Pros

I used CRM when I was in sales and since leaving that role, I have always wished that this software was more widely used in other application.

Cons

The initial training on this software was very much needed. Trying to learn how to use this CRM on your own would be very difficult.

Initially it was daunting bringing over our systems to a point where we could implement Dynamics but after some time, we saw the massive benefits.

Pros

The best thing about this product is how well it integrates with other Microsoft products, both cloud and local.

Cons

Occasionally updates of the product cause problems with add-ins.

Pros

I love the ease of use, rich functionality and simple customization process. Microsoft is a huge player in the market and therefore investd a lot into research and development, and have recently committed to a 6-month update rhythm, meaning you get more features, more quickly than ever. Plus, it sits inside MS Outlook, and allows you to track all your emails, appointments, calls, and more to individual clients with the click of a button.

Cons

The latest release that we have, CRM 2013, is a bit bland looking with lots of white space. It could be designed with a little more flair to be appealing and easy to read. They changed a lot in this version and not all of the changes are good. They eliminating one function on the sales side that I used all the time and I am not sure I like it. When converting a lead, you used to have the option of checking off boxes to create the Customer, Contact and Opportunity and you could also check "Open these records up conversion" so you all of them popped up in separate windows so you could finish adding details to each of them. Now, there is no window for that, and it just creates the Customer Record and Contact record in the background for you, but you have to go out and open it yourself. A lot of our salespeople forget to do this and just edit the Opportunity Form that opens with you convert the Lead. Microsoft does this sometimes, thinks that they are improving something but fail to actually ask those who use it. I wish they'd do more to include current customers in the design process.

There are of course many other pros and cons which should be considered when evaluating any application including price, functionality, usability, mobile strategy but the above seem to me to be the most discussed in my company's user base. For me its always fascinating to see how an on premise, enterprise driven giant like Microsoft will bend and react to assaults by young prentenders.

Pros

Dynamics as you would expect from a Microsoft product, has a very simple user look and feel especially for those familiar with PowerPoint or Office, the UI is genuinely uncluttered and easy to use, meaning that adoption training and familiarisation should be at a minimum. This software is backed by a company that will be present in the long term. Of course, they can change their roadmap, but that is very different on its own.

Cons

It is a sophisticated offer since in many small and medium companies, the sales process is not as ingenious and defined as Dynamics needs to work well. This may involve having to create predefined processes before implementing Dynamics. Not all users use Microsoft. Of course, Dynamics has been optimized to be compatible with MS products and performance tends to have a slight impact if something else is used.

Pros

What I enjoyed most about dynamics was to create scheduled reports. This way, I got the newest changes in data automatically. When I became a manager, I was tasked with ongoing utilization reports. Manually pulling the data was prone to error and time consuming. Once I created the reports I needed, I knew the data was accurate and I saved countless hours over the 2 years I had to be in that position and provide the reports.

Cons

Trying to filter the data. In some cases my queries would produce 0 results for no apparent reason. I knew the attributes were in the data, but the query would return zero. This would be nerve wracking when I was under pressure to provide a custom report quickly.

Pros

We used this tool for more than 8 years, and it does not stop surprising us the new features that are added, it is very easy to use and implement.

Cons

One factor that could be considered as unfavorable could be the cost per user for some business scenarios and / or some industries.

\- It's not a friendly software at first time using it. - Information is uploaded in a cloud, it gives a sensation of insecurity because it hasn't a backup in a server.

Pros

MS Dynamics 365 has a plethora of modules that you can access to manage all of your businesses financial requirements. The system is super flexible, so you can set up information however it works best for you. Just be sure to plan it out in advance and know how you want everything structured.

Cons

Integrating sales information from our SQL based website was a bit of a drawn out process, but once the scripting was in place for the import, it worked better than any previous software we had utilized.

One the challenges I have is windshield time. spending a great deal of time in the car can be tedious, especially if your wasting time waiting for your laptop to fire up at every stop. so no we can enter info quickly and get on to the next stop. which means more stops which means more money for me.

Pros

The convenience of not having to open my laptop at every stop. Dynamics lets me enter pertinent information and notes on the go. i can move accounts around my calendar with ease. shaves tons of time off my day. when I get home everything I've done all day is already there. A few final notes and my day is done.

Cons

for obvious reasons the offline attributes are not nearly as good as the online. so if i'm in a low signal area i have to make adjustments but at least I can still enter info and notes. the calendar is accessible but it won't go live until your back on line.

In retrospect, CRM caused more issues for my business than it solved. Between the fact that for years, it only worked on windows, and the horrible iOS app, it dug itself a hole and probably will never get out based on the collection of amazing competitors.

The set of features and customization tools are impressive.

Cons

WAY over-complicated. Lack of support for basic tasks without multitudes of steps. Typical MS convolution. You will never use half the features because you can't find them, Primarily used by companies who receive the software for free..

Dynamics 365 is an all-around CRM system, it is capable of storing customers' information and the products they owned. When creating a new ticket, the customer's product can be linked. This makes it easy for tracking and troubleshooting. The dashboard is also great for overviewing the current ticket status, ticket volume, etc. It also provides API to work with other systems.

Cons

Deployment and tuning are complex and requires an expert to achieve the needs.

I like the variety of user defined fields and the ability to keep a substantial about of information. The system is simple to navigate and move around it. Sales and Service dashboards

Cons

The Dynamics 365 CRM is not as easy to use as the old CRM product. The ability to save and return to previous screen has been removed and the save feature is a very small icon at the bottom right of the screen. Prior version had Save, Save and Close, and Email a link feature that the new one does not have.

Pros

I've been utilizing this for a while. It is very simple to use.Users of Dynamics 365 can develop insights from data and make wise decisions Thanks to the robust business intelligence tools included in this software.This Microsoft offers excellent account management tools that will help you stay current. Dynamics is extremely competitive in terms of pricing.The most recent version has more improvements than the earlier one.It is tremendously powerful to have your entire business application ecosystem under one roof.

Cons

I feel Difficulty while creating email groups and sometimes errors occur So fixing them require some time...Otherwise everything is good.
