Pros

I love the dashboard configuration, the multiple channels that are available for purchasing and also the integration with click dimensions

Cons

The dashboard is only limited to 7 elements, and less developed options for non profit within dynamics 365

Pros

Integrating into the Microsoft landscape was pretty seamless and relatively cheap. Training the team was pretty easy as well since they were familiar with the current tools.

Cons

New hires are less likely to know the software so the onboarding is a bit higher. The product does actually get more expensive over time and actually ends up costing more than other, more 'premium' CRMs.

The MS dynamics platform is great for both service and manufacturing organizations alike, with heavier capabilities around end-point integration and plug and play features connected to companies that use MS products for their infrastructure.

Cons

Product is a hosted system, requiring some technical expertise in settting up and maintaining. So if you need to have a hosted system internally for control/business processes, this could be the product for you

Pros

I liked that the ability to create and edit dashboards is available in Dynamics 365. On the Internet it was easy to find a lot of educational materials, which significantly accelerated its study.

Cons

It is difficult to implement some functions, and in my opinion, the mobile application should be improved. Sometimes we do not have the ability to customize the display order of graphs and histograms at our discretion.

Data intense. You are required to input and keep track of all the data to power all the features. I don't use all these features on a regular basis

Cons

Program is not that customizable and this may cause issues in the specific business needs. Steps that you need to take for quotes and simple actions could be too many sometimes

Lo que más me gusta de Dynamics 365 es su facilidad de uso. Es una herramienta increíblemente útil, y una vez que la comienzas a utilizar por primera vez, luego no puedes prescindir de ella.

Cons

Lo que quizás debería poder mejorar un poco es su interface. Una herramienta tan útil como esta necesita una interface de alta velocidad y de gran respuesta, por lo demás me parece que cumple con todos los requisitos.

Pros

I like that Microsoft Dynamics can handle Social Customer Service, Territory Management, Sales Forecasting, and a lot of other things. I like that you can pay for add ons like web chat and tracking systems. I like the news feeds that help keep you updated about what is new on Microsoft Dynamics.

Cons

What I disliked most about the product is that it took some time to learn how to use it and all of it's features.

If you take the time to learn how to use it and keep it organized, you will love it. It is not as user friendly as Salesforce so there is some time on the front-end to learn how to use it correctly for your org, but once you do learn it, it has all the same functionality.

Cons

Not the prettiest user interface and again, takes some time to familiarize with all the features.

In general I would recommend Dynamics to a large corporation, maybe for a smaller firm like mine it was overkill for what we needed hence why I found it pricey.

Pros

I found that Dynamics was an easy product to implement and the customer service provided by Microsoft could not have been better. It does have a lot of powerful tools and products that integrate to make it a one stop shop for running a business.

Cons

My main issue was the cost once you start integrated their products. If you are not cost conscience like myself and my company are then this of course is not really an issue to worry about.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is pretty much a bundle of everything you need for the whole sales process. Recording leads data , contacts and creating opportunities, storing all the informations and datas of the consumers, accounts

Cons

Microsoft Dynamics has a potential of how you want to customize, but on the same side the customization does not help companies to use and develop the application and solutions as everyone in the tam is not a tech savvy user and can be confusing.
