I have worked on this software in different organisation particularly for accounting. Great ERP software. Easy to use, can be tailored as per your requirements. Full reporting function. You can set macro in excel and run by linking to this, add unique project ids, set columns. Yes, Quite flexible. I would say once implemented in your organisation you will just love it. Self explanatory which would cost less in training and easy for training new employee. Above all, best customer service with dedicated service team. Talking to one person who knows about it from implementation to end process makes day to day process a breeze.

Pros

That there are many features that make working easier using it e.g. when managing CRM for clients. It depends on how it's built, but you can view licences expiry dates and start dates as well as customer usage all in the same tabs

Cons

CLUNKY! It is very heavy software with too many layers that can get confusing for the user. When the phone rings it tends to open up a new tab/ dialogue box and that throws things off on the screen you were just working in. It isn't the most visually stimulating software either, in comparison to Salesforce and pipedrive etc it's not the best to look at but it eventually gets the job done

Easy-going integration with necessary apps that my company uses every day. The software can also be used without the need for internet connection which is a plus.

Cons

Using did take some getting used to in the beginning. However once I learned the UI it became a piece of cake.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics provide better customer insights comparing to competitor products. Dynamics integrated tools allows the user to engage with immense workload effectively such as lead tracking and service automation. Further Microsoft Dynamics is available on iOS, Android and Windows platforms in mobile versions providing seamless accessibility to any work station via many smart devices.

Cons

Customizing the grids for your own preferences become a bit hectic at first. But over the time it becomes OK

Pros

This software by Microsoft has a lot of features, most of them outside of my acknowledgement, since its oriented for business and I'm more from the Network and System Administrator side. I helped installing an implementing this for 2 modules from the government. Then I gave some talk and training for the employees for the "starting" process. Was a little complex to implement with the existent network, but was expected. After that worked perfect and they love all the functions.

Cons

Complex to install and merge with existent implementation, but was expected. Microsoft support was very active helping thru the process.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics ability to easily track and open new cases. Ability to run reports and attachments to notes.

Cons

Reporting customization takes a lot of time, we need an easier way to customize. We more CAN report options.

Pros

This is software that works for almost everything. I like it a lot because it integrates with what I know of the Microsoft environment. I can manage the company's project and take appropriate strategies. Work documents in Word, Excel, send emails. All these things with the known features of Microsoft.

Cons

Like many quality things, it's expensive. It is also a software that manages and integrates so many functions that I think it is necessary to simplify or segment some features. However, I have no complaints about this app.

Cons

Do not recommend.

Pros

It has lots of customization opportunities, and you can build many reports. That's about it. A great tool only if you have an incredible consultant.

Cons

Unless you are willing to spend a lot of money on a consultant building customizations, this is not the software for you. Even then you have to get a good consultant or again, this software is not for you. It does not connect easily to other Microsoft products. Microsoft will never let you know when they do a system update, and those usually cause customized codes to break.

Pros

Having used both Salesforce.com and Dynamics 365 CRM, I am familar with the "front runners" in the industry. What I like most about Dynamics 365 is how it integrates with Office 365 and the breadth of availability to collaborate with a wide array of users.

Cons

Dynamics needs to continue to improve Phone Application software. It has come a long way over the prior several years, but still needs to improve.

Pros

There is a lot more functionality than Quickbooks. I am using Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and there is a lot to intake that Quickbooks doesn't show you off the chart. At the same time, there is a lot of information at a glance, and it is far more detailed.

Cons

The learning curve. To jump right in on my own, would be a nightmare. This is not for beginner use. Please hire a great accountant. This is not necessarily a con, because it's a great program, but it's not for a newbie. Also, SaaS. No Desktop program. Great if you need access from all around the world. Not so great when the internet cuts off!

Pros

Lots more functionality than quickbooks and very easy to implement. Its also inexpensive compared to other options

Cons

The reporting is good for this software but not great. Not as much flexibility to create reports as some other options
