Pros

The foremost awesome feature is, its cloud based, that makes it easily accessible anywhere & anytime. Customization, that's the best, unlike other big ERP, you can customize reports as per your requirement & processes can be customize to little bit extent which is reasonable.

Cons

A little bit slow. Require more data input while accounting functions.

Cohesion across business lines and practices.

Pros

The new D365 products are extremely powerful out of the box with the native capability to utilize components of Office365, Azure, and the Power Platform (Power BI for analytics and reporting, PowerApps for low/no-code applications, Flow to simplify workflow and integrations). It is a great choice for business in any vertical in any industry as the most complete CRM and ERP combination around.

Cons

You do have to invest time in the implementation phase but you get out what you put in. 100% worthwhile.

Pros

Support for SSIS APIs and good customizability in the front end. Views on the back end for transparency. Data structure is very intuitive. Very good support and connectivity to third party stuff like marketing tools and nurture campaigns.

Cons

Not the most \*easily\* customizable structure for maintenance of logs and stuff. Not super smart about index maintenance either. This was using an older version of dynamics though.

It helped me to maintain customer's relationship with company and helped in marketing our company's products and providing customers help desk soltuion. It also helped me to track the sales of the product for which I'm working.

Pros

There are many features present in the software like it can be integrated with onenote, onedrive , sharepoint, Nav, Dynamic AX, etcetra. It is extremely customisable and can be modified according to a user's requirement. Even Azure is providing connectors to CRM, so that data can be exported automatically from CRM to Excel and Onedrive. Apart from this it is really easy to learn the functionalities of Dynamics software.

Cons

It is a little costly in comparison and user interface is not so good and can be improved and sometimes minor glitches are encountered which ruins the user experience.

It has been pretty good. Our company definitely does not fully utilize the capabilities of this software yet.

Pros

This is a powerful tool that we use for leads and has been great for helping to generate more sales for our company.

Cons

Every now and again we get what seems like a bug for our Outlook Plugin and keeps disabling itself. Online version is great and less issues but the Plugin has been a little headache.

Microsoft Dynamics offers a many ERP capabilities for businesses looking to set-up in an expansion. Customized reporting is essential and meets our needs.

Cons

Overall Microsoft Dynamics does have some limitations compared to competitors. For this reason some of our departments are forced to use additional software, add-ons should all be included.

This software is very good and as so help us keep everything we need in an organized fashion. This software has helped us to improve our sales with the help of the follow-up and the satisfaction of our customers. is a big thumbs-up for us.

Pros

Adding multiple customer accounts, Made very Easy. Microsoft makes it possible to hold different information in the system that is easy to access, edit and update anytime. Dynamics is great at keeping everything organized under one account. My team of about 50 people of all different skill levels all used Dynamics on an almost daily basis.

Cons

The constant updates make it tough to know if customizations are going to continue working. that's my biggest worries except that, I think this software is superb.

Don't even think about using this software in Australia - it does not conform to Australian practices.

Pros

If it is already setup, configured by some deity following all of the best practices and ticking all of the boxes, I am certain this software is usable.

Cons

It thinks it is the software to end all softwares, when really it is like a jack of all trades (master of none).

It's fine.

Pros

Works great with Act-On automation (they push/pull just like they're supposed to). Dynamics CRM offers a full CRM platform that all parties within an organization can use and thrive with.

Cons

There are a lot of little things for this CRM that are annoying. I don't want to list'em all, but each time we push forward with Dynamics CRM to get even more analytics, we combat some little silly issues that hold us back.

The most recent versions have many excellent features and functionalities for users, as well as for developers and administrators This application is excellent not only for a sales perspective, but also an aspect of service and marketing. It has ease of use, open platform for advanced configurations and customizations, lower license costs and good Microsoft support.

Cons

  System performance may be a bit slower if your CRM instance has multiple integrations or processes (workflows) running. In addition, their marketing supplements are not as solid as other CRM systems.

A very good software for small to medium size organizations. Very good tracking and reconciliation processes.

Pros

The ease of data entry and the warnings if something is not entered correctly. I like the reports that it generates and the ease to correct something.

Cons

Transferring an Excel budget could be easier; the process is a bit long. Also some items don't carry over (probably something we did), so we have to reconcile the budget items.

Ease of use - as with most Microsoft products, it is an intuitive product with several ways to do everything. While it can be complex and has many programmable options, basic users can still navigate the program. Good for use with SOP, Purchasing, and Inventory control.

Cons

Table lookups can be very cumbersome if you aren't familiar with SQL, reporting through SmartList could provide further drill down options.
