Overall Microsoft Dynamics has really made my business really easy. In short it is excellent product loaded with almost all useful features.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics is the great tool that keeps everything in right order due to which it can be quickly accessible in the time of need. It's ability of syncing with other programs like oracle is highly appreciable. Additionally it can be conveniently used for manipulating and editing data. It is the best replacement of salesforce. It's simple, clean and clear interface make it distinguishable as compare to other products.

Cons

Honestly my experience with Dynamics is incredibly wonderful. I am pleased to use this. I am more than satisfied with all its services. I do not find any negative aspect of this product.

Cons

A bit hard to customize for your specific workflow, but once you’ve done it, you have a very powerful CRM platform.

Pros

Dynamics formerly known by the code name «Project Green», replaced Microsoft Business Solutions, the family's previous business software company is a software for customer relationship management created by Microsoft that provides sales management, service to the customer and market capacity

Cons

The reports can be stored in a centralized Reporting Library along with the support files. The security of reports and files can be controlled using Windows Authentication and SQL server

Managing our sales pipeline and forecast is ok- but looking around, for the money, we could get a much more ready-to-go solution for the price we pay. Suspect Dynamics is brilliant for the bigger org who can afford the professional services bill to custom-fit it for their organisation. For us, it's overkill.

Pros

It integrates with our O365 platform, enabling us to work from within Dynamics for emails, document storing, contact management, sales processes.

Cons

But it's a beast to configure to get it right for our needs. Lots of professional services which is just not feasible for the SME in my view.

Pros

I have a love/hate relationship with Dynamics CRM. It is a powerful tool once you learn how to use it, but the learning curve can be hard! It has tons of features that are really great but it can be very challenging to figure out how to navigate the interface.

Cons

Hard to learn, not very intuitive and very challenging to troubleshoot.

overall experience was successfull but a little expensive. Maybe for a single project (a fair, an event) i will buy a single app for the specific event

Pros

We use dynamics crm to link our erp customer and lead, that we use to manage a fair with our customer and some lead, we manage entering, exiting, print qrcodes, etc

Cons

little expensive for this single job, we found many useful tools but very cheaper

It's very hard to use and although I can track accounts and leads, it's very hard to use and navigate.

Pros

I only like a couple things about Dynamics CRM and it's mostly good for tracking leads and accounts. I'm able to keep notes on all my leads and accounts each time I speak with them about anything involving the customer. It also has a nice contact section for assessing phone and address information quickly.

Cons

This software is extremely hard to use, and mostly it takes a long time to train on the program.

it is straight forward software for basic MRP and PO processing. Users don't need a whole lot of training.

Cons

lacks the ability to do reports or automated reports, does not have a collaborative feature with other users. too much administrative data entry. not very intuitive.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a software that makes communications between sales and marketing a seamless interaction. There are many features needed to keep track of a leads progression through the sales process. The ease of customization is a benefit my company uses on the daily. I was able to completely teach myself the ins and out of this software in a matter of a few weeks. I have been able to teach new employees to navigate and function within this software in a matter of a day. There is a lot of information provided by Microsoft that make the transition from other CRMs to this CRM an easy choice. Dynamics allows an array of users to benefit from this product. My sales team use the simplistic aspects of the software, where I find myself getting into the fine details. It fits all the needs of my company in one product.

Customizable, flexible, and able to easily learn

Cons

Duplicate detection seems to only pick up on duplicate emails.

Seamlessly integrates to the rest of your Microsoft licensed products. Intuitive for not only the in-house user but robust enough for the mobile folks as well!

Pros

Cloud based (365). Integrates with all of your current MS licenses and fairly easy to read reports! CRM is extremely intuitive and the ERP module, though it takes time to set-up depending on what you want to keep a "pulse" on but after set-up.......you'll ask yourself how you've survived this long without it!

Cons

It's a "bear" or "time consuming" to configure "out of the box" and Customer Service is well.......typical customer service.

Pros

the prospecting interface and especially that of invoicing, allows me to save time. everything is automated.

Cons

the only problem I encountered is that in the beginning the software was difficult to configure, once it's done, I save time.

We've been using Microsoft Dynamics for a while now, we use it mostly to track customer support cases. Our Microsoft reseller helped us customize the CRM to our needs

Pros

What I like the most about Microsoft Dynamics is it's ease of use, the ability to easily track open cases and generate useful reports.

Cons

The cost per user could be one of the few cons compared to other cloud based CRM solutions

This is a great product for accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. it is user friendly and easily manipulated and customized to meet businesses individual and unique needs.

Pros

Great invoicing, contact management, expense tracking, inventory and reporting functionalities. It also provides the necessary tools to process a service dispatch function

Cons

The service invoices are not connected to payroll, inventory, or purchasing. There are constant bugs in the software that we have to get a third party to fix.

We migrated to the D365 for Finance and Operations ERP platform from an outdated ERP system. We had help from a third party integration team. We relied on a few Independent Software Vendors (ISV's) where D365 options didn't meet our requirements. The solution has been reliable.

It is a reliable platform that can handle core business functions.

Cons

Some display filtering logic needs tweaking.
