The way it helps me with my account management, it makes handling them all easier. I use it daily and I love the features.

Cons

The glitches, sometimes it will freeze in the middle of me doing something and stop and shut down. It makes it hard to use sometimes.

We utilize Business Central for our invoicing and purchasing. the system was fairly east to learn.

Cons

Business Central is not capable of communicating with Fieldpoint

I love all the add-ons you can utilize to make your job easier. We have been adding into our CR’ software now for years and it’s just been super user friendly.

Cons

Just like any software, you will run into missing features or glitches in the system but Microsoft is super quick in fixing the glitches and adding in new features!

It is a good system to keep track of with all communication with customers. And it generate numerous reports which helps manage activities.

Pros

It can manage client relationships from one place, holding all of their data making it easily accessible across the company. The system is also very easy to customize without needing any programming knowledge.

Cons

It can be slow many times. It has limited customisation. Poor customer support from company. It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box. You will need to have a good admin team or leverage a partner to help you get started. customer support from company.

Microsoft dynamics is a great core product and if you have the right partner in place that has a proven track record to deliver you will be in a good position to have a successful implementation and ongoing use. It has lots of customization opportunities, and you can build many reports. A great tool only if you have an awesome consultant.

Pros

This awesome software allows businesses to track leads, automate field service, drive sales, and manage operations using enterprise-ready business apps from the cloud. You can also integrate it with Outlook, Lync, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, and other Microsoft applications

Cons

I believe it can be a little more user friendly, sometimes this software has very weird error messages that make absolutely no sense and become very frustrating at times. I believe the ribbon on the top of the menu could be customized better. Other than that it is a cool program

Pros

1\. The ease of use. Being a developer i had an easy time explaining to the rest of the departments on how to use this software to other departments such as sales and finance. 2. Its perfect for a Small Medium Sized company. I would recommend dynamics for a small medium sized company any day. 3. Great support - it was easy for me to deploy it on microsoft azure cloud for easy access

1\. As a developer, there is less documentation about this product 2. The mobile version is difficult to use.

Pros

This is a great tool for any large sales force. You have the ability to track anything you want. If you can program and build out the System the way you need it for.

Cons

This software can in my experience be very unreliable. It often has many technical issues. While using it I have seen it fail to update changes when saved. Quit unexpectedly loosing all work. When dealing with Microsoft they cannot find any issues and are of no use.

I would look at Dynamics again, but admittedly, I\`m a Salesforce guy. The customization, dashbording and reporting, and benefit to the entire sales and leadership organizations, is/was far superior.

Pros

It was some time ago, and we used the on-prem version, but looked at upgrading. It was a functional CRM, and perhaps it was not optimized on our end (I want to be fair).

Cons

It was premise-based and we did not have software assurance (our bad). In looking at the next iteration, and comparing it to Salesforce, there was NO comparison. Salesforce was by far superior (at that time). I believe it was 2011. Dx was not nearly as customizable, and had many other limitations. Saleforce was able to do everything that we wanted, from lead scoring, appointment setting quality scoring, reporting on any and every data point, customized fields, drop downs, pick lists, etc.

It's okay but not worth the amount of money you pay for it.

Pros

The software is infused with a great interface that is modern and sleek.

Cons

Unfortunately, the dynamics software is not as user friendly and costs a fortune to get a turn key solution. Although I've been using it since 2013, there has not been enough updates done to it that I find to be useful. Think about including some more automation to the platform/categories/dropdowns etc using some AI. There is definitely a gap in terms of what is offered and what a ideal business needs. Instead of charging thousands to update simple drop downs they should reconsider helping their clients. Overall experience has been okay.

in general, when the system is understandable, then it is convenient to use because of the view of the customer's company tree, the responsible persons. also all information related to this customer can be tracked in one window: communication, offers, correspondence, etc. it is also useful when you have multiple departments in a company and they are communicating with the same customer, you can track communication and share information with colleagues within the company.

Pros

the system is suitable for use, especially for partners who have a subsidiary. In this case, we can clearly see the company tree and divide the responsible persons.

Cons

understanding the system is not easy. there is a lot of duplication, which makes it difficult to trace communication with the client.
