Third party integrations are hard to come by. If you use the CRM and need to use other tools and platforms, you'll be out of luck

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a very good CRM backed by a major organization.

Pros

Dynamics is easy to use, customization to your business needs, and provides process flow that makes sense regardless of the nature of your business. I've worked with it in an recruiting/HR capacity and it's great.

Cons

There are a lot of components to get to know, which can be a bit time consuming. Once that's done, it's a breeze to use!

I use this software as a work tool, it let me know the requirements of clients and resolve their demands in order of priority and date of the request, at the same time i can have feedback with clients and let their know the status of their requests.

Pros

I like that it is very intuitive and easy to use and also has tools that allow organizing the information according to the needs of the users.

Cons

Its works in the cloud, and is an advantage and at the same time a disadvantage, because according to the speed of the Internet, it is sometimes cumbersome to have access to its services.

Pros

It has great features for identifying contacts within companies. It integrates well with other applications we use.

Cons

A little too robust for what we use on a day to day basis. Some things cannot be customized. The layout is unusual and required much scrolling to navigate through the page. It's not a very pleasant experience when trying to navigate through. It's also a little slow when clicking through.

We use Dynamics CRM as the main service for customer relations. The application allows you to manage your customer base and partners. You can create detailed reports, tasks and schedules. There is a built-in file storage.

Cons

One of the main problems of Dynamics CRM is poor technical support, which responds to requests for a long time. Because of this, it may take several days to solve even minor problems.

Cons

It should be only used for accounts payable. As a employee tracking software it is not user friendly and is extremely limited in functionality.

It has been a good system for us and one that we use regularly for Sales and Product Support Request Management.

Pros

It's a place to track support requests and maintain Contact details.

Cons

I wish this integrated to our ERP Software. It is hard to be sure that the contacts that are updated in our ERP system are also updated in our CRM system. It has so many features that sometimes it is hard to find the feature you want.

Pros

There really wasn't much I liked about Dynamics. There are better CRM tools out there. THe only upside is it does integrate with other microsoft products.

Cons

The CRM Dynamics tools constantly broke. It requires a full team to keep up and running. Not easy to use. Requires a lot of useless plugins for outlook that causes outlook to crash a lot. I would honestly recommend salesforce over Dynamics.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics is one of the leading CRM's on the market today. The Microsoft Dynamics' home screen shows users different dashboards that provides a first glance of the most important information for marketers and sales teams. From various charts and bar graphs it's possible to understand the status of anything and everything from cases to opportunities. Users also have a small news-feed. The dynamics toolbar has almost everything that a user would need, at a glance. Users can easily create everything from an account to an appointment. The ability to track opportunities to the purchasing process is a powerful tool for Dynamics. Starting with qualifying information, users can input information relevant to the contact and continue with them until the opportunity is closed. Dynamics can be customized for small businesses, financial services, manufacturing and much more. There are also seemingly endless tabs where you can do everything from build marketing campaigns to run reports and track invoices.

Cons

Dynamics' biggest limitation is that it is optimized for compatibility with Microsoft products and performance may decrease if used with non windows devices. Also, the learning curve is quite steep for those not familiar with other Microsoft products such as Office etc..

Pros

This product is both loved and hated in our office. The ability to access CRM in the cloud is great for telecommuting team members. It is highly customization to our agency's needs, which is probably it's best quality. We were able to customize this so that it met all our specific needs.

Cons

It replaced an old and outdated CRM system, so generally people appreciate it, but there are constant issues with it, especially after updates. Little bugs that need to be worked out, and we need to call tech support for. Overall, this is a good product but could be better with less bugs or tech issues.
