Not a good experience here, eventually switched to SAP which is much better

Pros

If the fact that it is web based is a pro, then I guess that is the only one. really poor product .

Cons

Everything you do, changes the window, instead of opening a new window. continuously have to refresh browser for things to update. Saving did not always work.

The app is light weight, simple and edge and absolutely efffective. A wonderful app.

Cons

I have not really used the full-fledged app so I'm not sure what extra feature That brings to the table. This does everything I need.

Overall I really like the software. As a member of the accounting team, it make my job easier because of the interconnections of the modules.

Pros

I currently use Microsoft Dynamics GP and like how the accounting modules link to inventory, purchasing and sales modules.

Cons

Sometimes the linking of one transaction to another can cause a ripple affect of confusion if one aspect of the transaction is done incorrectly. This makes it had to fix on our own. Also sometime the systems get's caught up in processing a transaction (or linking transactions). Most times we have to contact a consultant to fix internal issues.

Able to integrate the platform easily with other software systems

Pros

Great for allowing lead information and opportunities to be accessed easily. The platform is also very easy to integrate other software with.

Cons

Not a fan of the user interface. I had a really tough time learning the platform when I first used it in college. Once you get used to it and where the things you need are, it gets easier to understand.

Pros

I have done QA for a CRM application built in Microsoft Dynamics and it is pretty good. Most of the features are already built in and customizable along with the user roles, while the admin can also create roles as per the project requirement. The developer has designed flows based on the project requirements, and the application was flexible that any activity can be converted to a new case. Microsoft has thought of almost every requirement that a user can have for a CRM application.

Cons

The web design could be made more customisable, as some of the pages doesn't seem to have responsive design. We faced the application downtime issue once in the past 6 months which we were not informed about.

CRM done right, once you get through the learning curve.

Pros

Wow, this tool is really comprehensive. There's nothing more important than our relationship with clients, and Dynamics allows us a lot of customization with regards to the customer profile, allowing us to quickly get up to speed and meet their needs.

Cons

The downside of a robust tool like this, is you have to be an expert to use it effectively. We had some people "wing it" and we made some mistakes. Luckily support caught our mistakes and we got back on track.

Perfectly keeping the good records of my clients

Pros

All the records of clients in line are all organize perfectly with Dynamics 365. The Planning helps the sales rise. Very easy to use and the customer service is amazing. The software is also inexpensive, add a lot of value to my money.

Cons

The is some minor problem such as converting pdfs to excel or words documents.

Customer Engagement - Portal, 360-degree Customer view, Case Management Retail Management - Supply-chain mgmt., Sales mgmt., Shopping experience, Forecasting Project Management - Planning, Scheduling, Resource Management, Tracking Finance - Budgeting, Accounting, Billing, Auditing Field Services - Service Ordering, Tracking, SLAs, Calendaring Sales and Marketing - Channel Marketing, Predictive analysis, Sales Plans

Cons

It may be an overkill for a small-sized organization with less than 1000 customers to manage. All the capabilities mentioned in the Pros may not be handy and requires a considerable amount of effort to enable them. CRM is not a solution for document management though it promotes collaboration with customers. Use Dynamics only if you need lots of above capabilities, otherwise, it leads to over-engineering the solution. Hence don't fall into Microsoft Sales pitch

Dynamics helped one of our clients because with it they were able to organize their students in one place, separating by lifecycle stage and intake. We do some of their communication there too, by sending emails.

Cons

It's really difficult to learn how to properly use Dynamics. It's better when you have some senior to teach you, and even with it, the best way to learn is by practicing. A lot.

Good user profile management. It is excellent for managing a small or medium business. The cost benefit is excellent

Cons

There are many modules that can not be customized and the company must adapt to the software. The use of tablets requires a license from Microsoft and they are not compatible with Android and iOS.

Cost effective-cost saving. Ease of use and ease to train. Most Functional area solutions are covered-Finance ,Operations etc. Perfect system integration with other in house solutions. Good Integration with MS Office 365.

Pros

Ease of integration with other In house systems. Multi language feature . It has a multi currency feature for global firms. The best E.R.P for Mid and Large size firms- Cost effective. Ease connection with MS Office.

Cons

Some features and customization are only available from the re sellers and NAV Admins. Poor reporting designs.

Pros

In an IT company, you have to work on several mobile applications at once: there are too many tasks, and CRM helps to deal with this whole pile of cases. In addition, sometimes you need to negotiate with clients: you don’t remember all the nuances of past conversations - Dynamics CRM helps out, where this information is stored.

Cons

Setting up the program is extremely inconvenient: a more intuitive interface would go to Dynamics benefit. There is no integration with other services. The exception is Outlook, but this is not enough for my work.

What I like is that it holds a lot of information about clients. The main thing I like is that my company's history with clients is in there.

Cons

It is challenging to use. Being remote, it needs a VPN to access it, which is sometimes difficult to connect to. So, it makes it somewhat useless in the field. It is only accessible through Windows. A big minus
