Give it a try, I strongly recommend others to use Microsoft CRM" December 28, 2017 4.0 This software helps to gather statistic of customers purchases and to keep track of demographic info and monitor and manage the whole system. Pros We are using it for managing customer and product information. In addition, it allows us to synch customer data and to keep track of the behavior of our traffic on the website. The product is really helpful especially the UI, it is easily customizable. I like that I can keep track of all data we need to better run our company starting from demographic info, product info to customer purchasing patterns. July 11, 2017 4.0 Pros This system is a 'one-stop-shop' for our company. Our finance, service, shipping, failure analysis and warehouse management is all managed through Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is nice having anywhere access and it looks like we'll be looking into adding the field services module in the future to add to our subscriptions under Microsoft Dynamics 365. Cons There is a ton of training needed for Microsoft Dynamics 365. When our company finally upgraded, it took us months to train different departments. The system is very complex and navigating through different reporting elements is a bit overwhelming. Also, the ability to create custom reports is not intuitive. Review Source mP marcos P. It is everything connected and with a single license everything is available. It is also cloud based, so no matter you work on-site or remote you always have your assets controled and you never miss your planning. Cons As many ERP, Dynamics 365 is not an exception and it's use follow a very hard learning curve. Also it's cost could be high if you company is big. Dynamics 365 is very used across different companies, many times the platform does not fit in your work cycle and you have to change your way to work to integrate it in your company. In prior versions you would have to click multiple areas to get the information you wanted, but now it is all right in front of you. The ability to customize is also and advantage. Our environment is highly customized due to our business needs, and we are able to support a global application with the customization options. The ability to connect to other software application like LinkedIn and hubspot are vital to our sales organization. We are awaiting the arrival of the full AX integrations to make this a more seamless program. Cons The only thing I do not currently like is the inability to connect directly to and ERP. Cons When I get aging report. Once I minimize screen and go back, report became so big on the screen. It is not really easy to see. I need to scroll down to see end of the page. In the same way, I like its flexibility when it comes to personalization, which allows it to adapt better to each company and functions for what it wants to use. In addition to being easy to use, implement and maintain. Pros It is fast and easy. What I like the most is that I can enjoy the same fluid experience regardless of the device where I connect, because of its connectivity with the cloud, which makes it more secure and more accessible. It also collaborates in the growth of the company, saving time and costs, teamwork and better customer service. Cons Difficult to maneuver reports. "canned" reports in the GP itself are not user friendly, and using FRx to build custom ones is difficult and cumbersome. Larger companies would definitely be happy with Dynamics. Pros Dynamics does everything we need and more. What I really like is the consistent updates and upgrades from Microsoft. The Report Manager is very flexible and useful. Excellent support from our local representative/trainer, who always seems to be up to speed on the new features. Cons Probably the only thing I would note is that for a mid size business Dynamics is very much like shooting a fly with a cannon. Pros It's developing like crazy. When you compare what was the status of D365(FO for example) one year ago and what it offers today (including the growing Azure stack) you will see how it improved in the past and the train keeps driving really fast. Easy to get access to preview features and you can be part of the process by giving feedback to MS directly. Cons Some functionaly still under development which means you will hit a wall with some of your requirements when upgrading form an existing ERP solution. Pros Inventory system and financials work well, they have enough support and is a big enough system to find support information on. Cons System seems a little outdated and the reporting functions lack. We've had to use this for main GL and inventory but go elsewhere for good reporting and smooth functionality. Pros Microsoft supported, always works with other MS suite products, and it runs on a terminal server environment easing the multiple users configs (called TTS50 files) which can burden IT support. It also has really good reporting available in it via Management Reporter Cons It requires installation by a MS Gold support partner, and a support agreement with that vendor which can seem burdensome to SMB's. Cons It is very time consuming to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM because things don't really work. For example, I have tried many many times to import a csv file of contacts, I have followed all the guidelines, googled and researched multiple times, the import still fails every time.
