Pros

The software keeps everything very organized and has every detail you need to follow up with your customers. The fact that others in your organization can add information is definitely a plus.

Cons

Unfortunately you can start inputting new information under prospect or customer. When two people enter the same info but under different places you create tons of duplicates and make the information useless

Pros

This is a winning combination of 2 tools that work well with each other and also very well integrated with one another - namely ERP and CRM that are inter-connected and can inter-act within the MS office platform

Cons

this software is a little pricey perhaps due to the fact that it is a combination of both ERP and CRM in one - would love for more competitive pricing

Very convineninet tool since it enables the highlands coffee managers to approve some invoices while they are away from business.Ensure task are completed on time and the farmers are paid on time. Ability to intergrate with social media enables to view the customers feedback in more understable way. Improves sale due to the abilty to identify potential business partners or customers.

Pros

Very good for managers since you can work from anywhere in the world. The sales module enables to keep track of the potential clients within the business.Very good for sales company like ours. Enables to track customers behaviuor and be intouch with them directly.

Cons

Requires internet connection which sometimes can be slow in some areas.

We had great training on the software. Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.

### "Beta Product, At Best"

My impression thus far of Microsoft Dynamics is that it is beta software not ready for production. Artifacts leftover from trial versions are nearly impossible to remove. It took almost a month of effort to reset my company's instance to remove demo data. Once completely reset, the module we require, Project Service Automation, is nowhere to be found. Obtaining support is far too difficult. Most of the people who answer the phone haven't heard of PSA. Calling the support number on the Dynamics 365 web page gets you to a sales person. The salesperson hasn't heard of PSA, and gives you a different number to call. Using the new number, you get a person who tries to understand what your issue is to open a ticket. Usually, that person has no understanding of Dynamics either, so you end up explaining your problem 2 or 3 times. In fact, they do not have access to any information about you at all, despite asking for user ID and phone number. That means that the 6 prior calls you made that could help the person writing up the ticket are unavailable. It also means that each time you call is exactly as cumbersome as the first. Once they do assign you a ticket number, you wait for a call, supposedly within hours. Meanwhile, I've had to wait more than 24 hours for one callback. If you are in a meeting when they do call, and your meeting has priority, you are compelled to call back and leave messages with the person assigned to you until you are both free.. For shame, Microsoft. You can do better. If you need help, there are hundreds of thousands of Java developers out there than can fix your product and your support system.

Pros

If it were to work, it would suit our needs beautifully. Integration from sales through to invoicing would be perfect.

Cons

Because it simply doesn't work after 2 months of configuration, resetting instances, reinstalling modules, and still not having an application even to configure, let alone use, it has negative value to this point.

When I first gained access to this program I had never used an accounting program before. This was a remarkably easy product to use considering the massive functionality.

Cons

Without full training, I am not sure how I would fully understand this program. I wish that the reasoning behind posting errors were easily accessible.

Windows feature that can export to excel - familiar to user as this looks like kind of an excel.

Pros

Can be modified to fit the business and there are lots of 3rd party addons. Support can be found on the web easily as there are lots of users groups who post issues and fixes.

Cons

Expensive if adding the developer license. Modification can sometimes kill the standard features functions.

Pros

I really enjoy being able to make changes and or edits to an account and after saving it, any of my colleagues are able to view my edits.

Cons

I sometimes have issues with it loading since we have so much information and it prevents me from being able to complete what I need to get done in a small amount of time. This could be a con in regards to how much data it can hold but it can also be other technical difficulties that have nothing to do with the program itself. I don't really have any other cons to list.

Cons

If you want to make customizations on it, it is not going to be easy. It has a lot of dependencies and development problems to deal with for customizing the product.

Have to pay for every customization which is really costly and it is not at all user friendly. Never really worked well and was always changing after every update - very expensive for nothing
