Reporting is awesome.

Pros

I love the smart list reports. I can pull what i need as i do a lot of VLookups so it works perfect for what i need it for.

Cons

I wish you could edit the due dates all in one go without have to write a script for it. I find it a bit annoying that you can not press the ENTER key with out the screen closing out. Vendor File Maintenance could be much more functional and have everything accessible in one place versus having to open up 4 different screens to change or see one piece of informations.

### "Great tool, but a little bit disappointing"

Pros

I work at a university and this tool is used to gather contacts who fill out application forms and participate in the entry process. In Dynamics I can see who they are, which course they have chosen and whether they are approved or not. The forms are in the tool and we can also assemble workflows.

Cons

Some time ago we started using another tool and it should integrate with Dynamics. The problem is that a few years have passed and to date integration does not work very well. Analysts who took care of integration told us that Dynamics has a hard time getting integration to work properly.

Dynamics is the best of both worlds as its a CRM and a cloud based ERP combined into one product.

Cons

Module cost can be expensive depending how deep you go. It could go from 50-200 depending on the module.

Pros

Once you get used to it and gain experience with navigation and learn certain tools, it's pretty easy to use. It sends emails easily, the email editor feature is simple to use and you can customise/build emails nicely.

Cons

It's difficult to build marketing lists correctly, it's challenging to import lead enquiries to turn them into marketing lists, the overall look of the software is dated and glitchy.

Pros

I like the insight tab that gets me accurate emails and phone numbers. I also like the lists function and can set up my accounts for different views.

Cons

IT is a bit slow to load screens. I am using Dynamics 365. Also, a lot of times the contacts in the insight tab are not up-to-date or accurate because the person has moved to a different role or company.

I started using the Dynamic 365 CRM and by the moment I find it quite useful and easy to use, so much more than previously softwares. I still don't know the APP deaply but it 's a lack of time, it is so easy to learn the working.

Pros

It is so easy to see all the information about a customer, everything in the same databoard and with a very friendly appereance.

Cons

I have used Dynamic 365 in the last months so I have not found problems by the moment, I still don't know the software deeply.

It has streamlined our workflows tremendously and improved our ability to track issues from beginning to end.

Pros

It has the ability and potential to maintain/organize a lot of data. Also they Dynamics report option is AMAZING! It's great to be able to specify exactly what you want it to find and get it almost every time.

Cons

There are certain things in it that just don't make sense or could be streamlined a little more. For example, when filling out a ticket, rather than being able to tab all the way through, you have to skip around and fill in some fields and then go back up and fill in the rest. Also, Notes should be easier to add. That is the most commonly used feature so why it's hidden in a "..." under another list is just not as efficient as it could be.

Overall user-friendly, not complicated, and smooth processes from point A to point B.

Pros

I liked most that the ease of generating invoices was fast and stress-free. Edits were easy, and saving and sending out the invoices are a breeze.

Cons

It has an antiquated look, which isn't visually appealing at all.

Pros

It is easy to setup , install and start using. Integrated PSA modules gives a great help. Integration with other microsoft tools is easy like office 364 etc. Easy to customize and nice UI.

Cons

Mobile app can be more fast. Currently response time is too much. Faced issue while getting new updates.

If I talk about my overall experience, I would say Dynamics 365 is the most effective, powerful and efficient software.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is extremely easy to start, install set up and access. Another plus point is that we can have access to all the functions quickly just by clicking or touching on it. With the help of it we can have effective decisions. What I love most about it is the way it integrates with other Microsoft tools. In order to manage different areas of business, Dynamics 365 is the best choice.

Cons

One of the drawbacks is that its mobile application is not good enough. It crashes frequently. Some features seem to be difficult to implement. In order to have complete command on all the features and functions, users need to have bit training of it.

I received more organization within my company. Across the board, we've seen a lot easier system management. User interface got a lot easier once we settled into the system. Have seen an increase in productivity within the team.

Pros

All of the different possibilities this program offers me is what I love the most! It's really revolutionized what I can do with a service and how I manage my information. It even has more information than our smaller company needs but gives us options and motivations to do so one day. Also, the insights are incredibly helpful.

Overall excellent experience. Had to find a 3rd-party alternative for one integration we were using w/ Salesforce, but the silver lining was finding a better 3rd-party tool than what we were using in the process.

Pros

Having everything in one place is a huge time-saver and headache-reducer. This software is a swiss-army knife in it's field. I'm not aware of a competitor that can do everything this software can. It's not the easiest to use, but that's to be expected from such a complex program that can complete so many tasks and provides so many services in one package.

Cons

There are some 3rd-party integrations that do not work w/ Dynamics that so with Salesforce. You might be able to find alternatives, you might not. Before diving in, you should give it a test run or research any 3rd-party integrations you may want to use beforehand to make sure that they work and this software is right for you.

It is a product that integrates naturally with Microsoft Office, providing the opportunity to export information to programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Outlook quickly and effectively. Eliminates the need to maintain your own servers and data centers, which also contributes to economic savings. It contains several functionalities of information analysis, allowing the decision making based on the results of the operations carried out.

Cons

The information in the cloud poses a risk to the company. It may not be adapted to the needs of the company. The software, its implementation and installation in the company turns out to be very expensive for its acquisition and maintenance. The high complexity of its functions is a limitation for the implementation and adaptability of the end users.

Ce logiciel offre des solutions de gestions aux collaborateurs. Ils leur permet de prendre de bonne decision. Avec ce logiciel je n’avais plus besoin de trop réfléchir et aussi il donne l’accès à d’autres applications de Microsoft.

Cons

Selon moi ce logiciel présente deux inconvénients: d’une part, son Dashboard est un peu trop complexe, certains auront besoin d’apprentissage pour s’initier à ce logiciel et d’autres part je trouve que son coût est un peu élevé et avec ça certaines entreprises ne pourront pas se permettre de l’acheter faute de moyens

This is a good CRM for mid to large size organizations. Also, the best part that it provides the integration facility with different other systems. ClickDimensions is the best ESP pairs with it.

Cons

The more you customize, the system will be slower which is a problem. Also, overall I feel it takes lot of time to process data compared to other CRMs.
