, There seemed to be an issue all the time and at the worst times of a busy workplace. Actually anytime is bad for the software to shut down and not operate as it should. It was way too many issues for me.
