It is incredibly amazing product. One of the limitations is that users need to have enough practice of it in order to have better understanding of it. Other than that I failed to find anything to complain here.

Pros

What I like most about Dynamics 365 is its ease of use. It is the best ever tool for analyzing data. It has introduced so many easy ways for inserting and fetching data. It offers great customer service. Its cloud based nature is highly appreciable. In my opinion it is a great product for running business.

Cons

I like the most is that it connects all the processes of my business with different productivity tools, my experience is that the platform is agile and focused on the needs of each company. The company you manage regardless of its size, sector or business model can build its own Dynamics with its different applications.

Cons

I have not had any problem after its use, only when I was recommended at the beginning I did not know which version to download until I review the benefits.

I have tried Dynamics Sales Hub for almost 2 years, and so far, it was good experience. Improvements and a more user-friendly should give it a bright future.

Pros

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, some improvement and customization needed.

Cons

It needs some customization for your need and sometimes it gives you errors.

Very good adoption by the users, as it is user friendly and very similar to other Microsoft products we use.

Pros

Very good integration with other Microsoft products we use at our organization. The architecture of the product makes it flexible to support specific business needs and scenarios that our organization requires. Very good licensing conditions for educational organizations.

Cons

At least in the release we have (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011) the integrated emailing functionality is not very good. The software does not provide good tools for the designing of emails. You can do it if the email you are sending is a basic one, for better designed ones you definitely need to create them in another tool and then send them using MS Dynamics CRM.

Overall i find dynamics 365 to be a really great option for efficient business management alongwith crm and enterprise resources.

Pros

The contact management and the inventory management both the things of dynamics365 are very effective to use. Also the data visualization is great. The invoice creation is very easy and finanacial management is also very easy to manage.

Cons

I feel like that the contact database has some serious data privacy issues and need to be handles with care. Although the database management is great but can be even more improved.

Dynamics has made life so much easier. You can do so much with what it offers that you can always overlook some things which it doesn’t offer

Pros

Online excel integration lets one edit CRM data and with power BI integration you can access data outside CRM which makes this application awesome and makes your life so much easier.. sorting control is also pretty nice

Cons

Though there is not much to hate about the tool but the pricing is tad expansive. And customisation is also disappointing

Overall Dynamics 365 is all in one software that let us perform several tasks. I would say it fulfills all of my business needs in most probable ways.

Pros

What I like most about Dynamics 365 is its interesting user friendly interface. I love the way it let us have smooth transaction. Its CRM functionality is amazing. It helps us a lot in visualizing the whole insight data which later on helps us in taking immediate decisions. It is extremely easy to use without getting any specific training.

Cons

There are plenty of benefits of this product. In my opinion it is a flawless tool. It is full of interesting features. I never come across any problem while using this product. I feel happy to use this awesome product.

This tool is useful for me for CRM purposes, but many features can be done outside of the tool.

Pros

Dynamics is essentially a fancy CRM tool, but does the job very effectively. A lot of features, helpful analytics.

Cons

There are other, less expensive tools that provide many of the same core functions at a lower price point.

Safe and secure, which is why our IT department didn't want to change providers. For marketing however, it has terrible integrations and is clunky and outdated. There are far better CRM's out there for marketing use.

Pros

It's a good, safe place to host the company database.

Cons

I didn't find (or couldn't easily get access to) many third-party apps that are widely used in Digital Marketing. I had to revert to manual exports every time I needed data. For a company at the size of Microsoft, a bit more could be done to cater to this market.

The dashboard is really intuitive and features all the data which is required at a glance.The customizability allows users to create their own report formats with useful data and weed out the remaining.

Cons

The click and actions sometimes do not register and we are forced to wait and then click again.Also, it is a very hectic process to deploy the software company-wide.

All of our sales are now able to see what is happening for any given account

Pros

Intuitive Unified User interface. Good integration with Office 365. All data can be exported to Excel. Mobile and Web interface are similar so the user can not get lost between them

Cons

Experienced some slowness while loading different screens on the cloud version. Default screens for Accounts, contacts, opportunities contain too much information
