" June 5, 2018 2.0 Pros I really didn't like much. I think for a B2B marketing team, it would've a better fit than for our retail, B2C team. Cons I am not sure if we had a bad IT consultant who set us up with the CRM, but for our purposes (retail), it was NOT an effective communication tool. Importing contacts was difficult, setting up analytics and metrics was also difficult. Sometimes it wouldn't deploy our emails; sometimes it would release the same email 4 times. I like that it has tutorials and helps when you first set it up.I also like that each addition adds upon itself with improvements. Cons I do not like the tiles format. I prefer the start menu. I do also like the ease of attaching commonly used icons to the start menu or using cortana to find items. September 19, 2020 5.0 I have used the software in my previous workplace and it was quite helpful to whole company. Pros Dynamics 365 is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs. It's a great combination of ERP and CRM. Secured, user friendly. Cons Technical issues on emails is the only negative side of Dynamics 365 for me. However, costumer service is quite systematic and helpful to tackle any issue. Review Source RD Ruby D. It is much more secure, well organized and can filter trash and scam mails better than any other ones we used before (except for Gmail but we cannot use that for work) Cons Sometimes it is harder to locate the settings button but this isn't the biggest issue. Being able to track the history and contacts throughout the years is invaluable. Having familiar microsoft layout makes it easy to use. Cons Cumbersome is probably the biggest negative issue. Pros My favorite feature of Microsoft Dynamics is the synchronization with Paper Save in order to record and attach documents. Cons It was hard for us to figure out how to use it so we did not get as much value as we wanted. Microsoft has some great products; however, this one was a bit hard for us to us. I understand that we're probably just a spit in the Atlantic but it scares me that they are not taking any ownership of their solution. We feel like we're a laboratory rat for their development department. Pros Basically only the white paper... We decided on Dynamics 365 (ERP) based on a proof-of-concept and a solid roadmap on functionality we could grow into when our organisation was ready. Cons The short response is everything... It's simply not ready to be released. We are a European organisation with operations in +5 countries and the fact that not even regulatory standards and/or ISO-standards exists (for payments, VAT, elecontronic invoicing, etc.) Another piece of the puzzle is the ever-changing roadmap - functionality that was presented to be included is not, and often we discover that also the strategic direction has changed. Cons For some of our users it is difficult to get the best out of them, maybe if there were an intuitive instruction to get the most out of them we would all be in the same level of use. It integrates with your existing software so you doing have to login in to more than one software to access it. Cons \- Customer support aren't as helpful as they could be, as they don't always know enough about the product. They should consider getting their customer support to know the shoftware so they can accurately assist users.
