Microsoft dynamics is a bussines software solution that manage financial, supply chain and other bussines processes, as a Microsoft tool, sync and compatibilitie is very useful and makes your days easier, mobile app if very good for meeting and quick info.

Cons

Mobile app can be better, it freezes and is quite slow.

Cons

sin duda poder lograr que todo el equipo de trabajo lograda acoplarse al programa fue muy difícil ya que por la extensa variedad de complementos que maneja poder entenderlo a la perfeccion es muy difícil. por otro lado el costo es muy elevado la verdad .

It is extremely hard to record or update current data as the process takes longer time to delete old one and upload new data

Pros

This software allowed our company to manage a large variety of customers easily and effectively. This was a great solution that boosted revenue and sales dramatically once we optimized it to fit our business needs.

Cons

Dynamics 365 integrates strongly with only other Microsoft products. It would be nice to gain some outside functionality that is not natively supported in Dynamics.

Cons

It can be a slow process in training staff. Dynamics support is not as efficient as one can be expect.

You could literally save thousands of man hours by using this product. It's truly and amazing piece of software.

Pros

What features doesn't this product have... You could literally have your team all over the world and they can see exactly what you see and you will both be on the same page. Every aspect of you business can be tracked and implemented into the system. There is so much to this software and it is truly invaluable to our business. Everything from marketing, inventory, to everything is track able here and there are also great messaging capabilities.

Cons

There might be too much? Is that possible? There are so many features that if you are new to programming software it can be a lot to take in. Mind you, this will likely not be an issue with most people and once you get it all in there, you will wish it had been there forever. ALSO if you are stuck in anything the support team is amazing...

My overall experience with Microsoft Dynamics has been great, easy and effortless.

Pros

After trying many different CRM tools for my online shop, I came to the conclusion that Microsoft Dynamics is by far superior to the market competition. In my opinion this is solely because of it's easy of use. The interface makes light work of simplifying all the software's functions and tools and arranging them in a layout that is effortless to navigate and use.

Cons

There isn't really anything I don't like about Microsoft Dynamics, but the thing I like least is the pricing. There are definitely cheaper alternatives out there however I feel that it is well worth the extra money.

Pros

Customer data is neatly stored on the files we can create for them and easy to access. Importing email templates is really easy ,which makes the process of sending them via Outlook smooth . Can be customized to follow the metrics you are interested in .

Cons

There are a lot of features and even after more than a year I still find it hard to properly use Dynamics from time to time . It can also take a while to load .

Pros

Dynamic 365 really only gets highly recommended because the Office Suite is universally used by most of the world. And now Microsoft has said 'let's make more money by making everything cloud based and require an annual subscription.' It is well made, it's a nice product and the cloud makes it easy to find what you need anywhere. But the fees are going to be awful. Gone are the days of owning a disc with the software on it. I have a feeling people will be hoarding these software discs for as long as they can.

Cons

The annual fees just to be able to use the most widely used software are disappointing. I'm not looking forward to being forced to make the switch as Microsoft sees fit.

My overall experience has been OK. It takes a lot of time to learn the program, but the end result is having a useful tool to organize your every day work tasks and projects with your team.

Pros

I have been using this tool since I started at my current job, and the thing I appreciate most is how it helps me stay on top of tasks and stay organized. The dashboard features are extremely helpful when collaborating on a team since you can view all of the current projects that everyone is working on.

Cons

The program is not as user friendly as others, it requires a lot of training to navigate properly. Our company faces a lot of glitches and bugs on a daily basis, but that comes along with the scale of the business that we do.
