We have preset reports for audit to provide sales and purchase samples to the auditor semi annually, all we have to do is change the date in the parameter. Cons The least like about Dynamics is how to export reports for a GL account. I think there is a few steps to get to a page to export the data. I also dislike how the data exports for trial balance detail/summary and general ledger details. It will take a significantly long time to export data for a full year. If it does export, the PDF will be too big and take some time to open and It also lags when you scroll through the PDF. There is also quite a few settings you have to set before you can export the data, which is not intuitive.
