Pros

The platform is very comfortable. She knows how to integrate with ERP systems. Thanks to this, we get more detailed data on business process analytics. Also, the platform does not force my to use standard reporting tools. We easily connected a third-party Reporting Service.

Cons

Collaboration systems are not well thought out. For example, I cannot leave comments on documents. All issues have to be discussed in the messenger or by mail.

Pros

Microsoft is the software that should be in every home and in every company because it is super practical and easy to use. What satisfies me is that it allows me to successfully handle the relationship with my clients. By using this software it has allowed me to provide my clients with a better service wherever I am.

Cons

I would like to be able to add some shortcuts for some of the functions, since when there is a lot of information and lists that I have created, it tends to collapse at times.

When it comes to data management it is an all in one platform that can help us manage our workload effectively.

Pros

It enables user to do their workflows easily. Having simple designs and tabs helped us manage the activities and tasks effectively. It is easy to copy and paste the data inputs going to microsoft excel to make reports. I like it that MS outlook is integrated in that way it made us easy to communicate with our team and other users while using and doing some tasks on the software.

Cons

It needs time to know the functions and keys. Its a little challenging to start most especially to those users that were not familiar with microsoft. Reconciliation is not automated so we have to do it manually through excel.

Very user friendly and easy to learn and understand compared to other CRM software that I came across.

Sales, marketing and service modules in Dynamic are technically and functionally well integrated, enabling consistent customer experience and synchronized fulfillment/resolution process across channels and business functions

Cons

Dynamic has this feature called USD (Unified Service Desktop) that allows access to multiple systems from one application window, making it easy for Call Center agents to manage multiple customer enquiries. However, if this feature could be deployed to branch environment in multiple locations, then it would be better.

It has helped me reset passwords for students who have forgotten their passwords for logging in to the portal. It has helped me to register units for a student who is unable to register his or her units. Last but not least it has helped me show a student his results in case he or she is unable to view his provisional results.

Pros

What I like about this software is how easily it can be customized. The administrator of this software can create an account for a user and even assign the rights and privilege's of that user thereby allowing that that user carry out some specific activities to the system. It reduces time for searching information for a particular individual for instance a student's information in the university. Last but not least what I like about this software is its ability to have many components doing different activities in one place that is for instance in a university it has details for students, staffs and other staffs. This makes it more unique, simple and efficient.

Cons

Lets say if you are using one account two people then you cannot the same work at the same time. Also if one of the developers is using a specific table or one lecturer is uploading marks then no one will use that table, it tells you that the table is locked by the user. I don't much to say least about the software only that another thing is that if the network is weak then the software will not load or open.

After trying the product, and making right interactions with the customers, our organization has grown to be more promising for customers. Our business at web society is evolving due to such software. When such a big giant is involved you are definitely in a win-win status. BUT It is priced high and also the integration support needs to be upgraded. Overall, It is very good idea to have such software by your side.

Pros

Business process library is the best part and with so many complementary tools at your aid, it saves a lot of work. The multilingual support is also very nice.

Cons

Literally, nothing just prices it a little lower and we can have more support for third party integration.

We started using it because we started to get into the Microsoft ecosystem a little bit and thought to experiment with it, can also be a bit prohibitive for some users and the system can be somewhat complex to set up and configure.But final verdict is, its just alright.

I appreciate the flexibility of Dynamics 365. It allows for the creation of custom solutions to fit our needs

Cons

Honestly, its just good and unless youre fully ingrained in the microsoft ecosystem, its just not special.

Pros

The ERP has alot of functions, you can manage the inventory, create purchase orders, quotes, sales order and can also generate invoices.

Cons

Has alot of lags, for every option that you click a new window will open. If you remove a PO and dont cancel the Sales order, everytime you refresh the queue a new PO will be generated. There are a lot of errors that Microsoft needs to address. Overall i am not much satisfied with the ERP.

Software that is allowing me to create my platform based on the needs that are currently being presented, due to the different business models, it allows me to store and manage my own customer data, relate items of merchandise supply and constant increase of the sales of the products. On the team building side, I identify the activities and their organization, allowing me to keep track of sales and collections processes. Improve the interaction between the work team, thanks to the cloud, which can be accessed from any company team

Cons

The team is used to the platform, generates distrust that the information is managed from the cloud and not from the server, and are in the process of learning, implementation costs have been high
