Microsoft Dynamics software has assisted me in building a more admirable business intelligence and has assisted in making of substantial decisions.

Pros

Personally I use the Microsoft dynamics software and i like it in terms of how it assist in making strategic business decisions and on the other hand, the results are admirable in businesses.

Cons

I least like the way the software builds its unifying relationships in the business. More software improvements are needed. However, it has the best experience.

My overall experience with Dynamics is mixed. There's a lot you can do with it, but the poor user interface holds it back. The marketing and sales team at my company have since switched over to HubSpot which boasts a considerably smoother user experience.

Pros

Dynamics has a wealth of features when it comes to marketing, sales, and customer service needs. Lots of detail for contacts, accounts, marketing lists, etc.

Cons

Too complex! It is not a good user interface by any stretch, not user friendly and exporting a specific data-set can get very complicated, very quickly.

Pros

I imagine that this product has some powerful functionality hidden away behind the mass of ribbons and edit popups, and it can be nice to have your CRM and email system all in one tool.

Cons

This is by far the worst software experience I have ever had. I am obligated to use this system on a weekly basis, and I always dread that part of my day. Even basic functionality such as merging marketing lists and sending emails is hidden behind so many layers of confusing icons and buttons, and more often than not comes along with an un-foreseeable obstacle unique to the software and additional minutes of searching google for forums which answer how to circumnavigate the problem. I have a very hard time believing that any potential features would be worth the frustration and loss of time that come with the basic and essential functionality of this tool.

Pros

This software was introduced to the organization with hesitation and the reluctance to move away from our current software. The transition was easy and seamless. Our overall financial performance has increased and our supply chain has been streamlined into an effective, efficient system for our organization.

Cons

Training any new employee to use new software can be frustrating, on-boarding this new software took a lot longer than expected to introduce and understand.

Overall, with Dynamics we have been able to automate processes that were paper processes before and we are betting able to track information about our clients which in turns allows us to serve them better. That part is great. The part that isn't so great is how difficult it was to get everything set up and make ongoing changes and customer support has been hit or miss.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics has a lot of useful features which is why we chose to implement it in our office. Once we got everything set up we were able to start tracking data about our clients and automate many processes that had previously been done on paper.

Cons

It's not intuitive. Setting everything up was painful and making changes to what we've set up is painful. Because of this, getting anything changed or enhanced is slow and we've run into system bugs both when we were setting things up and as we continue to make changes.

My overall experience was great! I recommend testing Dynamics 365 and see for yourself if your business is ready to boost their sales!

Pros

The synchronization of all microsoft products made nurturing customer relationships a breeze for my team. We never lost any information and were able to communicate easily with everyone on the team to be up to date with changes made by another member.

Cons

For a Real Estate business framework, I found that Agents had a steep learning curve and Dynamics365 did need a couple of meetings and troubleshooting to get agents used to using the products.

Dynamics was our daily go to software for years. It's a powerhouse of features and it's scaling was most favorable. The pure fact we could have one system to manage all of our ERP needs was really appreciated by all of our users.

Pros

All in one ERP solution that helped us not only minimize logins , but also maintenance, monthly bills to various vendors, but also was a one stop shop for our internal and client data.

Cons

Can become bloated and requires a fairly hefty capital outlay for infrastructure, setup and licensing. Can also be quite complicated.

Pros

It is a good CRM tool with good menus and a nice user interface. We are are customizing this product for telecom operators, personalizing it and adding new features. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a good product on its own. It has many features including marketing, sales management and service management.

Cons

It is very difficult to customize and deploy the customized product because of all the dependencies it generates. It is difficult and very time consuming to make large scale changes and then integrate or deploy them to another environment.

We implemented it for a small client, whose entire client portfolio was an excel. Now with a much more complete system, he is happy because he has better control, even for the sales team.

Pros

The integration that is acquired when with the entire Microsoft package, from a server to the end-user. CRM is very complete and facilitates lead management, to be able to take them to be customers.

Cons

The cost is very high, but as Apple its just works would say, if your organization is large you can buy license packages.

I loved the fact that this product is like a broken down, individual applications version of one bigger one. It is a combined cloud-based service, highly easy to use and highly-customizable, you can also get to easily use two applications, for instance, (PowerApps and Flow). With the use of PowerApps, you have the chance of creating mobile applications, whereas with the workflow engine, you can run third-party applications. As a teacher working with my own teaching academy, Dynamics 365 let me to do tasks that include improve mobile device operations, cloud-based business apps, field service automation, increase sales, lead tracking, to name a few. This software has an incredible amount of options that aim to improve your business projects. These are altogether, some sort of a final solution. Other great feature is the support of iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices apps. One thing I loved about Dynamics is the chance of accessing these with no necessity of an internet connection, so once you can log online these changes will be automatically synced in the cloud. The apps automatically sync with other Microsoft apps such as Word, OneNote, and others, saving tons of valuable time and effort.

Cons

It is a highly priced product, not a lot of people will be able to actually afford per month for all the features. However, if they can, they will have access to a plethora of cool features.

Integration was fairly simple. The biggest trouble was the external aspect.

Pros

The desktop version of this program is fairly basic and easy to use. For a person in the office it does the job.

Cons

The mobile version, which we use with the sales team, is very bad. For a company with an external team, I do not recommend this program.

Overall I feel as though this software is a good option for many. Not sure it's the most user friendly, in my opinion.

Pros

Dynamics 365 once you become familiar with the software by using it daily, it very good. There are so many ways to access, store, and retrieve information that it's very impressive. Once you have used it and become familiar with it, it is well worth it's weight.

Cons

For me personally, because the software is so detailed, it can be difficult to know how to use until you have become familiar with it. It's not the kind of software where you can just logically figure out how to navigate it (not that there are many that are). Once I got the hang of it-through time and experience I grew to like it more.

I have a couple of clients that use Dynamics. Normally, I like to poke around and navigate myself, but with Dynamics clients, they have to show me how to use the software. Often times I request reports and have them navigate.

Pros

It's robust and should be able to handle your small business needs easily. There's lots of functionality and it's customize-able.

Cons

The learning curve is intense. I'm a CPA and it took me a while to figure out some of the basic functions and how to run simple reports. I struggled to find documentation, so I wish there was more documentation readily available.

Pros

There are so many features and apps for this product. Pretty much anything you can dream up they have it or you can create it. It is also great for personal use.

Cons

Nothing really. They really have everything you could possibly need including making your own apps. Its amazing!
