In retrospect, CRM caused more issues for my business than it solved. Between the fact that for years, it only worked on windows, and the horrible iOS app, it dug itself a hole and probably will never get out based on the collection of amazing competitors.

Pros

The set of features and customization tools are impressive.

Cons

WAY over-complicated. Lack of support for basic tasks without multitudes of steps. Typical MS convolution. You will never use half the features because you can't find them, Primarily used by companies who receive the software for free..

Overall the software does the job how I need it to and I have never been limited by its capabilities.

Pros

Overall the software is fully comprehensive and has a great range of features. It is definitely the best customer relationship management application I have used to date.

Cons

The software is a little pricey, if it is not used every day then it would be hard to justify the price. It can be difficult to get through to customer service sometimes.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is an all-around CRM system, it is capable of storing customers' information and the products they owned. When creating a new ticket, the customer's product can be linked. This makes it easy for tracking and troubleshooting. The dashboard is also great for overviewing the current ticket status, ticket volume, etc. It also provides API to work with other systems.

Cons

Deployment and tuning are complex and requires an expert to achieve the needs.

It is so productive and I like the part that I linked other Microsoft softwares to dynamics 365. It works fast, no bugs & errors. It is the great resources software I have ever used , easy to use for everyone.

Pros

I get to plan my business and resources professionally & it is productive while I can link another Microsoft software to dynamics 365

Cons

All softwares turn to run slow when the network signal is low especially windy winter

Pros

I like the variety of user defined fields and the ability to keep a substantial about of information. The system is simple to navigate and move around it. Sales and Service dashboards

Cons

The Dynamics 365 CRM is not as easy to use as the old CRM product. The ability to save and return to previous screen has been removed and the save feature is a very small icon at the bottom right of the screen. Prior version had Save, Save and Close, and Email a link feature that the new one does not have.

My overall experience is great .I have been using this for a very long time happily.

Pros

I've been utilizing this for a while. It is very simple to use.Users of Dynamics 365 can develop insights from data and make wise decisions Thanks to the robust business intelligence tools included in this software.This Microsoft offers excellent account management tools that will help you stay current. Dynamics is extremely competitive in terms of pricing.The most recent version has more improvements than the earlier one.It is tremendously powerful to have your entire business application ecosystem under one roof.

Cons

I feel Difficulty while creating email groups and sometimes errors occur So fixing them require some time...Otherwise everything is good.

Pros

It has a lot of reporting, campaign funnels, and lead fields. Lots of functionality!

Cons

That functionality is overruled by how hard it is to use. So many popups, report bugs all the time where numbers are way off and custimer support doesn’t know what’s wrong, integration issues. We’ve also just discovered that we’re capturing email opt-outs in leads vs contacts where it gets tangled between the categories and emails are being sent out through the cracks!

### "MD - Microsoft Dinamycs"

From my point of view ( of course it depends on the experience of individual ), I would stick with MD because I already invested a lot in Microsoft, however, it has a lot of similarities with Sales Force app. They have comparable price, but the difference between them depends on the target business types and UX ( User Experience ). Also Sales Force has the upper hand when it comes to industry optimization.

Pros

It's a perfect program for all business types, it's a good program, my recommendation is to use it on a PC not on the lap top because it gives a better view of the large scale of features. It has a huge app marketplace and good sales forecasting. Also social customer service and territory management are great.

Cons

For every add on you need to ''top up'', of course it depends on the business sight of individual. It lacks better industry optimization.

Pros

There are many components to Dynamics 365 that work great as organizational tools and can help to keep track of projects/ work as well as collaboration. It is very useful!

Cons

There have been some updates to programs that make it difficult to navigate. There were some this past month that took quite a bit of time to learn.

O que eu mais gosto no software é que eu consigo ter liberdade para para com as minhas ideias, consigo colocá-las em prática facilmente.

Cons

Antes desse software eu não conseguia ter tempo de me organizar, era tudo bagunçado e sem planejamento. Agora consigo me programar para projetos futuros.

Pros

Integrated solution for leading track, improving operation on mobile, driving sales and so on. Support iOS, Android and even Windows Phone. Offline apps are also present, data syncing is happening during after connection has reestablished.

Cons

It is Microsoft and we know what does this mean. Changes are applying slowly, you cannot expect that flexibility what you get when you use one of their smaller rivals' product.

I've used Dynamics 365 for CRM capabilities as well as customizing business workflows.

Pros

I really like the flexibility of the Dynamics applications in terms of integrating with other systems.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of how the online version of Dynamics and the offline versions differed so much. It seems that Microsoft has stopped investing in Dynamics offline versions for the time being and instead has focused on the online versions only.

I think the software is very user friendly but seems to have difficulty with CRM at times.

Pros

User friendly entry of data, including posting payments. SMARTFILL is the function that helps me the most.

Cons

Repeat issues with data not saving or having to re-enter multiple times data in customer maintenance while in the set up process of new vendors. It would be nice to be able to go to collection main window from cash receipts window to view account information. This is a function from most other windows but not the cash receipts window. Another feature that would be nice is to be able to have a popup note pinned to each account for labeling issues with the account.

In order to have reliable, if not exact, records, it is necessary to implement and adapt the sensors or elements that capture the data in the most appropriate way possible to the core business; where the Engineer that implements or installs it; will need not only to be hand in hand with someone from the organization who knows the processes very well, but also need to know or have a good notion of the business of the company, and usually these tunings take time and documentation of the process is usually tedious.

Make sure to have a crisp and clear vision for the implementation and use before committing everybody in an implementation.

Pros

Its a great resource for managing a large number of customers. Being able to track the history and contacts throughout the years is invaluable.

Cons

Trust me it take a while to get it all down, make sure you have a good training program or instructor to take you through all the basics so you can learn as fast as possible.

Dynamics is effective. Like any ERP system, there are inefficiencies and odd pathways to get what you need, but not more than any other platform. As long as the stay competitive on price, they are as good as anything out there.

Pros

Reports are convoluted compared to other enterprise resource planning systems. We have to use a separate set of programs to organize and parse the reports.

It can be enjoyed in the cloud locally or as a combination of both, boosts productivity and user adaptation, optimizes business processes, improves decision making, its customer interaction module helps companies create relationships based in knowledge and trust. It works in a similar way to the rest of the Microsoft tools, such as spreadsheets, mail manager.

Cons

Firstly, the cost of other software is free, there is a risk that all the data is in the cloud and not in a server, the fact that Microsoft continues betting on certain incompatibilities of application integration, reduces its acceptance capacity and adaptation to a new user community

Overall dynamics 365 is great option for CRM and ERP management there is no doubt but data security and privacy is a concern.

Pros

The business management with dynamics 365 has been very good. The dashboard is also very effective. The social media marketing also has been really easy with dynamics 365. The invoice creation and online invoicing both are very smooth to create.

Cons

Since dynamics 365 is all cloud based, my main concern is around data security and privacy. The contact database is although good but overall interface can be even more improved.
