Integration with company CRM software for better organizational efficiency. Simple to learn, less clicks than many other ERPs.

Pros

Simple and intuitive User Interface across the Dynamics Suite. At the end of the day, you can't beat the integration with other Microsoft Products most companies already use.

Cons

As with most software products nowadays, recurring revenue is most prized, so you'll be paying for the product forever. Many companies of course use older/existing ERPs to avoid having to pay monthly/yearly, but that won't be possible with the Dynamics pricing .

### "Review of Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016"

We have been using for almost a year Microsoft Dynamics Navision, version 2016 in one of our companies. The project implementation is done by Sure step methodology and in general NAV is a good ERP for SMB companies. However, you highly depend on the local Microsoft Partner that will do the localization add-ons that you need. This could be a costly process as then you have 2 support fees. One is an enhancement plan to MS and another one is (if you want it) the support plan that includes localization changes. In the long term this is a good ERP however you have to plan you project well not to have additional costs. ERP is stable, it just works and has a well known user interface that is the same as it is by other Microsoft products. You however cant expect a lot of in house modifications to the ERP as you have to be certified in Navision add-on programing. This is nevertheless a good thing as then you know that each upgrade will be done with ease. The biggest challenge in any Sure Step project is the FIT-GAP analysis and there one has to be careful not to have a lot of additional requests that do not have actually have any additional value but could raise the costs of your project.

Pros

The number of things you can customize and really drill down to with great organization. While I understand that the majority of this system can be made by in-house development teams, it is still amazing how organized it is and robust it is.

Cons

With so many customization options it is really challenging to get up and running quickly. Just don't over think what you're trying to do.

Pros

The tool is easy to setup, it takes a little time but is very friendly. The good thing about dynamics CRM, is that allows you to design your own workflows and automation is a great feature. You can also create triggers to open other workflows.

Cons

Something to have in mind is that you have limited workflows under one category.

If it were not for the SQL access and reporting abilities of the dynamics system there would be a lot of concerns. And if you are not SQL savvy this is likely not the tool for you unless you plan on learning it.

Pros

The capabilities are pretty vast and it hits the standard processes for the most part. The SQL Database structure saves the program as a whole.

Cons

This software has limitations and is very complicated. Don't try and configure it without an expert to help.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an overall great CRM tool. Microsoft never fails to impress users with their products, this one especially has a great UI, very easy to navigate and learn its functions and is quite affordable compared to other CRMs out there. A big plus using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as your CRM is that it allows seamless connection to other Microsoft software such as Excel which I find VERY helpful as it eliminates compatibility issues and other errors that could pop up in the future. Customer support for microsoft software are always excellent and same goes for this microsoft product. Another positive for this software is that it can be used on phones and tablets. The setup/ customization process can take a while but once done it will be easy to use. Overall, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a great software that has potential.

Cons

Everything on this software is very good, the only thing that i could fault is probably the customization process of this software as it can take a while. Preloaded custom layouts should be added so customers are able to use it as a base for further customization.

It honestly does what I wanted from it even though it took something time to get used to, I'm still navigating my way but it at least gets the job done. A bit more could be done to make it more user friendly but it's one of the best out there

Pros

Since its built of Microsoft Azure it's a well crafted software and the fact that instead of separate market functions etc it instead is integrated and easy to use. Very unified way to handle services and customers with very little risk.

Cons

The pricing is a bit high for small businesses and it's usually difficult to really understand in depth

Pros

As the name implies, it dynamizes the processes. Accelerates procedures and makes them more accessible to all employees in a company or corporation. It is a versatile and useful tool that adapts to every need. Among others advantages Dynamics allows you to organize the information making the relationship with customers more efficient and managing to meet your needs on time.

Cons

More than cons, I would say that to be able to use the software requires a minimum of training of the company's staff, to get the most out of the tool. However, the training does not take much time and does not require special skills. Prices are also approachable.

Pros

Navision has very high functionalityu meaning is potential is high in terms of use, Its out ERP and works well for all reporting and data entry.

Cons

Not the most user friendly if un trained, we had to have many hours of training to become proficient in this software, would definitely benfit from making slightly simpler in its delivery.

I am working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. I am working in Finance field for the first time. Although I find it interesting it is not easy for beginners to understand who are even quick-learners.

Pros

1\. It gives so many options to explore with the Finance & Operations field. 2. Easy to customize. 3. The best advantage is incorporated with Outlook. 4. It generates reports for auditing and it is easy for Auditors to fetch data from that.

Cons

1\. Upgrades take time and had to be planned well-in-advance. 2. Certain reports can be accessed on IE only. 3. Complicated UI for beginners. 4. The cloud-based application is so highly dependent on internet speed. 5. The mobile application is slow. 6. No proper documentation provided for new beginners to learn.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has pretty much everything you need for the whole sales process from recording leads and contacts to creating opportunities and storing information about accounts and deals as well as relevant documents.

Cons

I know Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has a lot of potentials depending on how you want to customize it, but I think its complexity does not help companies in using and developing the application or solution, because not everyone is a technical user and it can be confusing to many users thus ending up in multiple ways of using the CRM, leading to data errors or usage errors.

For less than a year I decided to link my company to the world of smart business, dynamics is the most advanced tool that has come to my hands. Dynamics has been the most comprehensive software in smart business that I have found, I think it covers all the areas that need to be automated in a company. I find the ability of the software to integrate several employees of the company and involve them in the digitized platform very interesting.

Cons

I think the software is very focused in the sales area, I would like to have a little more balance in the marketing area, which could find practical advertising and propaganda solutions. I would also like to be more versatile for companies in the art and design sector.

There's so many options, it would be basically impossible not to get things setup the way you need it to be.

Cons

The advance find feature is clunky and not intuitive. They tried to simplify Boolean search functionality, and it didn't add any benefit. I understand that this is a very complex database; however, PLEASE make the advance find easier to use.
