### "Dynamics is a Quality and user friendly software"

It’s a very good software. The marketing team wouldn’t of been able to of continued using the software, if it had not been for its user and navigational friendly.

Pros

Dynamics crm, customer relationship and management, is an excellent software. We use this for our sales and marketing. This is a Software I would truly recommend to others. It’s user friendly and Easy to navigate. We’ve been using this software for over 8 years now.

Cons

I manage the IT dept and I can say that there has been a few technical problems with the software but nothing that hasn’t been easily resolved.

We use it as a primary CRM. We use it only with specific regions and planning to expand throughout our organization.

Pros

Integration with other Microsoft enterprise products. Task management feature helps to keep track all the tasks Seamless third party integrations makes life much easier.

Cons

UI is less intuitive compared to Salesforce.

Manage pipeline, keep track of all contact and account information, create notifications and reminders, help to structure our companies sales processes.

Pros

Easy to use, great functionality for sales, customer service and marketing, integration with the Microsoft stack (Office 365, Exchange server, etc.), easy to customize, feels like a really well designed software, very good security, flexible solution, easy to create validation rules, workflows, nice to be able to create new solutions separate from default solution, can send email notifications, show or hide fields based on conditions, a lot of out of the box dashboards and reports, the lead to opportunity flow works well, intuitive user interface.

Cons

They rebranded it to Dynamics 365 and also increased the cost of the on premise version. Also, it occasionally gets errors but they do not seem to cause any real problems.

We used this CRM for most of our accessible information to our sales team. They would update project information in Dynamics and we would make sure it relates to the correct information from our other database management systems.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics is pretty easy for users to learn the basics of. New users will quickly be able to lookup and edit basic information

Cons

Dynamics has a tendency to lag when doing mass updates. This lag can lead to a loss of information and more time to identify and fix the problem

The thing I like the most about Dynamic 365 is the ease of use for calendar management across multiple different groups.

Cons

If you are looking for something better than the best, i can say MS Dynamics is your product, it comes in handy for any business, regardless of size and need, it makes everything seem so easy, not to mention its availability across all platforms and you can use it everywhere you are, can help you business gain more customers, seal new deals/contracts with clients with no papers but right from the palm of your hands, so what more does a business need if not the best, then this is your product

Cons

there is less to not like, you cant expect a similar GUI from other CRM softwares like quickbooks, it requires you to familliarise yourself with it yet easy to use

Pros

This software was easily implemented and even easier to use. 2-step authorization is seamless. Also easy to convert google documents to Microsoft.

Cons

The training process to carry the knowledge of using this platform to other employees was strenuous but once staff were trained up we did not experience any issues.

It's a great tool for business management

Pros

The ease of integration of this tool with the Office 365 suite. Microsoft tends to use the same interface so its super easy to get the hang of.

Cons

Some of the features can be buggy or just aren't as user friendly. Getting specific here, its the inbuilt reports feature.

Pros

In this new version of Dynamics we find a more minimalist aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye. Being able to develop the functionalities in Vscode is a great change that enhances this tool.

Cons

I think I'm still missing a much simpler report manager to develop and unify the programming language since C / AL was not relatively simple. Also made in the absence of previous versions to be able to modify to taste every screen for an optimization in the work

Nothing there is like Friendly Provision in this software

Dynamics made it easier for my company to go paperless because every aspect in the module can be tied back to 1 customer, 1 vendor, 1 purchase order, 1 sales order or even to 1 contact. We no longer have to have job files, customer files or vendor files. Everything is stored in Dynamics, you can even scan things and attach them to whatever it is you are working on.

Pros

Dynamics has everything a company needs to run smoothly from order taking, production management, scheduling, CRM and accounting.

Cons

Every now and then when I try to export a document from Dynamics it freezes. But this does not happen that often.

I love Dynamics now despite the learning curve I had. This software is amazing and I do recommend using this product or at least try it out.

Pros

This software is very easy to manage and is very useful. The software allows you to manage your customer database and partners on a daily base. It also helps with creating detailed reports, tasks, and schedules. This software allows you to stay in contact with all your co-workers. I really love this software and I would recommend other companies to try this software out if they are looking for an easy way to manage their customer database.

Cons

It was a learning curve to understand the charts and graphs at first, but it was easy to understand for me after the 3rd day of playing with the system. One problem I did experience was the system was going slow when emails were full. So I had to make sure the emails didn't get full.

We all wish we had something else unfortunately

Pros

I'm told the cost of this is low compared to what you might call the market leader. It can do most things at the end of the day. Good if you are heavy microsoft users

Cons

Interface is poor, hard to find literally everything, needs a complete overhaul. Constant issues and when you fix one thing another thing breaks. The system depends a huge amount on the skill and time investment of the people that set up and manage it. Other systems seem to be simpler.

For me is the ability to keep track of all the cases that we work on. We can easily record everything that happens in our department through this

Sometimes locating a case or account can be difficult. When looking for a case, I cannot modify the "Date Created On" So I can see the latest case of the account.

Pros

No pros for our business. I would not recommend this software to anyone, unless they are using it for basic sales tracking.

Cons

This did not work for our business at all. We were convinced a customized software would fit our business needs, but it never worked for us! It is complicated, tons of glitches, hard to use - even just trying to setup basic user accounts is a challenge. We integrated CRM with GP (Accounting), which was a terrible experience for us that we are still recovering from. We never knew if the data was making it to/from - very unreliable. I would not recommend this software to anyone, unless they are using it for basic sales tracking. It cost our company a lot of money in the long run...
