Pros I found that Dynamics was an easy product to implement and the customer service provided by Microsoft could not have been better. It does have a lot of powerful tools and products that integrate to make it a one stop shop for running a business. Cons My main issue was the cost once you start integrated their products. If you are not cost conscience like myself and my company are then this of course is not really an issue to worry about.
