Those experience i really love in Google docs are very cozy using it like editing file from email to excel ,email to Microsoft word and etc. You can used it in many form as you want,so its up to you its very helpful specially to me i am using it in my sales Presentation like Business Presentation ,reports and etc.

Pros

its easy to used available 24/7,their costumer support are very attentive when it comes to problem in changes password and its popular even beginner will easily adapt.

Cons

for the beginner, you will get some problem but little by little you can cope up on how to apply it to works over time so you need to practice every day or more often.

You can manage your projects trusting in the app because it focus on the clients and their needs, you manage your resources efficiently because every project has specific resources to work and to get the most of your business, and finally you can forecast your projects, making projections and knowing which can be the results once apply the idea you want.

Cons

Any complain about Dynamics, works perfectly for us, because the tools associated with project management are awesome and you can easily find one that fit on your needs, great app.

Pros

This application has a robust number of features that are available. It takes quite a bit of skill to set up the software to the point where all users can take advantage of it. There are seemingly endless options to it but that's what make it great!

Cons

The lack of options to change the basic visual features. The colors and branding of the software are fairly flat and not interesting. There should be more way to make it an engaging application for the end user.

Origanization is and has always been a problem of mine but with dynamic 365 there is no way to go wrong

Pros

The pros is the entire system whoever made dynamics 365 are just plain brilliant i honestly dont see nothing wrong the con would be due to my phone internet was slow it took too long to download i give u all 5 star rating

Cons

I feel this system so far has no cons only thing i had a problem with was trying to reach customer service but i was in a bad area might have been my phone dynamic 365 is well worth the download

Cons

The program would lag and get buggy a bit too often. When training others on the software it can be a bit overwhelming.

Cons

So many features, it can be difficult to come up to speed on some of the capabilities and options without training.

Pros

The software is very easy to explore, yet it comes not very costly. It is also integrated with Outlook for easy messaging without having to log out and back in whenever there is a need for messaging your clients or colleagues. The software comes with an easy interface such that even new users can simply create contacts and do even more in it.

Cons

The software seems to have many windows and tabs that may confuse new users. It also has too many sessions break that may disturb the flow of the work, even though it is for security reasons.

What I like is how it takes the project service, marketing data, and operations from Dynamics CRM, it integrates with Office 365. The overall flow of merging these programs makes it so much more convenient to use. The overall look of it makes me so happy as well because it makes it more enjoyable to use.

Nothing! I highly recommend, especially when organizing for different functionality in different business groups.

Love working in Dynamics, have helped set it up for multiple companies, and have worked in a version so configured for our company that it handled PTO, expenses, employee data, sales clients, service clients, and data from every department in the company. There wasn't a single area that didn't use the product, which made company transparency a breeze.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics has a leg up on the competition if you're looking for a large enterprise with a myriad of security permissions to create. It's very easy to do a custom set up for your CRWED permissions by each object, and even at field levels. Often in the competition products, you have to do work arounds, set up multiple separate permission sets, and even end up writing custom code to control these.

Cons

It's a little more click heavy than competitors, and not entirely intuitive in its UI. There's a lot more setup to get it configured, usually needing a consultant.

The software interface is one of the best. It really is catchy to the eye and enables someone to work for long hours without getting bored by the interface

Cons

For someone who is not familiar with the software it takes so much time to understand how to work around it. The software seems to have so much information and would require a professional to use it with ease. Beginners normally have to study the software for days even just to be able to work around it. Hence why the software also comes with a tutorial at length

Pros

What I love most about this software is that it is very dynamic - of course considering the fact that the software itself is called dynamics. There are many different ways this program can be used. I personally use it for CRM at my job to maintain customer information.

Cons

It takes a long time to get used to this program. There are many different functions within the software itself which can be overwhelming for the first few uses.

Pros

Dynamics is really easy to love. The CRM is fully integrated which eliminates unnecessary steps and saves time. It also integrates with Office 365, and with everything in one place all processes have become far more streamlined. The cost is also far more cost-effective than other alternatives.

Cons

I wish the user interface was more friendly. It takes a long time to get the hang of, and although it is highly customizable, it takes a lot of time and effort to tailor it to your needs. It can also be slow on certain internet browsers.

All in all Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a leader in CRM's! I would recommend it 100 times!

Pros

What can't you do with Microsoft Dynamics 365! Since transitioning to this program, my job has been so much easier. Dynamics makes it easy to manage EVERY part of the customer's account. I can run action sets, send custom emails, manage registrations to our events.

Cons

Dynamics does not have a user- friendly interface like some of their competition. The problem is there is so MUCH access you can get lost in the software. You really have to have a person in the company dedicated to Dynamics for all the employees to get the full use of it.
