Pros

My experience was to participate in the implementation of Dynamic CRM in a Bank and it was very good to see how you could have all the information of a client in a single environment, from your personal data, contact data and the different products you have with the bank . It is very friendly when creating new tasks to do with a client, calls, visits or sending emails, integration with Outlook is very good.

Cons

It would be very good if there was a version for small businesses, for example a hairdresser or gym, but the product for these companies is expensive.

My overall experience with Dynamics 365 is great as it make us tension free. Having this product is a blessing for us because we need not rely on other spreadsheets or other spare tools.

Pros

I like its ease of use and the fantastic user interface. In order to focus and maintain particular things, Dynamics 365 is the best choice. I love the advance dashboard of this product a lot. It helps me in tracking mails, history of clients, orders and other finance related matters. Its customer services and support is great and highly appreciable. It is suitable for large scale companies. Additionally its cloud deployment is great enough.

Cons

It is a fantastic tool with no cons. One of the limitations is that a few of the tools of Dynamics 365 seems to be complicated in the beginning due to which users feel difficulty in its implementation. In order to have complete command, user must have training of it. Then everything will be alright.

It's great for getting the job done. If the team can get past the implementation bit, you have a really functional CRM tool, probably one of the best out there.

Pros

One positive from using this software is the fact that it was a fully integrated system that can be across multiple platforms, including, web and mobile, which are basically important for the day-to-day running of any CRM team. Still talking about integration, it offers seamless integration for other MS tools/software, such as Dynamics, Outlook, and the almighty MS Office. Onboarding is pretty wholesome as their technology/sales teams make it easy to understand the product end-to-end or at least give you and your team a proper head start into getting the best out of the software.

Cons

The biggest issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the difficulty in implementation. This is probably down to the ample number of features you get from adopting the software.

Initially the objective was to keep track of bids and tenders, relationships with professional teams and clients but we extended the system to cover the whole project lifecycle.

Pros

I've used Dynamics CRM since the 2011 implementation, upgrading over the years. Whilst it is obviously designed to be a CRM system it's capable of so much more. There are a whole host of custom solutions on the marketplace - we were using one specific to construction. What made it better was that we were able to do our own further customisation to really get the most out of the system. As you would expect, access to different screens is based on role / user so it's easy to setup for different teams to use, and to protect information. The improvements to dashboards has meant being able to dispense with some of the traditional written reports and use a much nicer graphical interface to show data and status.

Cons

There are some built in functions that are really useful but not highlighted or explained - such as the ability to move people across different companies so you don't lose any history.

We been using this software for past one and half years, It is an awesome product that is available in the market right now comparing to many other CRM software's, customizable user-interface makes it very attractive with various template layout available, grid layout can be easily edited according to requirement of user , various API also can be interfaced, all activities can be arranged according to requirement, there is also a mobile version where mobile clients can make use of it by simply adding the API from the mobile they can easily manage records, virtual assistance available through Cortana and many more.

Pros

I think advantages of using this software is many since its application can be used in various uses, as our company is a start-up company we are using it for data management of our products and users data, user interface available in this software is impressive, it allows us to customize as for our requirements even for newbies , program functionality is very well advanced, better information about products are given to customers using this software.

Cons

One thing that I faced the problem with this software is regarding the minimum number of users required to get subscribed is five, for the new company starters they face the problem with this and also many people worry about is dealing with CRM software problems, I hope they will fix it very soon.

We originally used Dynamics CRM as a business development tool and adapted it to become a customer service tool. I found the implementation and administration a bit overwhelming. It is a robust solution with tons of options for integrations and customization. Our small business favors solutions with easier to use out of the box functionality, even it means we have to use multiple solutions across the organization.

Pros

I liked the ability to customize information on my dashboard. You can create views and charts for almost any piece of data you capture. You can even create custom entities to capture information about the KPIs important to your business.

Cons

The software is so robust that the implementation was lengthy and required consultants to help. It also took some time for new users to learn how to use it effectively.
