Pros

Integration with other Microsoft products such as Office 365, which makes it easy to share data and collaborate with other teams

Cons

Customization and integration can be complex and time-consuming, which may require specialized knowledge and resources and The cost of the software, which can be expensive for some businesses, especially for those that only need a subset of its features.

It allowed to automate many processes however the cost for it is high

Pros

It has an offline work mode that allows you to keep the information updated even when you are not connected, allows the integration with other microsoft products which is an important plus when printing reports and analyzing statistics by using the microsoft package, has tools that guide the work towards the automation of the same

Cons

It is a high cost solution, it is extremely expensive compared to other market alternatives, is not entirely intuitive, its learning curve is tilted indicating that it also requires investment in staff training

By using Dynamics you suddenly start to appreciate the things that work well you didn't even notice before.

Pros

If used with Microsoft Edge browser, it seems to be a lot faster. Integration here is done right. The system can also be customized to certain degree to better support your way of working.

Cons

Large and very cumbersome product. When used as a CRM for categorizing and replying mail, you want to load the mails first, not after all the business information that you don't necessarily need. Ordering is also odd, if you somehow break the email chain, the seems to lose track and puts the message wherever it feels like it.

Pros

Dynamics has the ability to adapt to the operational requirements of the company, allows the company to share communications, help and attend specific business functions, such as finance, sales, operations, marketing or automation of services, allows to know and capture opportunities of excellent quality and potential customers, that all the important parts of the business are connected. The dynamics allow us to make the most of the time and effort of your team, plus you do not need any programming knowledge to make such customization.

Cons

Something that I did not like about Dynamics is that it's a bit expensive. Testing software is a difficult thing. The support does not have good performance when you want to have extra reports or there have been problems with the update of the equipment, several days trying to locate the problem and the support has not been very helpful to obtain the solution. I hope you can correct these problems to improve the functioning of Dynamics.

You won't be disappointed with this product. It will allow you to accomplish all you need and more for a CRM platform. But it's not Salesforce nor does it look sleek like modern software. But again, you will be very satisfied if you need it customized for a complex business.

Pros

I LOVE how Dynamics works so perfectly with other Microsoft software, so that when our accountant is working her numbers, she can easily send the data over and record it in presentations, etc.

Cons

The user interface is not up to par with the rest of Microsoft's software. I definitely think they can fix this in an update fairly easily, so it is not too big of an issue.

Pros

Multi-dimensional entries allow flexibility in reporting. Financial and non-financial data can be posted. Works perfectly well with jet reports. We can use the provisional journal for what-if scenarios without affecting the actual results of operations.

Cons

Some of our reporting needs are so unique that we need a few customizations. When we upgrade to a newer version, we were told that some of these customized features need to be redone.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a software that is not just easy to use and deploy but also fully integrates with all Microsoft products. It can easily be used in the cloud and in a hybrid environment. Above the Dynamics 365 is scalable and enhanced customer experience.

Cons

The data storage limit is one of the cons of Dynamic 365, users will need to subscribe for additional data storage once the initial 5 gigabytes has been exhausted. There is also no direct access to the database on the Dynamics 365 software.

I love how it links so easily to our Outlook and will allow message and meeting notifications without leaving the screen.

Cons

My least favorite things about dynamics 365 is how cumbersome the login portion is. We have it linked to a business account so we essentially have to login twice.

It's a great way to capture, review and leverage a range of data about our customers.

Pros

The range of options available is seemingly infinite with great integrations for a range of other Microsoft products. The ability to customize both the look and functions of the program make it a great tool to a range of business sizes.

Cons

The complexity of setting it up means that you need a good team to set it up and manage it. There will likely need to be some effort to train users on how to use it as well but that's not too much of an issue unless the size of the business is large.

we purchased dynamics crm as it was offered as a part of office 365 suite. specially after version 9 upgrade our application became slow! javascript, customizations and plugins make the application unusable

Pros

cost effective, ease of use, good integration with other microsoft tools like outlook and sharepoint. easy to learn. customization available.

Cons

lot of bugs in the software, gets really slow as the database size increases, hangs too much. not as good in performance as salesforce crm

I really like it, the performance has been generally good although we have experienced some sporadic issues with loading times or minor lags probably due to being a cloud-based solution and fluctuations in internet connection quality.

Pros

As my business grows the platform can grow with it by adding modules or increasing its capacity which gives me confidence that I have a solution that can adapt and evolve with my business demands this is great.

Cons

It is a powerful and useful tool, although like any tool it has areas that could be improved or features that are not a perfect fit for all companies or individuals.

Pros

It is very simple to use and explore. It does not cost a lot for the value. It also allows for coordination of other Microsoft products which is very useful. The portable application also allows to check important information on the go. This can be used on all mobile platforms such as Android, IOS, and Windows.

Cons

At first is is difficult to use for newbies, but one the basics are learned it is pretty easy. At times when you are trying to navigate there is lag because it replies on internet speed. Also at times it tends to open up a lot of windows and sessions if you are not patient.
