Its similarity between cloud and on premise can prove to be a benefit to many organisations where data sensitivity and the need to house data on site is key. It also means enterprises can adopt an application strategy which suits them rather than being forced to the cloud for better functionality.

Pros

Dynamics CRM, as you would expect from a Microsoft product, has a very simple user look and feel especially for those familiar with SharePoint or Office, the UI is genuinely uncluttered and easy to use, meaning that adoption training and familiarisation should be at a minimum.

Cons

This is something more and more of my customers are highlighting to me. Dynamics has of course been optimised for compatibility with MS products and performance does tend to take a slight hit if anything else is used. Its sophisticate offering and since it is late to cloud it does have the enhanced visiblity that its other competetor has.

Cons

Pros

can be used for very small things or to build a huge and comprehensive system of all areas of a company allowing a lot of very useful measurements. is designed for large companies as I can visualize. I would like to use it but it is too much product for my small company

Cons

I think the bad thing is the price. for a small company, the cost that the tool generates is too much, and although it has a lot of potential, it has too many things that I would not possibly use because of the infrastructure I have.

Elles le meilleure qui existe, mais Les autres logiciels libres sont plus efficace et adapter à une utilisation des spécialistes. Chose qui ne l'est pas pour Microsoft. Donc, Faire ressortir une version semi libre est très intéressant pour donner la chance à une amélioration plus efficace.

We mainly use Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the sales and marketing department to track contacts of our csustomers for good customer relations and opportunities . Great level of organization of our activities due to its large variety of integretted applications .

Pros

Easy to intergrete with other microsoft systems for a much desireable output especially forcleints and in sales. Easily customizable to high degrees to fit your company needs Customer engagement

Cons

Data entry is very tedious. Hard to find some functionality due to many functions but still good software. Interface not very catchy.

Pricing is per user per month instead of a bundle package Sometimes you can experience a slow performance

Dynamics CRM enabled my team to be profitable and functional with all our communications.

Pros

I had 5 outside sales reps that I was the inside sales rep for, Dynamics helped me document and communicate between my team and my customers in a seamless way. The integration with outlook enabled us to track emails and communications.

Cons

Sometimes we had issues with connectivity while sales reps were on the road.

Ease of use

Pros

It truly is a platform - very customizable. We use it for managing much more than customer relationships. We use it for managing relationships between entities, and investors, projects and properties, entities and projects, etc.

Cons

If you're looking for out-of-the-box functionality, this may not be your best option. This is a powerful platform, but we do a fair amount of customization - similar to SharePoint

It helps to track multiplr customers but I do not have days to learn this system.

Pros

You can track emails in an organized manner.

Cons

Cumbersome. Difficult to understand and learn. Why do you have to hit Done and then Mark Complete in order to save? For the expense, I would expect a user friendly system and not a cumbersome process. A window should pop up to direct the user especially if nothing is being saved! I suggest Microsoft make this 10x more user friendly or radically drop the price. Word on the street is Sales Force is more user friendly.
