But the one I used from my previous job was the Inventory Management module. For me it's very easy to use even if it was my first time to try using an ERP software. There are tons of functions to be used that can centralize efforts and use a company wide leads program to make better profits and higher success. Cons When there is a lot of capability, there's a lot of places to get lost. Significant training is needed to be able to efficiently use the system. There are a lot of hiccups when it is first launched and IT will be your best friend for a while. Cons It is a little slower to display and handling information when you are online and again irritating when you have to process things faster. Pros Dynamics 365 is easy and intuitive. The way it works just makes sense. It's easy to problem solve because everything is right where you expect it to be. Cons It seems that there are a lot of helpful functions that come with Dynamics, but unfortunately most of them need to be paid for as an additional add on. It's all about managing and navigating through the system and different ways I can assess the system using home, office, or anyplace to track expenses and view the balance sheet. Pros I like this software because it comes with a data model, which allows me to use CRM, create forms using the platform models, and download apps. I like this software the most because it can easily be downloaded using a desktop, tablet, phones, and multiple-platform support. For business owners, the it is important to use a software where you can create invoices. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 gives business owners the ability to create invoices, and request payments online which transparency is important in here. I can create a balance sheet, track expenses, and set prices. Cons The Microsoft video presentation is a mess, I find it easier to practice and customize to my ability where I can keep track of my expenses, track prices, and create invoices. Wish I could use the balance sheet with visual reports, rather than numbers.
