August 23, 2018 5.0 I'm a big fan of Office 365 and thought that Dynamics 365 would be the natural addition as a sales CRM. It was less expensive than Sales Force. I had complaints from my sales team that it was difficult to use. To be fair, it "could" be customized to be easy to use but I was looking for something out of the box and cost effective for a small business. This was not it. For a larger business and having customization, this product would likely be excellent. Unfortunately, for my purposes it was lacking. Pros VERY robust. You can do pretty much anything with this! Integrates very well with Office Products. Has a mobile app. Cons VERY expensive. Need to have 5 licenses minimum. Doesn't work "out of the box". It needs a great deal of customization. Dynamics gives a powerful and, well, dynamic way of visualizing these relations. I wish it was a little easier to get the jist of how it works but after a while I had little issue creating what I needed. Pros The variety of uses allows it to be useful to a myriad of companies. The price point is just low enough to be an attractive option. Cons It takes a while to get used to. Compared to other Microsoft products this is one of the harder ones for me to wrap my head around but after a while it isn't too bad to use. Review Source RB Rajan B. Pros What I like most was that finding the information you are looking for is very simple. Everything in compact and easily legible, so finding and or comparing sales or what ever it may be feels so convenient and as a bonus if you are a visual person you will love all the charts and diagrams. I would recommend GP to small to medium sized business that value transparency and quality. Pros Easy to navigate and menu features are solid. Reporting is very configurable. For me it is one of the best applications. Well, Microsoft is one of the best industries in the world. Cons there is no way to customize the user interface. The prices are not very comfortable for everyone, which can make it difficult to understand and budget.
